This lovely third floor condominium has three bedrooms (2 rooms and a large loft), three full bathrooms, a living room/dining room area with vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows, and a fully equipped kitchen. The complex is quiet and family oriented. My condo is best suited for a mixture of adults and children, and no more than 8 adults.
The living room has a full size sleeper sofa, two comfortable LaZBoy chairs, three ottomans, a gas fireplace and a television with a Blu-Ray. The large balcony has a BBQ grill, two chairs and a small table. From the front windows and balcony you can see Buffalo Mountain and the adjoining forest. From the smaller back balcony there is a beautiful vista which includes Lake Dillon and the Keystone range, glorious at any time of day, but especially breathtaking at sunset!
On the main floor are two bedrooms. The bedroom with the balcony has a very comfortable queen-sized bed, and a full size bathroom. Across the hall, the second bedroom includes a single twin bed and a bunk bed with top and bottom twin-size beds. The lower bunk has a new, very comfortable mattress and the upper has double bunk bed mattresses for extra comfort. This room also has a TV which is connected to cable service and a Blu-Ray player. Down the hall is a second full bathroom.
Upstairs in the spacious open loft bedroom is another queen bed, two bedside dressers, a super comfortable arm chair and lamp for some quiet reading. Also upstairs is the third full bathroom. The upstairs closet is HUGE! Inside this closet you'll find a portable Dyson vacuum cleaner, should you have need for one. The closet also houses two twin-sized, simple to use, blow-up mattresses.
All closets include plenty of hangers, extra blankets and extra pillows. There are plenty of pillows to be found throughout this condo, so we're pretty sure you'll find one (or two or three) that suit you. There are two hallway closets for your use downstairs. The linin closet holds the bedding for the sleeper sofa.
We like to cook and bake so the kitchen is very well supplied. It has all the standard equipment you'd expect to find: four burner electric stove and oven, refrigerator with ice maker, large microwave, dishwasher, toaster, 12 cup coffee maker, pots & pans, and plenty of dishes and silverware. You'll also find a hand mixer, a small food processor/blender, a juicer, cake pans, a muffin tin and cookie sheets, cutting boards, many sharp knives, casserole dishes and serving dishes and lots of smaller cooking and baking equipment-measuring cups and spoons, spatulas, cheese grater, etc. So you can plan to prepare Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner at the condo, or just a BBQ meal for after a great day on the slopes.
Summer is a wonderful time to be at this condo. If you like to hike or just go for an after dinner walk, there are trails nearby. Wildflowers are abundant and so far we've seen two foxes, and lots of birds, squirrels and THREE MOOSE. At the end of our parking lot is a covered bus stop for the free county bus service which you can use to get to one of the seven nearby ski areas or to the many stops in Frisco, Silverthorne or Dillon. The buses are equipped to carry skis, snowboards and bicycles so you can get to the slopes or the bike path which runs through Dillon and Frisco without driving.
We also have a beautiful clubhouse which has a large heated indoor pool, two hot tubs, a sauna, a racquet ball court, an outside tennis court, a foosball table, and a ping pong and pool table. There is also a meeting room, and laundry facilities.
We looked at about 15 condos and townhouses before we came to this one and it just took our breath away. It offers so much more than any other place we saw. Our goal is to anticipate and provide for your wants and needs with the hope that you'll enjoy your stay in our condo as much as we do.
You may have seen on the news about a forest fire in Silverthorne, CO. It started on Tuesday, June 22nd, 2018 and was completely out in a few days. It was very near to the Timber Ridge complex and my condo but didn't destroy any buildings, thanks to the fire break next to the buildings and fantastic work by firefighters. Your group won't be inconvenienced as a result of the fire. Hiking trails in the burn area are open and kind of fascinating to hike through.
Parking is open. Your maximum approved parking is three spaces.

We loved staying at this property for our vacation. It suited our family needs really well. It was easy to access and close to all the things we wanted to do. We would stay again! Thank you to our host!

Everything is as described and ocean view was great. Private access to the beach was exceptional. Security system is fantastic.
I travel with my family. We usually love to cook our own foods. The kitchen was a bit smaller and some amenities are not up to our needs. For example the cutting board was very small. No oven.
It would have been better to have an extra bed sheets.
The water in one of the showers not getting hot water for long time. I hate wasting the cold water for so long.
Myriam was very responsive and respectful. We suggested to replace the coffee cups which are stained and said will replace them based on our recommendation.
The hall way was sometimes get noise even if they don’t have control on their neighbors they should bring to the building management. The other things was the AC unit was on top of the headboard and a bit uncomfortable as it blow on our head when we sleep. Not sure if they can change that or move the headboard to other location in the master bedroom
Overall we had a good time and enjoy the view of the Atlantic Ocean.

We loved this condo! It had great views, and was very close to both Silverthorne and Dillon. The condo had everything we needed and was super comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Prefect location
Not far from the city, but your not in the middle of it all so it is quite at night!!!

Great stay!!
Great value. Highly recommended. Very clean, great location, plenty of room, teens loved the clubhouse.

Lots of space for 8 people
We really enjoyed this unit. No surprises - very clear and accurate description of the unit. Great amount of space for 8 people (two families), we did not feel like we were in each other's way. Having three bathrooms was great. We ate in for breakfast and dinner and had everything we needed to cook nice meals. I was a little overwhelmed bringing all our items (we are a family of five) up to the third floor, but being on the third floor was great because of the nice vaulted ceilings. Made the place seem even larger. Thanks for letting us enjoy your condo.

Great place to stay
Well kept condo and complex. The on-site clubhouse was a hit for my kids. The owner was nice to work with as well. Would definitely book again.

Great place for a family
This is a great condo, especially if you have a member in your group who needs separate space (thank goodness for the loft!). One of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever had. Such an easy check in process! Thanks again to Shelly!

An A+ Experience
Shelly's condo is in perfectly located in Silverthorne. It's up on a hill with beautiful views and only a 20 minute driver from Copper Mountain and Arapahoe Basin, among other world-class ski mountains. The condo itself has a spacious kitchen, awesome high-ceiling living room with a great gas fireplace that warms the whole condo, and three large bedrooms. The kitchen has everything you need and there is a grill on the porch. Everything was completely clean and bedding and towels were abundant. I could not imagine a better place to crash after a day of skiing.

Great for a ski weekend.
This condo was a great one for visiting the Silverthorne area. It was clean, nicely equipped and my tween age sons enjoyed the clubhouse activities. The owners were prompt with communication and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
One thing I could not see in the pictures was the third bedroom is a loft open to the rest of the condo (not as private), this worked fine for our group but was a little surprise when we arrived.

Fun Ski Trip
Shelly was a great host and responded quickly to any questions that arose during our stay. The condo was well equipped and very clean. The only negative was the long walk or quick car drive to the clubhouse. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay!
We had a great time staying at this property! The house was plenty accommodating for 2 families, 8 people in total. The pool area was great, although it could have been a little cleaner. We would stay here again!

Great property, great pool sauna and hottubs / clubhouse
Great spot at "top of rockies." Hiking-biking, Craft food, beer and spirits close, and factory stores for shoppers. We didn't even sample water sports (except for clean decent sized pool and hot-tubs)
4.0
Nice place, couple of items of concern
Overall, the condo was nice, and the location couldn't be better. Shelly was helpful when I reached out to her. Couple of items that I wish were better include: the club house was dated. The pool was cold so we couldn't use it, and there was no staff to help. The condo itself was nice and comfortable, but the floors were pretty dirty when we got there. Nothing we couldn't clean up, but still, worth calling out.

Very tidy and well stocked!
This condo was very clean and there was no shortage of towels or kitchen tools (we cooked our own meals). I loved that there was a bathroom for each bedroom-perfect for multi family stays! The kids loved the pool and hot tubs in the clubhouse! Thanks again Shelly for sharing with us!

Perfect for our group
We had two couples with 3 kids total and this property was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well stocked and we visited the clubhouse a few times. Additionally, Shelly was very helpful when we left a pair of shoes behind! We would stay here again.

Great property for 2 families
Location and accommodations were just perfect for what we were looking for.

Condo while nicely appointed is a little tired
We were accused of causing property damage that was not our fault by the owner after leaving. During our stay neighbors commented that we were the quietest group in weeks as the condo had been rented to groups of college students. This has soured our experience on VRBO in general and are unlikely to vacation this way again.

Nice unit, would stay here again.
Nice unit, wonderful place to stay after a day of skiing. Shelly is wonderful to deal with. I would stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay
The place is great. My wife and I, along with our 6 kids, had a great time. The condo was great, with a nice view. The kitchen, common area, and showers were nice. Working with the owner was great -- and I just realized that I used great 4 times; but, it was great. We enjoyed snow tubing 15 minutes away, and there were restaurants and a big grocery store 10 minutes away. We look forward to coming back.

Timber Ridge 125 -- July 2017
We are returning guests to Shelly's condo; once again we had a very enjoyable stay and found everything we needed in the process!
5.0
We had planned on a shorter stay but enjoyed it all so much we were able to extend it to 4 weeks. The condo itself is beautiful, spacious and clean......and the views! The beds are very comfortable with one room set up nicely for kids with a twin, bunk bed, Flat screen TV, cable, and BluRay player with apps. We had some friends visit us for a couple days. They used the airbeds and were very comfortable.
We are very active hikers and cyclists so we enjoyed having 3 bathrooms with excellent hot showers.
We like to eat in and cook a lot so appreciated a kitchen that had everything we needed. We used the grill on the west deck a lot. It even had a side burner and a spare gas canister just in case.
The clubhouse is about a 3 minute walk across the parking lot. The hot tubs and pool were great and we almost always had them to ourselves.
We found miles of hiking trails right out the front door and the bike path starts across the street. The bus stop is right in the parking lot and we used it instead of driving all the time. We also saw 3 moose most mornings and a number of foxes almost every night right from the decks. BTW, there are 6 microbreweries in Summit Co. We visited them all.
The WiFi was a bit slow but we could still use Netflix pretty well. We had a chance to talk with the Timber Ridge manager Doug. The entire WiFi is being upgraded in the fall.
We will staying in this unit in March for the skiing. Can't wait.

This condo is beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished. The floor plan accommodates several guests with one balcony facing east and overlooking the valley. We enjoyed watching two deer grazing below. The other balcony faces west with a grill and plenty of seating space. We watched a fox for several minutes from there. There are many places to walk or take hikes. We enjoyed fine fall weather which enhanced our stay. Wonderful place.

Lovely place. Very clean and modern. Great hiking within short distances. Highly recommend. The view is PRICELESS.

`Our family & friends stayed in this lovely condo for a summer vacation and had a great time. The owner made sure everything needed for cooking & eating in was there (we used the awesome grill a lot), and we enjoyed eating out at several nearby restaurants as well. With 2 balconies & 3 bedrooms, everyone could have their own space when needed, and, with the 3 full baths, there was no waiting for showers after a long hike or bike ride. The unit was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and we felt right at home.
What I liked best about this condo, though, were the views and the proximity to hiking/running trails. The sunsets over the mountains & Lake Dillon were lovely. And, when we wanted a short walk or a more serious hike, trails with amazing wildflowers were right out the door, . We hiked every day and didn't have to move the car.
Our group also used the clubhouse hot tubs, pool, and played some ping pong. It's spacious and really nicely done, so kids and adults can enjoy it. The nearby towns were fun to explore, too. We went to the weekly farmer's market and a beer festival, and rode the gondola at Keystone.
We will definitely be back for a ski vacation (very close to several of our favorite areas) and hopefully another trip next summer, and recommend this condo to anyone who loves exploring the outdoors.
5.0
We enjoyed a perfect summer vacation watching foxes and moose from the bedroom balcony and front window – and we’ll return for close access to four nearby ski areas in the winter! The adjacent Eagles Nest Wilderness Area allows you to step out the door and start hiking numerous trails full of wildflowers. Plenty of cross country ski trails there in the winter, we would guess. We enjoyed our evening glass of wine watching the sunset over Dillon reservoir and the surrounding hills.
The condo is beautifully furnished, very well appointed, and with enough beds to flexibly accommodate any variety of family and friends. A large, clean gas BBQ is provided on the deck outside the living room. At the clubhouse, the hot tub soothed hiking/biking muscles in a lovely setting, with pool and games for kids on the same floor. A swim in the pool was refreshing, especially with the views outside through large picture windows.
Like half of the many condos in Silverthorne, this is an upstairs unit at an elevation of 9700 feet. Summer temperatures are pleasantly cool and ideal for outdoor activities. It is a 1000 foot drop to the main town of Silverthorne, so riding the bike path up is generally limited to fairly serious riders. That’s where the local bus system shines.
Situated perfectly on the municipal bus route, we could load our bikes to ride the Dillon Reservoir trail, head to Breckenridge, or shop at the Outlets at the base of the hill. Both Breckenridge and the nearby town of Frisco, again accessible by bus or bike trail, have “old west style” main streets with shops, restaurants and bike rentals. Paved bike trails also lead to Keystone, Copper Mountain and even Vail. We enjoyed several restaurants and breweries, along with a "Blues and Brews" festival at Keystone Mountain one afternoon.
We'll be back to ski this winter, knowing that the owner provides excellent value and service for this condo.
