About this apartment rental
The Majestic Beach Resort is one of the best run resorts in Panama City Beach, and it shows! I spent 25 years here full-time - working, living and developing a passion for this beach and all it has to offer, before I moved back to the Pacific Northwest for family reasons. But my heart couldn't truly leave, so I have spent 6 months looking for the perfect place for me to escape. As a local I knew what to look for and I found it in Unit 2308 at the Majestic Tower 1!
Penthouse level (top floor), wide balcony with gulf front view that can't be beat (sunset on the balcony with wine?), great amenities - 5 swimming pools, hot tubs, direct beach access, beautiful well-managed condo common areas, great fitness center, movie theater, tennis courts, and location close to my favorite restaurants, bars and shops.
My studio will sleep 3, with a king size bed in the main area and a separate bunk room with 2 bunks (bunks are youth size not twin, large/tall adults will not be comfortable). Full bath with shower and full, well out-fitted kitchen that seats 4 at the bar. Washer and dryer in the unit, along with 2 beach chairs to take to the beach with you. Comfortable balcony furniture (swivel rocker bistro set and swing glider bench will have you spending hours on the balcony), large flat screen TV. I am a music lover so I hope you enjoy the Harmon Kardon wireless speakers as much as I do!
Instead of a used bedspread you will enjoy a freshly laundered duvet cover!

Spectacular condo/fantastic host
This little studio is perfect and the view is gorgeous! Sheila is a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with. It is fully stocked with anything and everything! The attention to detail is above and beyond! The bed is SO comfortable; it’s like sleeping on a cloud! The little bunk bed area was perfect for our 9 year old; he loved the books and flashlight. We all enjoyed having the loungers and umbrella service and were so grateful that was included! We loved our stay here at Majestic! Thanks, Sheila!!

Softball World Series Vacation
We spent a week in PCB for the 2020 Softball World Series at the Majestic Tower I. The owner was great to work with from the beginning to end. The condo is on the 23rd floor, and the view is amazing. It’s a beautiful unit and was perfect for our family of three. We walked to several restaurants and even to Walmart. The unit is also around 10 minutes to the location for the World Series. We enjoyed our time at the beach and at the indoor pool, and we even got take out breakfast from the market in Tower I. You won’t be disappointed with this unit or the condo owner. We loved it!

Perfect Getaway
This condo offers a great scenic view of the Gulf from the top floor of the Majestic Towers Resort. The beach access from the ground floor is very easy, and it's only a short walk from the boardwalk to the ocean. Sheila was very communicative throughout the entire process and extremely easy to work with from check-in to check-out. It was a pleasure doing business with her and would highly recommend staying at one of her properties.

Such an amazing condo right in the heart of PCB! This condo looks just like the pictures... except the view is even more beautiful in person! Everything about it is absolutely stunning. Shelia thought of all the details to make this a 5 star experience! The bed is by far the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in while staying in a condo. We had an amazing time celebrating our anniversary here and we can’t wait to return! She communicated with us throughout the whole process and made check in/check out an absolute breeze. Best Condo I've Stayed In At PCB EVER!
Sheila's condo is so, so beautiful! The pictures online do not do justice! Everything was spotless when we got there! She gave clear instructions for a smooth check-in, and she also communicated with us directly by phone. Shelia had literally any & everything you could possibly need for your vacation aside from food. She even surprised us with chocolates & a bottle of chardonnay. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in, even beats ours at home! The condo was very cozy, made you feel like home. The view was AMAZING! We definitely could not have been more pleased. If I could give 10 stars I would!! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your condo Sheila! We will definitely be back!

Overall best on the beach
This room by far was the best I’ve ever stayed in when it comes to condos in Panama City Beach. The room was VERY clean and was fully stocked with all kitchen and bathroom necessities and also included two rental chairs out front on the beach. The only thing we had to purchase was groceries for our length of stay and we were set. Parking was easy and elevators were quick, even to the top 23rd floor where this room was located. Sheila was very responsive to text messages and emails and was free to answer any questions we had. Very Highly recommended to couples or any others interested.

Our vacation
Sheila and her condo were perfect. The first thing we noticed walking in was the cleanliness. The condo is spotless and doesn’t have the musky mildew like most condos. The bed was super comfortable and the bunks worked out great for my teen children.

Honeymoon
This was a perfect place for a couple. We celebrated our honeymoon here and we absolutely loved it! I would tell anyone to stay here! The view here is perfect! The bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in on vacation. Access to the beach was easy as well! This place is within 10 miles of almost anything! Owner is great and will communicate with you whenever you need help or have questions. I would not change anything about this place! Everything was perfect! Stay here if you need a great and relaxing vacation!

I can't say enough good things about this experience! Sheila was so responsive and friendly and helpful. Her instructions on check-in were absolutely spot-on and made the whole process stress-free. There were little touches left in the condo that made us feel so special and so welcomed. And the condo itself is adorable, has everything you could want for amenities, and a view that makes you never want to leave! Top Notch Digs, Stellar Location, Perfect Service!
Despite the recent hurricane, PCB continues to shine as an example of community and service coming first, and this most recent trip to Sheila's studio proved it.
Since I was here for DR operations, I wanted a small place to stay close to my work site in order to reduce travel time, and the positioning was great, reducing what was a 4 hour round trip down to an hour. The cost was very reasonable, especially with hotel saturation being maxed out across the region. Despite construction in the area, travel was easy to accomplish, and the services available at the resort were perfect, with on-site security, plenty of ways to walk to nearby locations, and plenty of amenities both in and out of the unit.
Inside the unit was seriously amazing. A simple king bed and love seat turned into my office, the bar was my lab, and the kitchen was my supply bench. Thanks to the generously stocked layout, I was able to recharge my numerous devices, perform remote work via the in-unit wifi, and rebuild my kit for the next day like a pro. Then, when all of that was done, the kitchen had everything I needed to cook, snack, craft my drinks, and truly relax, enjoying the pool or beach, or even just the balconies soundscape, mixed with the Buetooth audio system and adjustable lighting (both warm and cool bulbs available across different lamp sets). The bathroom and supply closet allowed me to clean up with ease and adapt to various conditions, and take advantage of the beach when I had a moment.
And then there's Sheila herself. Her adaptability to my odd timing and requirements was highly commendable and if I ever had a question, she was just a text message away. That said, 95% of what I needed was right there in the binder! Her research contained in that book was answering questions before I even thought to ask them and providing excellent insight for food, drink, and vibe of various locations more easily than even Google could, which lead to some amazing evenings that flowed together like an eternal dance. Her care and understanding allowed me to go above and beyond even my own standards of work, especially thanks to her wonderful gift left in the fridge for me.
TL;DR: This place rocks. The moment I have a chance to come back for a proper surfing vacations with friends and family, it will happen, but for a perfect 2 person setup that really shines that beach bum, Neptunian, or Parrothead vibe with high-class features and a perfect layout, Sheila delivers in style~

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay in this condo. Sheila went far above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The bed was so comfy and the view was just amazing! We could have just laid in the bed and looked at the view all day!
The condo was beautifully decorated and well equipped with every possible amenity and had so many personal touches. She has really thought of everything and then some! It's all the little things that added up. Everything we needed and would never expect to be provided in a rental was there - from aspirin to condiments to laundry soap to games - it was there.
Sheila was wonderful to work with and went out of her way for us to get into the condo early and to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We loved all the personal touches - wine, water, snacks and a personal note were very nice surprises coming into the condo!
We really could not have been happier with the stay, we only wish we could have stayed longer. This was the best VRBO experience we have ever had. We really can not think of a thing we would change. Highly recommend!

Our rental was just amazing!! Our hostess, Sheila thinks of every single thing needed for the stay, things I wouldn’t have thought of, flashlights for the bunk beds even!! The incredible view from the balcony made it hard to want to leave the condo! The most comfortable bed ever! Made us realize what we’ve been missing at home!!! The color, decor, all in sync with the ocean right outside the sliding door!! I could go on and on... Sheila is an amazing hostess and you won’t regret staying here one second! We will definitely be back :)
