About this apartment rental

This property has awesome direct Intracoastal waterway views with a boat dock, boat ramp, jet ski floating dock, heated pool w/ patio & bbq. You will really enjoy lounging poolside viewing the parade of boats or sitting on the dock watching the manatees & turtles pass by. Adjacent to a waterfront park with gate access from our property are tennis courts, basketball courts, paddle board rentals and more. The boat ramp is very convenient for launching your watercraft just a few feet from our dock.
In the evening, view the amazing sunsets waterside while enjoying an outdoor fire.
This is a unique triplex building (3 units) that provides this apartment with much privacy.

Area Information

Very desirable upscale north Palm Beach county location at the crossroads of N. Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Juno Beach, Jupiter and just 10 minutes from downtown West Palm Beach.

We were delighted to find this beautiful property on the intercoastal. The hosts were excellent and went out of their way to offer help with anything we needed. We brought our boat with us and the boat launch right next door was great. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed and more. This was one of our favorite rentals we have booked so far. Don't hesitate to book, you will be very happy you did. We will be back again! 10/10

We rent properties in the Jupiter area on VRBO on the intercoastal a lot , Terry and Jim’s property Is by far the best property we’ve ever rented, They are awesome host , Home is very well kept up very very clean well stocked with everything you’ll ever need, Very quiet, beautiful neighborhood , Beautiful pool, Privacy , Dock For boating is excellent shape very convenient with boat ramp being walking distance, and the view from the back door overlooking the pool and the intercoastal is breathtaking , I would highly recommend staying at their beautiful home. We are planning to book At their property often , Beautiful hidden gem!!

A great home base for us while visiting family in Jupiter. The condo is very well equipped with all our needs for cooking as well as relaxing. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and watching the boats go by on the Intercostal.

Teri and Jim are terrific hosts and made me feel welcome and at home. The apartment has all the amenities, is beautiful inside, in good shape and comfortable. The view and ambiance can't be beat. I was here pre-Christmas and they went to alot of work decorating the house and the yard et al with lights and plentiful wreaths. Parking is easy and you are close to just about everything and anything you need. I will definitely return!

Place was clean, well stocked. Owners were fantastic and very accommodating. Great dock to fish from and watch the endless parade of boats. Hurricane Nicole arrived during my visit- house and property held up nicely. Great area- convenient to beach and restaurants.

This little apartment was absolutely beautiful, well furnished, and well equipped. I wanted for nothing, and Teri was very communicative. The apartment overlooks a beautiful pool with the inter coastal waterway just beyond. Beautiful morning views of the boats and big houses across the way, and well shaded so you can enjoy it in the afternoon. It’s close to beaches, parks, and restaurants, and was perfectly situated to visit family in the area. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

This was the perfect location and a great place in every way!!! We brought our boat and it really could not have been more convenient, from launching the boat to docking it, and everything in between. Storing our trailer was no problem at all and the owners couldn’t have been more accommodating. The boat launch is right next door, so simple!!! The unit was very clean. I’m probably a little picky about cleanliness and thankfully, this was a clean unit and I didn’t feel like I needed to sterilize everything. Bed was comfy and we slept great every night, better than we do at home! Plenty of fantastic places to eat close by and there is also a very nice public grocery store minutes away. We’ve love Jupiter and wish we would have found this rental sooner!!! We will definitely be back!

The condo met our needs perfectly! The condo had everything we needed including a comfortable bed, beach towels and beach chairs. The location afforded easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants. Jim and Teri were awesome to work with and very responsive when our trip required some changes due to personal reasons. Absolutely wonderful stay here! So much so I'm hesitate to get the word out! This space met our needs perfectly. Super quiet & peaceful. Great hosts. Couldn't have asked for a better experience or location. Very comfy accommodations, clean, thoughtful amenities and available/accessible but respectful of your space hosts. Fantastic stay!

My husband and I spent a wonderful week at Teri and Jim's apartment. They were such friendly and gracious hosts. The apartment had everything we needed and the location was perfect. We brought our kayaks and snorkeling gear and there were loads of spots to paddle and snorkel within a short drive. We also brought our bikes, but it was a bit too hot and humid for biking. We are already planning our next trip! Maybe in winter next time. :)

Relax with a million dollar view

What a great place to relax with great owners! My husband and I wish we’d had more time to just sit and relax on the pier, in the hammock, in the pool or watching out the giant windows. We were visiting family so did a lot of traveling around to nearby attractions and restaurants, but this location could have been a destination on its own. We plan to come back again with plenty of time built in for watching the boats parade by throughout the day and watching the sunsets. This place has everything we needed and is very well kept. We enjoyed every minute.

Jim and Teri's property was everything described and so much more! Calming, peaceful and private. We loved the intercoastal views of boats and bird life while relaxing poolside. The apartment had all the comforts of staying in a relatives home. Every little detail was thought of and there's even a tennis court just steps away.
