Large house well laid out. Could do with more lighting in the kitchen. Outdoor area is a great entertainment setting surrounded by lovely gardens. Everyone loved the pool. Highly recommended by this family.

All in all it was a great place to stay. Close to everything that you need all within walking distance. Apart from the oven not working as it should and kitchen utensils and dishes being greasy the place was amazing and would recommend staying to all.

My family and our friends travelled to Peregian Beach from Melbourne and the house was perfect for our QLD trip. The four bedrooms plus pool made it so easy with the kids, and the location can’t be beaten - less than a five minute walk to the beach, shops and cafes and playground. We’d love to come back and stay again one day!

Pleasantly surprised with the space of this home. Very close to The Village (3 minutes walk) and surf beach, though no dog beach close, was still OK. No yard for dogs, so lucky ours is small and was no problem. Would definitely stay again.

Weather wasn't kind to us but the house is beautiful. Location is great, only a short walk to the beach, cafes and shops for groceries. Roz was super helpful and nice with everything too.

A beautiful home in a great location. Walking distance to shops and beach. If travelling with small children good to note there is no carpet or rugs in this home. Recommend packing pool/beach towels as none are provided.

Overall holiday experience in Peregian Beach and in 250 David Low Way was amazing. Much needed time away with our 6 kids, including 2 adult kids who live interstate, which we have not shared Christmas with in 2yrs. Only minor issues but easily enough rectified. Kettle broken on arrival, we purchased one from woolies and left behind for future holiday makers. 1 light bulb blown on arrival also in main bathroom. Noticeable wear and tear of some furniture, but did not affect use. Dated, permanent staining on some bed linen. Missed cleaning of several spots and surfaces in home, but was not a big issue just fixed some of it up. No concerns or qualms about referring family or friends to this property and I would come back in the future for another stay. Cheers Mark, Vii & kids ☺️
