Απουσια κοινης λογικης και αδιαφορια

Εκανα κρατηση για 2 ημερες με ειδικο αιτημα, που μου εγινε δεκτο, για βρεφικη κουνια. Οταν μπηκαμε στο δωματιο αντ'αυτου υπηρχε ραντζο! Το ζητημα εφτασε στον προισταμενο που απλα μας ενημερωσε για τη μη διαθεσιμοτητα κουνιας, χωρις καμια προσπαθεια να βρει λυση. Αφου προτεινα καποιες λυσεις, τοτε μονο ενεργοποιηθηκε για να τοποθετηθει εν τελει μια βρωμικη κουνια. Συγκεκριμενα η μια πλευρα του παρκοκρεβατου, που παει το μωρο και ακουμπαει κατα τη διαρκεια του υπνου, ηταν εμφανως βρωμικη. Επιπλεον αντι για στρωματακι υπηρχε παπλωματακι. Η αντιδραση τους σε αυτα τα δεδομενα ηταν να περιμενω μεχρι την επομενη μερα να βρεθει λυση λογω του περασμενου ωρας ενω μου προτειναν άλλα δωματια διχως κουνια! Απο οποιοδηποτε καταλυμα, ποσω μαλλον απο ενα ξενοδοχειο 3 αστερων με υψηλο κοστος/βραδια αναμενω αμεση ανταποκριση σε ενα τοσο βασικο αιτημα που αφορα τον υπνο των επισκεπτων, ποσω μαλλον οταν προκειται για τον υπνο ενος μωρου. Δεδομενων των συνθηκων και αφου δεν μπορουσαμε να κοιμηθουμε, φυγαμε μεσα στη νυχτα. Το ξενοδοχειο δεν εκανε δεκτο το αιτημα επιστροφης χρηματων.

Ήταν ένα αξιοπρεπές δωμάτιο και είχαμε μια ευχάριστη διαμονή!!!

Η διαμονή μας στο ξενοδοχείο σας ήταν ευχάριστη! Η αναβάθμιση του απλού δωματίου που είχαμε κλείσει σε superior suite με τζακούζι , άσχετα αν δεν το χρησιμοποιήσαμε, ήταν μια ευχάριστη έκπληξη!! Το δωμάτιο ήτανε πλήρες με κουζίνα, ωραίο μπάνιο και καθαριότητα κάθε μέρα!!! Η τοποθεσία του ήταν βολική και χρησιμοποιήσαμε μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς για το κέντρο! Επίσης αυτό που μας βοήθησε ήταν η ύπαρξη του πάρκινγκ και με λογική τιμή 8 ευρώ την ημέρα!

Το πρωινό θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο προσεγμένο, οι πίτες που είχε ήταν κρύες. Στο χώρο της κουζίνας του δωματίου δεν είχε κανένα πιάτο και τίποτα από μαχαιροπήρουνα οπότε αυτό ήταν περίεργο!!! Χρειάστηκα ένα μαχαίρι να κόψω φρούτα, που είχα μαζί μου και δεν είχε!!! Ποιός, άραγε, είναι ο λόγος ύπαρξης της κουζίνας;;;; Είχε μόνο 2 φακελάκια καφέ και 2 ζάχαρες, 2 ποτήρια και 2 φλυτζάνια!!!

Good value with city location

The staff was pleasant and helpful. They went out of their way to immediately help us with rental car and air conditioner controls. They even prepared a breakfast to go for 4am departure. Very impressed with staff! Thank you

The property misrepresented itself online. I would have never selected this property had I seen it first. The rooms are small. They smelled. The carpet and chairs are stained. I was so amazed that I act took photos. I’ve never experienced anything like this. The air conditioning didn’t work. It was hot in the room which made the smells more pronounced. The bathroom smelled of mold and mildew, which I’m allergic to. The curtains were falling off the ceiling. Every time you got into the elevator it shook like it was going to fall. After sitting there for some time trying to figure out our options, we just left. This was a waste of money. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. It felt like a hotel that was built for prostitution rings. Please remove them from your site as nothing that was advertised online was received in reality.

Great stay at a pretty central location.

We had a comfortable stay at Athens Platinum. We would further recommend this hotel and stay there again. The rooms were spacious and clean, the shower was great and the beds and pillows comfortable. Upon arrival we got a room upgrade for free. Breakfast was ok. The staff was friendly.

Maybe more variety for breakfast.

The breakfast was not that good. Neither in terms of variety nor in terms of quality. Also, there was only filter coffee available in the breakfast. If you want a different kind of coffee you need to pay for it.

Nice place to stay in Athens

Good location, quite close to Panormou metro station. The Hotel is cozy and clean, in my case the room was brand new and big, comfortable and with a nice terrace.

There's only an elevator, quite slow and small, so during breakfast times can get a little bit crowded and difficult to call. Stairs are preferred. Breakfast is not so rich, however the quality is ok.

No metro stations nearby so have to use taxi, traffic slow in Athens so better to be close to meeting avenue than far.

A great stay

The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel manager heard me coughing and she offered me and my boyfriend traditional mountain tea that helped a lot. The breakfast was rich and freshly prepared every day. The location was great for where we needed to go and 15 minutes walk to the tube station.
