This condo offers one of the most convenient ski in - ski out locations on the mountain. Jay is known to have something for everyone when it comes to the terrain. From exploring the glades and backcountry to enjoying some great cruisers. If you are just getting started, there are endless options for skiers to learn, and enjoy what they like. The brand new Indoor waterpark offers a whole new dimension of year round fun and excitement at Jay. This new playground is like no other in the country offering surfing on the flow riders & lots of other fun things to do in the water. The new Ice Haus features ice skating, curling and is home to many hockey tournaments including the green mountain avalanche. This immaculate condo is great for families and has a fully stocked gourmet kitchen including stainless appliances, granite countertops, cookware, dishware, silverware. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer, gas fireplace, high-speed wireless internet service, Large flat screen cable TV, Blu Ray/DVD player, XBOX, Nice deck overlooking the bridge and Grammy Jay trail. Ski locker on front porch. Available prime weeks & weekends throughout the year. There are plenty of good restaurants on Mountain & nearby, or you can just bring the ingredients, and cook up your favorites in the gourmet kitchen.

We loved our time at this property and only wished we could have stayed longer. Peter was a pleasure to work with and answered each and every question I had. I would love to stay again! The location is absolutely perfect and the house was beautiful, comfortable, cozy, and stocked with all of the essentials. It was a perfect long weekend getaway with the family.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was just as described and very clean. The decor was lovely and location of the condo was great. Communication with the host was top notch. Would highly recommend.

This was a very nice place! It had all the amenities we needed for our stay in the area. The condo was clean and up to date and communication with the owner was timely and very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here if we are in the area again.

Stayed overnight with some family; had a wonderful experience, the house was easy to find and get into , Peter communicated when the house was ready and when I had concerns through the entire process. The home was comfortable and very clean. I highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful condo in a great location allowing us to ski in/out each day. Clean, comfortable with 2 bedrooms and gorgeous living room and kitchen with high end appliances. Exactly as advertised. The owner was very responsive to questions beforehand. Will definitely rent again!

Perfect everything for our family ski weekend getaway! The reservation process, check in process and detailed information from Peter made everything so easy! The condo was very clean and cozy and exceeded our expectations. This was our first time at Jay Peak so our only regrets were that we all wished we booked the condo for a few extra days! The ski-in ski-ski out location was awesome. Hope to come back soon!

With the meager Winter we’ve had in New England, we decided to go to Jay Peak and rented Peter’s condo. It blew away our expectations. Totally equipped. Totally comfortable. 100 steps to the ski trail leading to the Tram Lodge and walking distance from the Stateside Base Lodge.
I was absolutely impressed with the condo’s features that included commercial type boot and glove dryers. Parking outside the door. Comfy linens and blankets.
The owner’s availability to answer questions is impressive.
This is a VRBO gem of a property. Hands down.

The accommodations were great❣️We were pretty anxious about getting in the condo since the owner did not send access code til 10 minutes before we arrived after check- in 😬 overall it is a beautiful place😊

3 day ski getaway
When we arrived the cleaning lady was finishing up. She was such a nice woman and had only wonderful things to say about Peter. His condo was comfortable, had a fully stocked kitchen, and a great location on the mountain. Peter was awesome too - I reached out to see if we could have a late check out and he was very accommodating! Would definitely rent from him again!

Great ski in/out
If you're looking for convenient skiing at Jay, this is your place. The access slope is maybe 30' from the front door of the condo. Reserved parking spot across from the condo. A single flight of stairs up to the main floor of the condo. Roomy 2 bedroom with a well equipped kitchen and a gas grill on the balcony. Paper products, cleaning supplies and linens are all included. Nice bonus, boot and glove dryers. It has a ski locker located outside the condo door on the parking lot level. After we picked-up our RFID ski pass the first day, that was the last time we even went close to the lodge. We would ski to the condo for lunch and watch the Olympics on the big screen TV . Then back out to ski until closing. It really improved our skiing experience and allowed us to do it safely during COVID. BTW, the owner is very pleasant, helpful and responsive. We will rent this condo again when we return to Jay.

Glad to have a cozy place
This condo was great for our zero to -30 weekend! A warm place when the lifts weren't running. Kitchen was updated/easy everything you need, beds were comfy, appliances and TV was updated, location made it quick to a lodge and easy on trails home. Basically across the road from the kids center with magic carpet made shuffling a 2yo much easier than car-rides. We would come again and try for the good Jay Peak snow!

Perfect stay
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. We felt at "home" as soon as we walked into the door. Everything is exactly as described and pictured. Having a modern and complete kitchen is a great convenience which enabled us to cook when we chose. All finishes, furniture, and bedding is clean and recent. We will stay again if we return to this area of Vermont.

Great space, clean, comfortable, ski-on/off
We had a great mini-staycation at Jay in this two bedroom condo. It was less than a hundred yards from the kids ski school and just a three minute walk to Stateside base area (great for convenient quick treks back to/from the trails if we needed to get get more/ less clothes or snacks). The condo was clean, fully furnished and had everything you needed but not so much that it felt like you were invading someone’s personal space—so it was easy to unload and make it your home for a while. The hosts were great communicators and were thoughtful and forthcoming with recommendations about what to do, where to eat, and why they loved the area. Check-in/out was super easy. This was the perfect space for a family getaway!

Owner is accommodating and helpful. The condo is great for four people. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Loved Jay for skiing and stateside area is perfect. We would rent here again when we go back.

Fully stocked for the week. This unit is the most well-stocked condo I have ever rented. Plenty of linens, paper products, cleaning products and especially kitchen implements. Great ski-in getaway at Jay!

A wonderful space to enjoy a ski vacation!
The condo was clean and comfortable. We all had plenty of space to hang out and do our own thing. The owner had excellent communication from booking to departure. We look forward to staying here again next season!
