A short 3 block walk to the pristine beach of Delray and its Atlantic Ave district lively restaurants, boutiques, and music, The completely renovated unit i(August,2016) is meticulously maintained. Newly remodeled and professionally landscaped, with tropical gardens, night lighting and private fenced gated courtyard with umbrella, table & chairs & lounging furniture, etc..plus new gas grill. Bring your bikes or rent from a great rental shop -just 1 block away.
The living room has a clean, comfortable coastal feel with a white slipcovered sofa and comfy chair plus natural teak side tables and white washed accent furniture. For entertainment there is a 50 inch flat screen/Smart TV with premium cable, on demand movies, and a variety of entertainment.
The open, airy floor plan includes a fully equipped custom. kitchen that opens to the outdoor living area. The breakfast bar has glass pendant lights and track lighting that brightens the working part of the kitchen. Custom cabinets with under cabinet LED lighting coordinate with Cambria quartz counter tops and sleek contemporary back splash. The new stainless appliances and cabinets come fully stocked with coastal serving pieces for all of your entertainment needs.

The king size bedroom boasts an eco-friendly mattress and bedding and a 32 inch flat screen TV. The queen size bedroom incudes a deluxe pillow top mattress. Both beds are covered with luxurious high quality sheets that make you feel like you are in a five star resort.

The bathroom has been completely remodeled with custom contemporary tile floating vanity with square raised sink bowl and contemporary fixtures. Bed linens, bath and beach towels are provided to guests.

There is off street parking for two cars, but why drive when you can use the Delray Downtowner? This free shuttle service to and from the high energy Delray downtown area will pick you up at your doorstep, just call for a pick up. This lavish villa is centrally located with bike rentals just a block away.
Publix Market, CVS Pharmacy ,UPS-Parcel Plus, & Walgreens -with a liquor store - are all within 2 blocks.

Our private fenced courtyards have patio and lounging furniture as well as table & chairs with umbrella. Beautiful tropical gardens make your patio a great place to cook with gas grill for yourselves & to also enjoy with family and friends. Our villa is pet friendly, unlike most luxury properties, with some restrictions and appropriate pet fee. There is free wifi in the home.

We don’t want to go home after spending 2 months at this beautiful house! Everything was perfect for us in a great two bedroom unit with a beautiful pool in the small 4 unit complex. Living, dining, bedrooms and private outdoor deck with grill all added to the comfort of the home. Everyone who came to visit just loved it. The landscaping around the property is like living in a botanical garden. Walking distance to everything Including Atlantic Ave shopping and restaurants. Garland and Joy are the hosts you’ve always dreamed of - we want to take them home with us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was exactly what we had wanted. The pool was lovely and Joy and Garland were great and very easy to contact if we needed anything! Would definitely come back!!

We stayed at the villa for two months. Very comfortable accommodations. Absolutely amazing rear yard with private pool. Great privacy. Great landscaping. Nice neighborhood for walking or cycling. About a mile walk to the beach. Easy walk to Trader Joe’s and restaurants. Garland is very accommodating. We’ll be back.

I was surprised how small this unit was in person compared to the online pictures which made it look larger. I wouldn’t recommend staying here as a family, it was too small for our needs. I also think it’s super expensive for what your getting! Garland the owner is fantastic and super helpful and the neighbors are so kind. Walking into town is easy and super close to everything just not big enough for our family.

We stayed here recently for the second time in two years. The villa has a great beachy feel and is in an awesome location--walking distance to everything--you really don't even need to have a car! The villa and pool area are super clean and inviting, Garland and Joy are great and were helpful in any way needed. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend it over and over!!

This place is an absolute gem. Our family of four with two young kids had a wonderful week spending our days at the pool and enjoying Delray at night. Garland was a fantastic host and couldn't have been more accommodating. The bungalow itself was spotlessly clean, well appointed and in a great location. Garland and Joy clearly take pride in their properties and take the time to ensure their guests are taken care of and enjoy their time. Instead of feeling like "guests", it seemed like we were welcomed by a great host and given everything we needed to have a fantastic vacation. Having stayed at a number of rental properties, you can tell when hosts have attention to detail and take care of their properties, and this one was above and beyond.

My daughter and I came to Delray for a little R & R and stayed in this cozy cottage. The home was clean and neat with a nice sunny, beachy vibe! The beautiful pool was just outside our door and we couldn't get enough of it. Garland was so friendly and available to give us pointers on where to go for fun! Everything you need is there at the house, Atlantic Ave is within walking distance, and there was always the Downtowner - FREE golf cart taxi service- to whisk us away to the the beach! Can't wait to go back! Thank you Garland and Joy!

We had an amazing week. We had additional family unexpectantly for the holiday so Garland and Joy moved us to tropic isle just off linton in delray. The house is so gorgeous with high end touches. The location was great we walked to the shops and over the bridge to the beach. We enjoyed easy access to boca and delray . The house is very spacious and has a screened in porch for dining . We just had our morning coffee out there on the porch The dining room table seated 12 of us easily. The pool is very private and tropical. The decorating is truly special. The aqua and cream touches were so pretty. We felt like we made new friends with garland and joy !
