Your home away from home has a main floor master bedroom with a new queen bed and a large working desk area and a full luxurious bath. Up the spiral staircase to the loft, you will find a large space with two single beds, a desk and room to spare! Enjoy a cup of coffee in the quaint living area or outside on the stamped concrete patio. We make sure that you have all you need to enjoy your stay including two cruiser bicycles (complete with helmets and locks) ,a large outdoor patio with gas grill and off street parking.

Stayed here over holidays and enjoyed the cottage. Location is close to CSU and Old Town. Beds were confortable. Would stay here again, good for long weekend visit!

The cottage was lovely, very clean, and Well stocked The only issue is the spiral staircase and our luggage. Downtown Fort Collins was lovely, wonderful food. The ghost tour was a lot of fun.

House was nicer than pictures convey. While it doesn’t have a full kitchen, everything is there to fix meals. Outdoor grill and firepit were added bonus. Beds were very comfy! Perfect location and easy in/out access.

My wife and I have stayed in several VRBO in Ft Collins and this was our favorite place. The cottage is comfortable, clean, safe, quiet and smells good. The owners do an excellent job proving everything needed and some that we didn't consider like rain jackets, bikes, outdoor fire pit, etc. This is a perfect place for couples or those traveling with small children. The kitchen does not have a stove or oven but there's a George Forman grill, skillet, BBQ and other amenities. The location is excellent and walking distance to CSU. Also, you have your own parking space which is a premium in this community. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a well-appointed, charming, private and quiet place. It's in a very convenient neighborhood, with safe off-street parking. The outdoor space is a bonus - lovely to sit and enjoy. We enjoyed our stay very much. If we are back in Fort Collins we hope this is available again.

The cottage is in a great location for exploring Fort Collins and the surrounding area. Many great restaurants are in walking distance. All the comforts of home were wrapped up in this adorable cottage. Loved our stay!

This was an ideal place to spend 10 days visiting our granddaughters in Fort Collins. They were able to spend several nights staying in the upper loft. We had several cookouts and dinners in the outside patio area. Very clean and anything we needed was provided. We will be back again later this year.

This place is very comfortable and has everything you need during a vacation. The bed is very comfortable, too. This is our second time visiting our son in Fort Collins and we had fun shopping, eating out, hiking, and biking. If you visit, you must have breakfast at the Silver Grille.

It was a wonderful place. We love the location. The only problem being the stairs going upstairs I did not see that in the pictures and my daughter who is staying upstairs had a very hard time taking her luggage up there. It was OK but it was just something I didn’t recognize in the pictures, but we would go back

Clean, very well organized, everything you need to enjoy Old Town. Will definitely come back and try the bikes! The host really goes above and beyond to make one feel welcome. If you have a student at CSU, it is a super convenient location and a nice quiet neighborhood that is within easy walking distance of restaurants, etc. Thank you so much. We will be back for sure.

Cozy property but I wouldn't stay there again. The manager stated that they could accommodate an early check in, but then they didn’t follow through. There were personal pictures up, there were a lot of moths in the apartment, and the yard was overgrown and not private enough for me to enjoy.

The cottage is tiny and very compact. It was ok for 2 adults but could be challenging if there were more people. The location is good, just a few blocks from CSU (and a great restaurant, Cafe Bluebird) and walkable to downtown Ft. Collins shops, restaurants, and bars. The cottage is located between two fairly busy streets so there was a lot of street noise, but despite the density of this older neighborhood, we didn't see or hear any other people (maybe because CSU was out of session). The weed-filled yard is shared with 2 other units and could use some serious attention. All in all, a serviceable solution for our first trip to Ft. Collins.

My daughter and I came to your 3 colleges in the area: CSU, DU and CU-Boulder and staying here made the perfect home base. It was clean and cute and cozy and I felt comfortable staying there. We found. FoCo (as the locals apparently call it) to be friendly and cute and the restaurants were fabulous! We are at Rare, Rainbow Cafe, the Emporium, Ally Cat, (for morning coffees) and Ginger and Baker and loved all of those! Only place we ate we didn’t care for was BeauJo’s. Ick. But all the other spots were fabulous. If we ever come back to the area, we’d stay at this little place again! Communication was great and the beds were super comfortable. All in all a great stay. Thx!

Did a 2 week course at CSU. This little cottage is a great spot for anyone visiting students who live in the dorms. Walkable to campus, right near all the dorms on campus. Lynne is very communicative -- space is private and fairly easy to find. Highly recommended.

Extremely clean, tiny kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals, plus outdoor grill and eating area, really nice towels and bed linens, comfortable beds. Spiral stairs to loft are pretty steep for old knees. Entrance is through the ally so hard to find in the dark and parking is behind a gate that needs to be opened each time. We would rent here again, no question!

My daughter is attending CSU and we stayed in this charming, comfy and extremely convenient cottage. We were here in the late fall and were able to hoist some of her friends for a bonfire, which they loved! Would definitely stay here again.

We were very pleased with this clean cozy cottage. It was perfect for the family wedding we attended in Fort Collins. I think my favorite part was riding around town on the cruiser bikes and discovering New Belgium Brewery.

This house was absolutely perfect and was exactly what we were looking for. It was the perfect location to Colorado State, literally a block away. And the 2 cruiser bicycles were the perfect way to get us on campus for our tour. We were also close to Old Town and spent many days exploring restaurants and cute boutiques. The house was so clean and perfect for me and my daughter. The neighborhood was quiet and we also enjoyed the outdoor patio to sit and recollect on our day. We loved Ft Collins and would come back in a heartbeat.
