'Clearwater' is a beautiful 2 bedroom/ 2 bath duplex that is convenient to both the Atlantic and the Gulf so you can be fishing or diving either side in just minutes. This property is located on prestigeous Duck Key right next to Hawk's Cay on a crystal clear free flowing canal with water so clear and pristine you can see the bottom all the way across the canal. Clearwater is newly renovated and is on a double lot with a huge pool, tiki hut, large deck, fish cleaning table,and 120 ft of canal frontage so there is plenty of room to dock even the largest of boats. The oversize lot also provides plenty of room to park multiple vehicles and trailers. This unit sleeps up to 8 with a king bed in the master bedroom, two queens in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Amentities include updated kichen with new cabinets, new appliances, and granite countertops, wireless internet, Tvs in each bedroom as well as a flat screen HDTV in the living room, bathrooms with all new cabinets and fixtures, all new mattresses with fresh linens, gas grill, and bait freezer..
We are dog friendly.
This property is also within walking distance to casual and upscale dining, deli, ice cream shop, shopping, 2 marinas, convenience store, and bait and tackle shop, There are also numerous offshore and flats charters running right out of Hawk's Cay marina. Other nearby activities include snorkeling, parasailing, and boat, kayaking and jetskii rentals. Sombrero Beach, Bahia Honda State park, and Key West are all within driving distance.

'Clearwater' provides an affordable location for your family trip to the Florida Keys. You will not find a better value anywhere in the area.

This property is a perfect location for fishing in the keys. Great Access to both the Gulf and the Atlantic. It has all the accessories you would ever need that included a deep freezer for your bait and all the fish you catch

Comfortable, relaxing spot on canal. Great neighbors for shared pool. If you cook kitchen is fairly well equipped except for knives but that can be remedied for $15. Would stay again.

Pool was great, being on a clear canal was lots of fun. Caught lots of fish plus enjoyed watching the fish. Everything from Sargent Major to nurse sharks, parrot fish and a moray eel.Enough room in the duplex for our family

Our family rented both sides of this unit. The pool is large enough for our entire family, the boat dock was perfect for our fishing adventures, and the house had everything that we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay, again.

I love our boat could be right there on the canal. It’s pet friendly so our cat enjoyed the view from the sliding glass doors. Nice big pool. Beautiful fish right there in the canal. Paradise in our beautiful United States 🇺🇸 ❤️🦈🦎🐠🌺🌴😎can’t wait to go back!

We really injoyed our time in Clearwater duplex in Duck Key! Perfect for 2 or if you had 2 children or 2 more people! The only problem I had was the cleaning person leaves her wet,used mop & cleaning stuff inside the master bedroom closet on warm days it really stinks up the closet & room!! So did not use!! But over all it is a wonderful place hidden on a beautiful Island!! The canal was so clear!! Pool was great! Did need more lights ! We didn't use much after dark! Some of the kitchen drawers could use some tlc, that's miner! First timers to the Keys! I am so glad I found Clearwater in Duck keys!!!♥️ thanks again! Laurie & Shaun

We had a great week at this property, it is as described, clean and well kept. The pool is more convenient for other side of duplex but the people in that duplex were very nice so it didn’t bother us, no difference than staying in a condo with shared pool. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

We had a wonderful time. The pool was very clean and the tiki hut was very relaxing when the sun was overhead . Our next door neighbors were very nice and we look forward to seeing them again. The clean and clear canal was full of fish. We saw several nurse sharks and a manatee. We hope to be back next year. Thank you so much.

Property was exactly as described if not better! We enjoyed the pool and outdoor area as well as the neighborhood. Loved the location in the middle keys as we took in the beaches and activities in the upper keys as well as Key West. We are planning next years trip and hope to rent both units to share this property and experience with our friends and family. Thank you so much for the personal touch of flowers and swans on our bed upon arrival!!!

My husband & I (with our small dog) rented this unit for a week long December vacation in the Keys. It was clean & well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool & Tiki Hut. Our friends rented the other half of the duplex which was a perfect arrangement. I do have to say that using the pool might not have been ideal if we didn't know the people in the other half as we had to walk across their patio to get to the pool. Since we did know them, it was a perfect vacation home.

We loved the area, the pool, and the canal. it is a wonderful outdoor experience. The thing is you have to stay by the pool or no shade. I wanted to sit and have coffe in the morning but there was no awning or shade. ALSO, the ad said it could sleep up to 8 people. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and we could not even eat together. There were only 4 chairs at the table. The couch was a broken down futon that I would not want to sleep on. We did have enough to survive on but there were only 2 plastic cups of any size. No tall glass of tea here. Towels had to be washed often as they were limited. The TV's did not work in the bedrooms. We could not watch TV together in the living room as there was only setting for 4 (not 8) SO- the outside overall was great- Inside was tight and limited. We have rented several homes in the past and this was not what we expected.

Reviews were all spot on, no surprises. Great for boating and our family enjoyed the stay. Only thing I would do different is pick the unit with the pool attached, as my kids felt too awkward to go over to use it when the neighbors were out. Overall, great time though!

Simple, centrally located house on a canal with a pool. The blender died while we were there & a new one was delivered the next day. Requested one thing to make our stay more comfortable & that was delivered at the same time. Checks all of the boxes for a perfect vacation!

This was a great little house. There wasn’t a ton of living space inside but we didn’t need much since we were outside or out visiting the sites. Our family of 6 was comfortable here for the week. The kids loved fishing in the canal every morning. We saw crabs, lobsters, starfish, sting rays and a variety of fish.
