When you walk into this bright and lavish 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo, your overwhelmed by the breathtaking views from ALL of the windows. Just surrounded by the vast Gulf of Mexico, it's a truly magnificent feeling. It is directly facing the beach and is a 7th floor corner unit, so you'll enjoy breezes throughout, and sweeping unobstructed views of the spectacular Redington Shores coastline. Two balconies with the oversized main balcony off the living area and master bedroom--both with floor to ceiling sliders and grand views. The beach facing master bedroom means you can sleep to the sound of the waves with ocean breezes every night, and wake gazing at the beach every morning. Exquisitely and newly decorated, in a newer 2008 well maintained building, you can expect every amenity you need for a relaxing vacation in paradise.

Building has a 30 day minimum; we are currently booking calendar months.

La Vistana is upscale and gated condominium, with a large perpetually clean heated pool on the beach side, and 2 hot tubs - always on. Two Spacious decks with gas grills, sink, plenty of tables, umbrellas, and chairs. Also 2 elevators, and the gym is on your floor, 7th. The one month minimum rental on the property attracts longer term well behaved guests and residents. Plentiful parking! One assigned space, plus assigned garage, and unlike most condos, there is plenty of extra parking in the lot.

Dog friendly building for up to 2 dogs under 25lbs each, there is a grassy area up front to walk them. We are dog people too! Please inquire for pet approval before booking.

Oversized granite kitchen and bar with stainless steel appliances. Fully stocked with all cooking and dining housewares. Open floor plan leads to dining area with balcony and seating for 8, enjoy dinner with beach views and breezes. Comfy large living room with 60" tv and floor to ceiling slider across the back. Living room sofa opens to a queen size bed, and we have a memory topper for extra comfort. Master bedroom has king sized bed, his/hers closets, 50" tv, and floor to ceiling sliders opening to the huge balcony. Luxurious master bathroom with double sinks, and walk-in shower, and corner jacuzzi tub. 2nd bedroom has queen sized bed, private bath, TV, and beach view. 3rd bedroom has full sized bunk bed. 3rd full bathroom is in the hall with walk-in shower. Separate laundry room and printer here for your convenience.

Everything you need will be provided, including fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, all linens including beach towels, extra sheets, cable, wifi, printer. Downstairs, your private garage is stocked with beach chairs, toys, floats, umbrellas, and even a kayak for your enjoyment.

We have another corner 3 bedroom unit across the hall on the street side of the building; being a corner unit, it has 4 balconies also with amazing views and breezes even though it is on the east side of the building. https://www.vrbo.com/869763

In Redington Shores, situated between Indian Rocks Beach and Madeira Beach, you’ll find a mix of residential homes and condominiums - much quieter than the touristy Clearwater Beach, but with plenty of charm and restaurants and shops. La Vistana is walking distance to 6 restaurants, seafood market, bike/paddleboard rental, and a convenience store. 35 min from Tampa airport. 5 minutes south is John’s Pass and Boardwalk with more restaurants, shops, fishing charters, jetski rentals.

1 month minimum, typically calendar months in most cases. 3 week rentals could be possible if no other guests are booked within the month, so please inquire.

We has an absolutely fantastic time. The condo was on the beach so we could go to the beach with no travel. The pool and jacuzzi were also great to have. The condo came with everything we needed. The location was perfect for us and quiet enough not to have to deal with traffic. The management company was a pleasure to deal with and were extremely accommodating. We liked it so much we are staying again this year.

Perfectly decorated. Fabulous views. Every convenience. Highly, highly, highly recommend this rental. We had a truly wonderful, relaxing stay. Great area too...walkable to restaurants. Glorious sunsets...views are amazing. Gym and pool onsite...toes in sand and every convenience provided, e.g., chairs, umbrellas, etc... Only suggestions I have are to provide 'idiot proof' instructions for the cable/tvs...we did struggle a little and warn guests about icemaker not working. Otherwise, perfection! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us 'snowbird wannabes'.

This was the most beautiful oceanfront condo we have ever rented! The décor was outstanding! It was completely stocked with everything you need, including beach chairs and a beach cart in the garage. Gorgeous sunset views from the huge corner balcony! The entire gated property was wonderful, 2 hot tubs, a heated pool and a dog park for our small dog. There are several great restaurants within walking distance plus we purchased the best fresh seafood from Nachman’s across the street to cook on the poolside grills! We stayed the month of October and arrived 3 days after Hurricane Ian hit the Gulf Coast. Julie was great keeping in touch with check-in updates since the beach area had been evacuated. Fortunately, Redington Shores and the entire St Petersburg/Clearwater area were spared from a lot of destruction. But our hearts go out to all who lost so much from this devastating hurricane! Thank you Mark and Nancy for the wonderful vacation stay in La Vistana 701! We would love to stay here again in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two month stay here. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean from the balcony and a spacious, open floor plan inside . From the minute we got here, everything was perfect. Julie was amazing giving great recommendations and always taking time to answer all our questions. We are already looking forward to our next visit here. Absolutely fantastic!

My Wife and To Son's had a wonderful time stay at the amazing location. This property is very clean, right on the beach, walking distance to restaurants, short drive to Johns Pass, or Clearwater. Rooms were great size, bathrooms were very nice. Owners were and manager were great to work with. I would absolutely go back other condo owners were very nice- most of them- Jerry maintenance/grounds man was awesome all ways checking on us . We would 100% recommend the place. We will be coming back soon

Our family had a wonderful time at LaVistana #701 during the month of March. The unit was very well equipped both in the kitchen and in the bedrooms. Almost too many pillows. The patio combination allowed us to find sun or windless conditions no matter what was happening outside . The view from the front deck over the beach was superb as were the sunsets. We got to meet Mark and Nancy and they made it clear they wanted to do everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. They even bought us a new frying pan. The unit needs a bit more storage space - we had to put extra pillows in the hot tub to get them out of the way. But the beds were fine, the art work was very nice and the casual furniture was comfortable. We wanted to take the patio furniture home with us. All in all we'd recommend 701 to anyone with a family vacation in mind. We'd have rented it for next year but it wasn't available.

Beautiful, Roomy & Well Equipped Beachfront Condo

We [in our 70s] stayed in this 3-bedrooms condo In Redington Shore for the months of January and February, 2018. What a magnificent place to stay. It’s a beachfront unit, quiet, very large, beautifully decorated, comfortable, with a great ocean-view balcony, huge pool area, and direct access to the beach. We spent many hours watching the surf and the beach. The master suite is large, with sufficient closets and a big bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower, two sinks, with ample storage below. In the bath, there is also a good-sized closet full of towels, shampoos, soaps, first-aid kit, etc. The kitchen is huge with ample cupboard space, even if there were 6 or 8 folks staying here for two months. There is an abundance of kitchen necessities: e.g., drinking and wine glasses [glass and plastic], tableware, silverware, knives, utensils, pots & pans, tea kettle, great coffee-maker, a good toaster, and even a Ninja. The second and third bedrooms are ample. The queen bedroom is ensuite, and for the bunk-bed room, there is a full bath just down the hall. This unit has been recently redecorated. It is very handsome, with well more than a dozen beach-scene paintings on its walls. This is a very attractive and inviting unit. There is one reserved parking space, a garage [with many beach items for the renter’s use], and ample available guest parking spaces. The pool area is wonderful. There are 3 decks with tables & seating, plenty of lounge chairs, and 3 excellent grills. Between the 3 decks is the pool area, with a hot tub on each side of the pool. We made good use of the printer that sits in the laundry room. We set up the printer to air-print and scan from our computer, Chromebook, and 2 iPhones in less than 10 or 15 minutes--and neither of us is a techie. The owners not only provided the printer, but also paper and ink cartridges [we replaced the two we used]. Other plusses demonstrating the owner’s thoughtfulness were the ample supplies: e.g., dishwasher soap, trash bags, hand soap, kitchen linens, cleaning supplies, tp, paper towel, a small tool set, batteries, rubber bands, stapler, scotch tape, laundry baskets, beach bags, a BluRay, games, great seats and a table on the balcony/patio. The laundry machines are new, huge, and worked well. All told, this condo lacked nothing that we needed or wanted. We would definitely stay here again--we were very happy here.
