3br house is well laid out for an intimate family time, play equipment was a major selling point. Kitchen is conveniently connected to living room, allowing me to cook while watching the kid. Host was very responsive. Neighborhood leaves a little to be desired, it's neither nice nor completely ghetto.

The property was beautiful. It is in the perfect location, not far to any attractions. Easy to uber out for adult time. Weather was great, we even cooked out on the grill. Great yard for kids, even has a swing set. Felipe and Marcela are wonderful hosts. Made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed at this property while attending our son’s BMT graduation and it was absolutely PERFECT. BMT events require you to be VERY early and just 2ish miles away this location made it very convenient. Just 15- 20 min from the river walk and the airport. The property itself was very clean and located in a neighborhood that was cozy and quaint. Very friendly neighbors! What I also found very refreshing was the ability to leave items we purchased but did not use like water, wine, unopened food items. Other properties stress that you MUST throw everything away and I have never understood it. Allowing guests to leave items behind gave the property a very welcoming feel like you were visiting family. Beds and linens were AMAZING and we slept very well.

The house was very clean, easy access and no issues with neighbors. Parking is a little tight if you have multiple cars.

The house was very clean. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything needed. Loved the large showers. My only recommendation would be more comfortable living room furniture. I would stay here again if in the area.

I travel so many times and I rent different places from different people. This time I was satisfied the most. Everything was perfect. The house very cozy and design was very nice. It was very clean and everything we need, we could find it there. I will get this place in the future as well anytime I will travel to San Antonio. This property was perfect! Everything was really clean and exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet. It was the perfect location as it was close to all major highways and not far from the airport. We were in town for a military graduation and it took us 7 minutes to get to the base. Highly recommend this rental. Great stay!

The house was cute, and the kitchen well equipped. Absolutely everything you might need was there. It was literally just down the street from Lackland, so it made attending my daughter’s graduation events super easy. The yard is huge, my kids liked hanging out in it in the evening. The neighbors were also nice, and let us know when the kids left the rental van door open.

The property was very nice, and affordable. I would give it a 5 overall, but there was hornets outside the door to go outside. We were not abke to go outside, so I would suggest getting someone to remove those so no one gets stung. Otherwise, great stay. Thank you!

The house smelled clean and was spotless as we walked through the front door. Rooms were as pictured online. We had all kitchen appliances needed, the showers and bathrooms were perfect. The backyard is huge and perfect for younger kids. Our group was 17 and up so we did not play on the swing set. The table and seating in the backyard was fantastic for gathering. 10 minutes from Lackland AFB, 6 minutes from Sea World. 18 minutes from River Walk and the San Antonio Airport. Temperature of the house was perfect. Ceiling fans in all rooms beds and furniture were clean and comfortable. We loved our stay!

This property was perfect. It is beautiful, very clean, and cozy. While it looks small on the outside, once you walk in you have plenty of room. We loved staying here. It is everything in the description plus some. We would definitely stay here again. The owners are amazing and promptly answer any questions you have. Communication is great.

The layout of the home is comfortable and each room is filled with relaxing bedding. Everything you need to cook a home meal is readily available and with the outside eating area makes the stay that much better.

5-star rating in ALL areas regarding this lovely and well equipped 3 bdrm 2 bath single floor home. Especially enjoyed the spacious high-fenced yard with a very long "family" table with two long matching bench seats on the patio. A huge plus is its proximity to Lackland AFB and area attractions. After spending a month in The Villages, Fl and having our two month stay in Ft Myers ruined by the hurricane, we decided to try San Antonio. We had spent a week there several years ago and enjoyed the many sights and attractions so we decided on two months in TX. We found this location easily accessible to everything. You couldn’t have asked for better hosts for a property than Felipe and Marcela. They were always asking if we wanted or needed any additional supplies during our two month stay. The house was clean and updated and the kitchen had all of the necessary cooking utensils. We enjoyed the backyard patio and used the propane bbq grill several times. Thank you for an enjoyable stay in your home. I would highly recommend this home to anyone.

Pros: very well stocked, clean, manager checks in on you, quite neighborhood, everything works well. Cons: I wish unit would’ve had a keypad lock which was changed each time new guests come. Unit has standard lock and key in lockbox.

We had great time during stay. It was 8 min away from SeaWorld and close to Riverwalk. Felipe is a great owner. Although it was Christmas day, he stopped by to setup the A/C. He was replying our messages quickly. Due to weather conditions, he ancceted to move our dates without any problem. We really appreciated and had a great time!
