We had a wonderful time in Steamboat. The house was as advertised and made for a comfortable stay. I've stayed in a lot of rentals and this one probably had the best stocked kitchen supplies and towels. Communication with property management was easy and clear. We had one minor maintenance issue that was addressed quickly.

The house was perfect for our family of five. The kids loved the bunk room downstairs. Getting to and from the mountain with the shuttle service was a breeze. House was very clean and the bed in the master was very comfortable. We would definitely rent again. Five stars all the way around!!!

We throughly enjoyed our family ski trip to Steamboat and our stay in the Cascades at EagleRidge townhome. The townhome was very comfortable for seven of us and the kitchen was one of the most well stocked I've ever seen in a rental until. We had everything we needed to cook family dinners. The location was close to the base, definitely walkable, but we also utilized the free shuttle quite often which was very convenient when going to base, the grocery store or downtown.

This was our first time in Steamboat and we had an amazing time!! Our home was beautiful, clean and so close to activities and attractions!! The management team has been so responsive and helpful. Just an overall fantastic time!! Can't wait for next spring break!

We loved our stay in this well-stocked, comfortable townhome in Steamboat. While a little too far to walk to the lifts, the Steamboat Lodging shuttle is amazing. No need to pay for ski storage at the Gondola. The wait for the shuttle is never long, the drivers are extremely helpful and come right to the door. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

The condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The shuttle service provided by Steamboat Lodging made having a car unnecessary. Shuttle waits were generally 5-10 minutes to get anywhere we wanted to go. The SBShuttle App was easy to use. Good value for the money. While there were a few issues encountered with the unit, servicemen came to fix any reported issues expeditiously and effectively. The staff in the office was helpful in every possible way.

We absolutely loved staying here. The property was perfect and I'm hard to impress! The set up is great, there was plenty of room for our family of four plus my mother. The kitchen is stocked well with what we needed to make Christmas Eve dinner. The living area is comfortable and the beds were wonderful, highly exceeded all of our expectations for a rental property. The location was fantastic. It was an easy walk to the base to ski all day and then most days we took the shuttle home. The provided shuttle service was also a huge plus. It was easy to use and very quick, it was super helpful for getting around. I think this is the first rental property we would honestly say we will stay at again.

We really enjoyed our time in Steamboat. We didn't ski this trip, but the location is perfect for future trips. The condo was comfortable and fit our family of 5 perfectly. We will be back!

This house was a great find! We were a group of 8 and we're very comfortable in this house. I would book this unit again! We stayed off season but this was a quiet neighborhood so close to the resort. Not a far drive from shops and restaurants, really a great location. The kitchen was very well stocked for our needs. Three full bathrooms, a miracle for a group of 8 women. Easy to get in and out instructions. Our only constructive criticism is that the pull out sofa could use a foam topper. It's was a bit too uncomfortable for use as is.

We had a lovely time in Steamboat. Steamboat Lodging and the Cascades at EagleRidge were great. Steamboat Lodging (like sister Winter Park Lodging) consistently delivers attentive and timely service. I appreciate timely return of calls and help with questions on the local area. The Cascades was a perfect base, comfortable and well stocked. The homes, townhomes and condos consistently meet expectations.

Wonderful Property
We absolutely loved our stay! There were 2 families with children ages 4-8 and it was the perfect space for us. The bunk room was perfect for the kids and everything was clean and updated. It was a great location and we were very entertained by a mama bear and 2 cubs that were living in a tree across the street. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful place! Lots of space and loved the common areas! Been coming to steamboat for 33 years to celebrate my brothers bday! Lots of friends and family all comfortably enjoyed this place! Everything was wonderful! One tiny suggestion would be just for more kitchen items, measuring cups, etc! But other than that tiny tiny thing this place was amazing!! Hope to stay again next year! Hot tubs were fantastic, shuttle service amazing, cozy spot.

Great spot, covid restriction
Everything was fantastic with the exception of the hot tub being inoperable. Not sure if it was a covid restriction (keys for the facility were out with directions to access) but the tub was locked and drained. We were not notified of that and our achy ski bones suffered. Not a huge inconvenience, but it was one of out search criteria when selecting this location.
Otherwise, everything from the place to communication was fantastic.

Great spot, super nice, and perfectly located!
The house was great and was a nice layout for our small group of friends. The varied levels were nice to spread out but the kitchen and living spaces were good for movie nights or group card games. The steamboat lodging company group was so helpful, buses were accessible to the base of the mountain, and we really enjoyed our stay with a perfect snowy week of skiing.

Wonderful place to stay and great service
We had 10 people for our ski trip including 6 teenage boys and this place was perfect. We had plenty of room to watch movies on the big couch or to play games. Meal time felt like we were feeding a small army and we had plenty of dishes with the well stocked kitchen, grill and appliances. The place was cozy and relaxing and the customer service was excellent including getting extra towels delivered in minutes and quick shuttle rides to the base or around town. I'd definitely stay with them again.

Great Location
Property is nicely located: on bike trails, close to gondola, easy access to historic old town. Kitchen is extremely well supplied with pots, utensils, dishes, glasses, everything you might want or need.

Comfortable place
We had a couple of issues but they quickly got someone out to fix them. We do not like to run the air conditioning and several of the windows were not supposed to be opened. The biggest downfall of the property is that it is right behind a daycare center and it is very noisy during the day- if it was in a little different location it would be perfect!

We had a great stay at The Cascade. There's plenty of room and sleeping options, along with the place being very clean upon arrival. The kitchen has everything you'd need for cooking during the stay and the responsiveness of the Cascade group was impressive.

Perfect Location!
Lots to do in the summer with young ones a walking biking path, a stream, a small little area near the gondola with sand to build sand castles. Easy access to town and restaurants. Easy to get to the river.
The home is clean and perfect size for a group with a deck and a grill. Loved our stay!

We had a great stay at the Cascades at EagelRidge Hood 2 during our recent visit to Steamboat Springs. It was a very nice place, and kept up very well. Nice quiet neighborhood.
