This stylish, well-maintained beach house has four bedrooms, two living areas, two full bathrooms, two eating areas, a patio, a sunroom, two entrances, and private parking. The house regularly hosts large families with ease and joy. The house also has central air-conditioning and a large outdoor shower. Your stay includes towels, linens, beach badges, and beach chairs.

The home sits on one of the most desirable streets in Point Pleasant for its access and serenity. The home sits right at the southern end of the boardwalk, where you can be on the beach in 3 minutes without dealing with all the constant traffic/parking noise or endless late-night beach bungalow partying. The neighbors are a blend of long-established, family-owned beach homes and year-round residents.
Point Pleasant Beach is a vacation paradise with great restaurants and family attractions just a walk or short bike away. Inside, you're enjoying quality family-time with your 2 livings rooms (one of which is massive), sunroom, and centrally air-conditioned bedrooms.
THE LOCATION
Walk out the door, and within 3 minutes you're on the boardwalk and beach, which entertains at all hours with games, roller coasters, mini-golf, a funhouse, tiki bars, and even a premier aquarium! Take in the experience of all Jenkinson's Boardwalk has to offer.
Take a 15-minute stroll and you're downtown, with area-famous restaurants with some of the best (fresh!) seafood, burgers, steaks, and Italian food on the shore. Walk north to the inlet, for acclaimed lobster rolls, live music, and scenic views of the ocean and waterways.
THE HOUSE:
This house is the ultimate lounge space, with new, comfortable furniture, two dining areas, a closed-in sun patio, and an absolutely spectacular massive, carpeted family-room for post-beach games and cocktails, including a working, wood burning, fire place. Each living room includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa.
The full-sized kitchen includes full-sized appliances (including a large dishwasher), and an open-galley style setup for you cook up a storm, or blend a drink before going out to any of the amazing attractions a few steps away.
The full-sized bathroom includes a newly renovated shower/tub. The laundry room doubles as an extra half-bathroom. The outdoor shower is a must at least once during the stay (or every day!)
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
For family-friendly beachside fun, it’s hard to beat Point Pleasant Beach. The expansive beach is kept crystal clean and the Boardwalk is great for kids (of any age) with dozens of rides along with games of chance, some of the most competitive miniature golf at the beach and Jenkinson’s Aquarium. Fireworks are on Thursday nights, and free movies are offered on the beach Friday nights (during summer).
All of the required indulgences are offered along the mile-long Boardwalk, including waffles and ice cream, sausage and peppers, popcorn and cotton candy. There are numerous other dining opportunities, from on-the-go to full-service.
Off the Boardwalk, there’s year-round entertainment and dining centered along Arnold Ave., with choices including Uncle Vinnie’s Comedy Club and Europa South restaurant for Portuguese cuisine.

We are a large, blended family and enjoyed the beach passes, chairs, umbrellas and towels. Kris communicated with us well. There are a lot of amenities, so we cooked many meals at the house. The Food Shack is about 2 blocks away and is a lovely breakfast spot if you want to eat out. Great location, just minutes from Jenkinsons. There was also a lot of free street parking.
The yard is not large, so the teens couldn't play their ball games, but they liked lounging in the 3 season room and large living rooms. Recommend for families!
Kris was very responsive when there was a minor issue and he took care of it promptly.

Our family had a fantastic vacation at this house. A short walk from the beach and boardwalk was ideal, especially for the kids. But it was far enough away from the boardwalk bars that we enjoyed peace and quiet in the evenings and the beach was not overly crowded during the day. Two spacious living rooms plus a sun room was more than enough space for the kids to play and for the adults to relax. Great communication with the owner before and during the trip. Highly recommend.

Two weeks after our trip is complete our three year old daughter keeps saying "can we go back to the beach house?" We had a fantastic time staying at this house with quick access to the beach and the boardwalk. We spent the entire week on the beach, at the arcade, riding the rides and barely ever drove a mile in the rental car. Everything we need was right there. The owners were very easy to work with and the house was in great shape. Highly recommend if you are looking for a comfortable place to stay on a quiet street with lots of activities within walking distance!

The house is a lovely property, 2 minute walk to the beach, and 5 minutes to the main attractions on the boardwalk. I loved being able to walk to the beach to drink my morning coffee! The house was perfect, with a huge family room, and a screened-in sun porch. There were 4 adults and 2 children and we were very comfortable. The house was well kept, had everything we needed, and Kris was a great host!

Nice beach house, just as described in the listing. Very close to the boardwalk and Jenkinsons beach. Unfortunately Jenkinsons beach was closed, but Maryland beach was open with plenty of free on street parking close to to the entrance. A bonus to us was that the house was well equipped for babies (pack n play, highchair, bath equipment etc). All in all, a nice family vacation spot.

We absolutely loved our week at the beach. This property is such a gem and so close to the beach. We were there before I even finished going over the rules with the kids. We have three kids and our son just turned one. The space is perfect for families since there is a large room away from the bedrooms that the adults can hang out after the kids go to bed. There’s a lot to do within walking distance or a short drive of the home and it’s location can’t be beat. It’s far enough away from the loud parts of the boardwalk so you can relax and the kids can sleep but close enough that it’s easy to get to the food and fun. Amazing trip!

The house was clean and perfect for 4 adults and two infants. It is 1/2 block from the beach, however that beach is private. You have to walk a little further down to get to the accessible beach. But that was no big deal. It was also great to be able to walk to the boardwalk. Overall, this house was great!

Perfect for families!
I can’t say enough about how perfect this location was for my family on our trip to Point Pleasant. The house was very clean and well organized, and the host responded quickly to the few questions we had before/on arrival. We could walk to the beach and boardwalk in 3 minutes, which was so convenient. We could easily stop back at the house between the beach and boardwalk. Our five-year-old loved the bunk room in the house, and the rides, arcades, and activities were perfect for his age. We spent one morning at the aquarium which was also very clean and nice. The fireworks on the beach on Thursday nights were fantastic as well. This house was the perfect location to be close enough to beach/boardwalk activities, but since it’s on the southern end it was also in a quieter part of town where we could count on there not being loud parties nearby keeping our child up all night. We no longer need a pack n play or high chair, but it was nice seeing those available in the house for those who might need them. We also enjoyed having two living spaces to spread out, and two dining spaces as well. It was great to have a driveway so we didn’t have to deal with street parking. The outdoor shower was nice too! We had a wonderful time, and would love to stay there again! Thank you, Kris!

We just spent an extended weekend with an infant under one and a three year old and had an amazing time. The house is as described and perfect for little ones. Everything was clean, beds were super comfy, and the added addition of a pack n play and high chair was perfect and so convenient for us. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. Perfect rental
The latest stay was our fourth or fifth trip to this property. You really can't beat it. The house is spacious, very clean, stocked with everything you need (and it all works), and is very close to the beach and boardwalk. The landlord is excellent and very attentive to the renter's needs, though I have to say I've never had anything actually come up during a stay that needed his attention because the house is kept in excellent condition. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

We just returned from a family trip (6 adults, 3 kids) and had the best stay! Kris was incredibly responsive, both before and during our trip. The house is so close to the beach it was an easy trek back and forth with the little ones. The house is also equipped with a pack and play and a highchair which saved a ton of room in the car, not having to pack them. Incredibly kid friendly house. Comfortable home!

This rental truly has everything. The best part for us was how spacious it was. There are 2 living rooms (one of which is huge) This is particularly great when you are vacationing with kids. We were able to watch tv or hang out and chat while the kids were in the other room 😊 The sun room is a great place to sit in the morning and have a cup of coffee. It is also very clean and so close to the boardwalk. The communication with Kris and the property manager Jeanne was easy and pleasant. We would definitely stay there again!

A Little Slice of Vacation Heaven
We had a mini family reunion at Point Pleasant Beach over the weekend and our stay at the property was perfection. The house was welcoming -- it is comfortable, clean, spacious, and we felt completely at home. The location is a very short distance to the beach, and is also close to Jenkinson's Boardwalk. I would highly recommend it as an ideal location for a vacation or for just a quick getaway. Kris (the owner) is such an excellent and caring host. We had the best time!

Family Reunion
We gathered with our family for a wedding in Pt. Pleasant Beach after a long year of separation. Each family rented a different home. Our house was hands down the best for a variety of comfortable relaxed seating for a large group. We hosted a family brunch, and never felt crowded between the ample indoor and outdoor space.Our host was very accommodating to our needs, and went out of his way to let us know we had left a suit. He arranged a way to get it back to us quickly. This house looks tiny on the outside, but it really quite large and great for a family group!

Perfect In Every Way
We had the most wonderful weekend! The house exceeded our expectations and was the perfect setting for a friends’ weekend. Home cooked meals at the big table, naps in the cozy living room (there were 4 of us and everyone had there own comfy spot!) , and board games in the sun room! And the proximity to the beach was a huge bonus as we had dogs with us and could bring them to play while we strolled or looked for shark teeth in the sand (there are tons!) We’ll be back. The property was as advertised, and all the reviews we read prior to booking were spot on. The home is comfortable and inviting, the location is perfect and the homeowner Kris could not have been more responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend this property for families that want a pleasant and stress-free getaway.
We put our house on the market and my wife, me, and my three adult daughters needed a getaway while the house was showing. We sold our house in three days and could have headed back. We only planned to stay for only one week, but we didn't want to leave. And Kris opened his house to us for a second week.
The house has enough spaces for everyone to have some privacy, while having large enough common areas for us all to enjoy time together. The neighborhood is appropriately quiet, with the beach only a short 2-3 min relaxing walk fro the house. And the house is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping.

Thank you Kris!! The house was perfect! A little deceiving when you drive up but once inside you realize there is plenty of indoor and outdoor space to celebrate a milestone birthday with 15 family members. We would definitely rent this house again.

The perfect family getaway
We spent a long weekend celebrating my mom’s 70th birthday here- and it was so wonderful! Plenty of room for all of us- and a beautiful sunroom we spent a lot of time in. It was a short walk across the street to the beach, so we went often! There was even enough room outdoors we could have some friends stop by for socially distant fun with visitors! October at the shore was perfect- Kris is an amazing host and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely be back again!
