This family friendly home features 3 fireplaces, with plenty of firewood stacked on the property, ready for your use. The Master Bedroom is on the 2nd floor. It has a full shower and walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms are on the ground floor. One has a queen bed and ocean view, the other has 2 twin beds. A twin roll away is also available. The second bathroom and additional half bathroom are on the ground floor. The full-size washing machine and dryer are in a closet in the downstairs hallway area. The fully equipped kitchen is upstairs, and features a Jenn-air convection gas range with infra-red heat lamps. Additional kitchen utensils include Keurig pod coffee maker, and we also have a drip coffee machine, waffle maker, blender, mixer - everything you need whether you are making a gourmet meal or a picnic lunch. The dining and living areas are also upstairs and both have ocean views; there is a 3-seater couch and a double reclining loveseat to put your feet up and enjoy nature at its best. We also provide a 40' flat screen Smart TV, Blue Ray DVD, with selection of movies or CD's. If you would prefer to read a book or do a puzzle, we have a variety of genres from which to choose, together with coloring books and board games. There is a small air hockey table on the ground floor, together with an electronic dart board, a pinball machine and a pool table. The front garden is a special feature of the property, with lavender bushes spilling onto the brick walkway and a gas fire pit. Humming birds are regular visitors.
