Treat your family to this memorable get-away just 1 mile from the resort town of Lava Hot Springs! Enjoy total comfort and privacy in this classic 5000 sq ft home. Wake up to a panoramic view of the valley, surrounding mountains, and abundant wildlife. Play a round of golf on the nearby course!
This property SLEEPS 22in beds and is located just over a mile from the town of Lava. It backs to BLM so an early morning hike, an ATV ride into town (or to miles of back country trails) can happen right from the property!
Home includes: 6 bedrooms (incl. large bonus room w/ 4 twin beds and 2 Queen) 120" Projection Theater System, 3 smart TV’, 2 gas fireplaces, Granite counters, 2 large jetted tubs, a luxurious walk-in steam shower, WIFI, wood flooring, on-demand hot water system and soft water, front loading washer/drier, beautiful deck & walk-out basement with gas grill, yard space, outdoor and indoor speakers, fire pit, tetherball, large Connect 4, ARCADE games, etc. This house is the ultimate!
4WD will be needed to access house in the winter months, (though we do have someone to plow when it snows). The house is located on the side of a mountain so there are many variables involved but it does promise complete privacy and comfort.

This house is huge and beautifully decorated. The beds and family space are comfortable. It’s about 5 minutes from lava hot springs.
We went for a ladies trip but it would be great for families.
The driveway steep and is all gravel. A 4 wheel drive vehicle would be ideal for this location. It did have amazing views.
There are a lot of extras in this house. We liked the fireplaces, stocked kitchen and extra bedding. Really loved the house and we will be back.

This was our second winter family trip to this beautiful Cabin. Tons of room for everyone and the jetted tubs are an added Bonus and a quick drive to town to enjoy the pools and hot springs. Can’t wait to go back. Host is great and responsive. The need for 4WD or AWD is serious. Our Subaru Outback and pick up trucks did fine but it is steep in areas and would not recommend anyone try a two wheel drive when there is ice/snow on the ground.

This placed worked so well for our family reunion. There was plenty of space, the kitchen was great, and the surrounding area provided plenty of opportunities for family fun. Thanks so much for a great place to stay!

Loved the house and the location. Only drawback was the narrow driveway with the steep climb. Just be prepared for the short drive, it is worth it. My families only complaint was the fees list, had never seen one before and it caused some anxiety among the troops. Would recommend this be removed.

The property was gorgeous! It was a little.tough getting in with bad winter weather, but we made it. The winter wonderland was breathtaking. The owner was easy to work with and responded to questions very quickly.

The owners went above and beyond to make sure the drive was clear of snow for us everyday. The home is beautiful, and tucked back in a wooded area. Spacious enough to accommodate a larger group and very kid friendly. There is so much to do at the house that we actually preferred to stay at the house and visit with our family and didnt spend much time in town at all.

The house worked very well for our 5-day/4-night 9 AD/9 CH family reunion. Excellent location, clean & in good repair (for rental property), well-stocked above expectations incl. kitchen (gloriously sharp knives), board games, and consummables. WOULD STAY AGAIN.
The Vrbo host, Lorrie, was very responsive but we think could have easily cut down on back-and-forth with some upfront information (below).

》garage was locked, so unavailable for use -- there was also a locked (gun?) safe in the basement
》entry door locks/unlocks with code + turning the deadbolt
》5 bed (master K & 4 Q), 3-trundle bed bunkroom, a hide-a-bed (main room), a pack-in-play crib, 3.5 bath, laundry room (mudroom entrance) with utility sink
》2 regular-size fridge/freezer incl. cube/crushed ice & water dispenser in kitchen fridge door (we never ran out of ice)
》requires septic-safe toilet paper
》tankless water heater kept up even with everything going
》though house has enough towels for bathing, strongly recommend you bring extra towels if doing any of multiple water activities in town
》3 of 4 arcade machines (in basement) require quarters--and screen was dark on racing & one pinball flipper didn't work
》caution that porch steps and basement patio are slippery especially when wet
》2 of 3 outside water spigots are locked
》there is an outdoor firepit with seating

Wonderful Family Getaway
It was a nice big house with plenty of room for the family. The kids had lots to engage them-from the zipline to the arcades to the theater style movie room. It was secluded thus offering great privacy but also afforded a magnificent view of the valley. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back. The only thing I would say that I wish were different is that it is listed as a "luxury and high-end home" but it only had 1-ply toilet paper throughout-that's not really luxury. And it could use a good dusting. Many decorative plants had clumps of dust hanging off them that were displayed in the kitchen above the food prep area. In spite of those trivial points, it was an enjoyable vacation. Thank you!

Breathtaking Views!
This property is so beautiful! The kitchen is stocked with every pot and pan you could need and the view is amazing. We loved the view out the dining room and watched the sunrise/sunset each day. We enjoyed watching the wild turkeys and deer that were passing by. Overall, we loved our stay and will be booking here again.

The perfect weekend getaway
I was Blown away by the stunning beauty of the house and the surrounding area. We arrived later in the evening so it was dark when we pulled up. We spent the first hour exploring the house and the very cute decorated rooms. The following morning we woke up and were stunned by the view out of the kitchen. We sat and drank coffee and chatted with each other. later that day we went into the town to enjoy the Hot Springs which were equally amazing. The communication with the owner was perfect and made it feel very homey as if I was a family member or dear friend staying at her house. I will be back and definitely recommend this property.

Family trip
We needed a family outing somewhere peaceful but close to Lava main. This house was perfect! It had everything you needed besides your food. I loved the theater screen for movies and the house itself was great for all age stays. Thank you for sharing this perfect family trip house!
