The house is located on a quiet channel of Treasure lake - 6 Private Bedrooms + Murphy Bed in game room Sleeps 14 - 5 Queen size beds, 1 Bunk bed (full size on bottom, twin size on top), - - 1 Twin size Murphy Bed - 4 Full baths - All bed linens are provided - 14 sets of towels (hand towel, bath towel, wash cloth) are provided - Kitchen wash cloth/towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided - Air Conditioning - Fully equipped kitchen (Refrigerator, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, Dishes, Pots/Pans, Flatware, 2 coffee pots (drip and Keurig), blender, toaster, etc) - Washer/Dryer - WIFI - Two Gas Log Fireplaces - 12'x27' covered rear deck - Outdoor Gas Grill - Ping Pong Table - Air Hockey - Foosball Table - Fire pit - Private dock - Convenient to the Front Gate and the Treasure Lake Towne Center market * Strict No Pet Policy. Due to a family member with severe allergies, the home is strictly an animal-free zone. * No Smoking permitted in the house. * Please note that Treasure Lake is a private lake and the POA (Property Owners Association) does not permit visitors to bring personal watercraft of any type. Two kayaks and a paddle boat are available for use at the house and additional kayaks, paddle boats and row boats may be rented at the marina through Labor Day. * Jet skis are not available for use. * 8 pool/beach passes will be provided in 2024 for the Lakeview Lodge pool which is a 5 minute walk from the house. Pool passes may be used Monday thru Thursday (excluding holidays). Passes may also be used at the main beach (New Provience Beach) which is a 5 minute drive from the house. The pool is open between Memorial Day and Labor Day. * A $89 fee for a $3,000 Damage Protection Policy is required and is automatically added at time of booking.
