All a short walk away. Two bedrooms, two baths. Lovely kitchen and living room. High ceilings, beautiful moldings. Located in the amazing South of Broad neighborhood. Private garden and porch. Live like a local while in Charleston. THIS IS A 30-DAY PLUS-ONLY RENTAL. THE CHARLESTON ORDINANCE ONLY ALLOWS SUCH. One off-street parking space comes with the unit.

Shopping on King Street, enjoying the Spoleto Festival, visiting the College of Charleston or the Aquarium, or strolling through the Old City Market, you will find this location to be a few minutes walk to all.

Not only was the property a perfect location for everything to do via walking, but it was a warm cozy home . Extremely clean and comfortable! We will return for sure! We loved it there! Great neighbors too!

Would definitely stay here again! The location was great and walking distance to everything. The home is very comfortable and loved having the outdoor space as well! Love Charleston and love this home.

We enjoyed our stay! House is well stocked. Kitchen is great for cooking. Master bedroom is nice size. Guest bedroom is a bit smaller than expected. Burbage grocery right next door is fantastic

This historic property is fantastic and perfect for anyone looking to be in the heart of Charleston. From the Battery to King Street to the rooftops on East Bay, nothing was farther than a 15-minute walk. Charleston is my happy place and this property made me like I was at home.
