The stay was wonderful. The view of the mountains from the windows were incredible. Even my 3 year old kept saying how amazing this place was. It was clean, felt family friendly, and secure. Definitely recommend!!

We were thrilled with our choice to stay at this property! It was exactly as advertised in a safe surrounding and convenient location with so much to explore! The home felt warm and truly welcoming- the kitchen was well stocked, beds were super comfortable, there were many "extras" that we don't usually find in other places. HIGHLY recommend this property and we would stay here again upon returning to Granby!

We had such an awesome time! Granby Ranch is a wonderful family oriented ski resort. It was so nice to come home to this condo every night warm and toasty with a great view of the valley. We will definitely come again!

This condo was truly a hidden gem. It was very well appointed; owners have pride of ownership. Kitchen very well stocked with more than most vacation rentals normally have. You feel like you in a mountain haven, from the decor to the views. The fireplace tops it off, warms the entire place. We would definitely stay again.

Loved the proximity to the ski lodge. they had fireworks on NYE we could see from our condo. Nice and clean. Kids fought over who got the top bunk - that was our only complaint about the condo!

We stayed two nights with family friends and our small children for a couple days of snowboarding. The condos close proximity to the mountain made the perfect place to hangout with the kids while still being easy for adults to trade off spending time on the mountain. The hosts were very easy to reach and quick to answer any questions! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals!

Great resort for families with small kiddos learning to ski. Condo was perfect, great location, very clean and spacious. The owners stocked the condo with amenities and activities such as games, books etc., the small details were thoughtful and did not go unnoticed :). We enjoyed our time at Granby Ranch! Before our trip even began we received an e-mail from Bob and Leanne with so much helpful information! We printed it out and referred to it so often during our stay. We loved our stay and anything that we addressed was quickly and smoothly dealt with. The condo was super well equipped with everything that we needed...towels, detergent, dishwasher tablets, plenty of extra blankets, and very comfortable beds. The location is very central to many locations including Granby, Grand Lake, The Rocky Mountain National Park and Winter Park. We all enjoyed the warm pool as much as we could and it was a very close distance from the condo. Thank-you for a very wonderful stay!

The condo was clean and had excellent views. With small children we really enjoyed the proximity to the pool. The unit had everything we needed except a high chair and a window/box fan. Some nights were warmer and a window fan would have done the trick.

The condo was the perfect place for our family to relax while we attended a wedding on the property. The unit is spacious, close to the pool and parking was plentiful. The views from the entire condo and balcony were amazing and we enjoyed watching the sky change colors. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and utensils including coffee and butter. Overall the place was very clean and we would recommend it.

Such a lovely and well equipped property. Very easy and smooth check-in and check-out process. The master bed was so comfy. We loved exploring the area with 360 degree views everywhere. Our only complaint was the fridge was a little dirty, the previous guests leftovers were left in it as well. The dishwasher was left full and the master shower had quite a bit of hair left in it from a prior guest

My family and I went to Granby Ranch for very late season skiing. We wanted to get our 4yr old on skis and this trip was perfect. We had a blast at the ski resort which is just a short walk/drive from the condo and our stay was equally great. The space was very welcoming and clean. We brought food to cook and had all the things we needed in the kitchen. We actually brought things we wouldn’t have needed because they were stocked up with spices, coffee and most stuff you need when cooking. The views from inside are awesome with all the windows that look out to the west and the sunset from the balcony was spectacular. We sat out there and ate snacks and I even got some great Timelapse shots of a storm rolling in. Overall we just had a wonderful time and the owners were very responsive and helpful during our stay. We have done many VRBOs, and this was one of our best experiences. The communication was thorough and much appreciated. The unit perfectly met the needs of our family of four, and we appreciated the games, movies, and equipped kitchen. We loved the view out the windows for our meals and the convenience of a short walk to the lifts. Our youngest asked if we could live here. We plan to be back next year!

We were very impressed with the accuracy and detail about the property, amenities & check-in. The "Guest Guidebook" was very helpful. The condo had everything we needed. And even when it was below zero, the electric fireplace in the main area heated the entire condo very well. It was nice to truly walk 100 yards to a ski lift and then come home for lunch. We did some snowshoeing in the area and it was beautiful. Thanks for a nice stay!

We found this property to be clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited to our needs for our weekend stay in Granby. Leanne corresponded with me in a timely manner and responded promptly when I texted her an additional question the morning of our first night’s stay. It was easy to navigate the space due to clear labeling and prepare meals due to a well stocked kitchen. Our family would recommend this space to friends and family looking to stay in Granby in the future!

The owners paid attention to small details, like providing plenty of towels and paper products, as well as laundry and dishwasher soap. The kitchen was well stocked, with utensils, cookware, spices, and 2 coffeemakers. In addition, an assortment of teas and sugar packets were provided. All of these little touches, along with the charming alpine rustic decor helped make our stay very comfortable and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the incredible mountain views from the dining and living room areas, as well as while sitting on the private balcony, enjoying the setting sun with the high peaks in the distance. Absolutely breathtaking!

Granby Resort is a quiet community off of the main highway. The mountain views were beautiful and the stars at night were amazing. We enjoyed our stay here and loved that there were hardly any other people staying on the mountain. We had everything that we needed in the condo including cooking utensils, washer and dryer, dishwasher and a pool all to ourselves. I would definitely stay there again at the end of summer when no one is there. I loved that we were only 1/2 an hour from the Rocky Mountain National Park and close to other attractions like Winter Park, Kremmling (for white water rafting) and Grand Lake. There isn't much in terms of restaurants in Granby, but you are close enough to Winter Park and Grand Lake to dine. It's beautiful area without all of the traffic of Estes Park.

Great condo. Easy to park and you can walk to the main ski resort. It is next door, 1 minute drive or 3 minute walk. Views are spectacular. Photos are accurate. Right out your building you can hit the trails for hiking, or mountain biking. We loved that. I only had tennis shoes and that was just fine. The large grocery store is about 2 miles. TV, internet and cell service worked great. The kitchen was stocked to prepare meals. Very comfortable bedrooms. Clean and nicely appointed. The owner was very nice and responded quickly when I lost my key (code) to enter the unit. She texted it to me right away. Happy with our choice. We plan to rent again.

This was a comfortable place with all the necessary amenities. The people in the condo above us were very rude and partied until 2 AM . This is certainly not the owners fault. I would definitely choose to stay there again.

We are a family with a 1.5-year-old child so safety, cleanliness and a quiet condo to stay in were important to us. Instead, we got dirty floors (dust, hair clumps), a fridge sounding like an old car and a hot tub above the master bedroom that the host failed to mention in their listing. I could deal with the floors and clean them up myself had the host provided decent supplies but the vacuums were old and mops disgusting. What I couldn't deal with was the noise. I'm a dead-tired parent who can sleep through many things but not a drunk party upstairs and a hot tub that makes you feel like you are sleeping inside a washing machine. Sure, the host can't control the neighbor noise but the host should have the decency to disclose the hot tub upstairs. We ended up calling the police at 2am to get some kind of rest. We had to leave the first thing in the morning because the people upstairs were making threats to us for cutting their party short. The host responded to our emails neither the day of the arrival nor a week before. Texts went unanswered too because there's no reception at their place and the host didn't provide a landline in case of emergencies. We communicated everything to the host once we got reception back. And what do you think the host did? She wished we were able to contact her before leaving so she could fix things for us. I can't describe how frustrating and exhaustive this non-vacation had turned out. What really bothers me is the host's indecency and the lack of regard for a family with a small child. Stay at your own risk. The views might be all you get.

From pre-booking to check-out this place has it all. I have so many good things to say about this Granby condo, I don’t know where to start. The views are spectacular, gorgeous sunsets every night from the patio. The kitchen had EVERYTHING you could possibly need, in fact it was better stocked than my own kitchen! Plenty of extra blankets, towels, pillows. The beds were so comfy and DREAMY! I was worried about no AC in the summer, but Granby temps get very chilly at night, so it was perfect to sleep with the windows open :). We had an issue with the keypad right away at check in, and Leanne responded to my text within 1 minute and fixed the issue! She was an amazing host! Our kids loved the heated pool! Did I mention there are tons of movies and games for the kids on those rare rain days! The grill was right beneath the condo and worked great. Highly recommend Leannes place !

Great owners

The owners were wonderful to work with and very understanding. The location was a little bit of a drive everyday to the Rocky Mountain national Park. The local grocery store was right outside the property and very convenient. The property was very pretty with a great view and everything you needed was included. This was our first time to this area and it was truly beautiful and we enjoyed the time we had there. I can only imagine how pretty it would be and the to have when it’s covered with snow! Would highly recommend this property to anyone else wanting to stay and visit the Rocky Mountains.
