These convenient 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condos in the Vista Cay Resort are individually decorated and fully stocked with all the comforts of home. These beautiful units feature a full kitchen, living room, and washer/dryer. There is unlimited free parking, blazing fast Wi-Fi, and cable television in your unit. Flat screen TV's are featured in every apartment.

Vista Cay is gated and close to the world famous Orlando outlet shopping malls and hundreds of restaurants. Located right off International Drive next to Sea World and Universal Studios, this location is second to none. It is also 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Walt Disney World.

Renting this unit also grants you access to the clubhouse which has 3 resort style pools, fitness center, game room, concierge, 24 hour front desk, and business center. Vista Cay is unique because it is the only vacation rental resort in Orange County. All other vacation rentals are located in Kissimmee and Davenport, south of Disney and not as close to the attractions, shopping and dining.

Our units are standardized in terms of the bedding setup, linens, and amenities but are individually decorated. Our homeowners must meet strict quality standards to be in our rental pool and our reviews are from guests who all stayed in different units. The 2 Bedroom Standard apartments are located on Cayview Avenue and Breakview Drive within the resort.

This is the second time we have stayed in Vista Cay. It is convenient to the tournament location, which was the reason for our stay. Would’ve loved for one of the rooms to have 2 twins vs a queen but we worked it out. The property was clean and amenities were wonderful. Will definitely book here again!

We rented for a month. Only negatives were poorly stocked kitchen (ex: only serving size spoons, 2 mugs and 4 small cups, toaster was a fire hazard, lg skillet bowed in the middle). No extra sheets had to wash weekly and wait till dry to remake bed. Suggest cleaning fans! The information board was a great help. Garbage was easy to get rid of and a great location. Manager was great to work with. Looking to rent for next February but need a better furnished kitchen.

This condo was ideal. Spacious for 3. Very clean. Looked recently upgraded as pics on listing did not match. Vista Cay is gorgeous - pool, walking path around lake, sunset views.

This place was amazing. Great location with plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance. Pool was excellent, as was the bar and the other amenities. Will be staying again on our next trip to the area.

The location of the property is perfect and just a short distance away from Universal, Seaworld, Discovery Cove, etc. The condo was immaculate, smelled clean, and was just as described. We were also pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the beds were so we were all able to get a good night's sleep each night! Communication is great, check-in and out were seamless. Highly recommend and we will be back!

My daughter was playing volleyball at the Orange County Convention Center and it was super close and easy to get to from the resort. It was just a convenient location for everything we did. It was easy and stress free getting into the resort and the instructions were sent in plenty of time and they were very easy to understand. Daniel was very accommodating and friendly.

I have to travel to the Orlando area several times a year to see family and for the first time I decided to stay at something different other than a hotel, and I am so glad I made that decision. I am so happy that I chose this property to stay at while visiting family in Orlando. The apartment was very beautiful and beyond my expectations and much better than staying at a hotel. It is conveniently located to everywhere you would want to go while staying in Orlando and I highly recommend it. The property owner was quick to respond to any question I had and made sure that my stay in Orlando was perfect. Thank you, Daniel!

The property needs some maintenance

The master sink was clogged, the washing machine did not function properly, the garbage disposal was broken. The master bedroom comforter was soiled and needed laundering. The bathroom cabinets were peeling.The kitchen cabinets front plate fell off and hit my foot. Great location and amenities but needs some maintenance.

We enjoyed our stay. Our child has food allergies, so it was important for us to cook our own food. The kitchen and bathroom supplies were quite limited and were not sufficient for the duration of our stay. We also had trouble using the programming for the TV. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice place. The only issue we had was an idiot downstairs blasting a stereo until 2AM. We called and they had security pay them a visit and they turned it down for 10 minutes until security left and turned it back up. Security said they gave them a warning and did nothing after the warning. The rest of the stay was nice. You can't control other tenants.

The condo and resort were beautiful! My daughter and I enjoyed every moment! We loved the perfect weather and our hours spent at the pool! The walking path was also a bonus! Having restaurants, a grocery store, and pharmacy within walking distance was also a plus! We would definitely return!
