About this house rental
Enjoy awesome lake views and evenings by the campfire from this cute 3 bedroom 2 bath home only 1/4 mile from the marina and public use access for fishing and swimming. The master bedroom includes a king bed and an en-suite whirlpool bath, while the 2nd bedroom has a queen. The 3rd large bedroom has two double bunks; full size on bottom with twins on top. Plenty of room to accommodate a large group of 10 - 12. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living has room to spare, and the oversized dining table. Wake up and enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch or back deck, and spend a nice evening making s'mores by the huge fire pit. This Villa has a gas grill on the back deck, a washer and dryer, along with all kitchen necessities.

The property was clean and well taken care of. The house is beautiful, as well. The kitchen was well stocked with judt about all you would need. Pleanty of towels in the bathrooms too. Furniture was nice and squishy in the living room. The views are gorgeous, especially the sunsets over the water. I loved to sit out on the porch in the mornings in the glider rockers. Beyond relaxing, to say the least.
Christine, the property manager, was extremely helpful and quick to respond to my messages.

The house was just what we wanted...out of the way and quiet with no city noise. Christine was extremely responsive to any texts always answering within a couple of minutes. The entrance to Starkey's Marina is only about 500 yards down the road and they were great too. Bed was very comfortable at night. We appreciated the nice place to stay!

We had a great time at this location, it was close to everything we wanted - Starkey marina, Eureka Springs, the Dam Site, so we were able to relax and do excursions with our kiddos!
Check-in and out was an absolute breeze.
Cleanliness was given a 4 star as there were a few things that just weren't quite to my standard..... a few hairs in the bath tubs, used q-tip under a dresser (we were looking for a toy that had rolled under) but the sheets were clean/stain free and no issues with the towels either.
If we decide to do another family vacation down this way we will definitely be looking to stay at this rental again!

Location is superb as just a couple minutes from Starkey Marina. Owner was so kind & communication was a breeze. It was perfect for 10 extra guest during an engagement weekend. There was nothing fancy about this place, but it was very quaint and comfortable. The property owners happened to be around for the weekend doing repairs and we were able to meet them. They were quite nice and hospitable. We really enjoyed our stay and will be returning when the weather is more "hospitable". :-)

The lake house was perfect for me, my two sisters and our aunt. The view of Beaver Lake from the front porch was beautiful and the sunsets were amazing. We enjoyed watching the deer in the evenings. Would definitely stay there again.

The location was what we liked the most, right next to our favorite marina, Starkey, just 20 min from Eureka to eat out and hike lake Leatherwood.
Was slightly disappointed in the view, but we've stayed at many homes around the lake right on the water so not fair to compare.
There is another home like 5 feet out the backdoor, you look at the back of the house when you are at the kitchen sink. No one was there when we stayed but as a large family we tend to get loud and kids in and out playing so I would have felt intrusive if someone else would have been staying in the other home.
The house was SUPER clean, AC worked fabulous. And communication with the owner was great. My son forgot his shoes and we were able to get ahold of the owner right away and the house keeper was able to let us in.
It was a great home for our last minute booking and for the price we would stay again.
I do wish there would have been a little more comfy seating or another couch. But again we have a family of 7 to squeeze in.

This is a nice place to stay. Very clean and kept up to date. The only thing is the listing doesn’t say that there is another house right behind this one. They share a deck between them. This wasn’t an issue as it wasn’t rented at the time we were there.

Home is in a beautiful location with a fantastic view from from and back. Outdoor area is perfect for hanging out, building a fire, playing cornhole, relaxing. Home is very well stocked with kitchen items, towels, extra blankets, etc. Owner was so nice and even recommended things for us to do. We would definitely come back here!

We really had a good time in Arkansas. The lodging was clean, spacious, provided with a lot of necessities to cook or have fires in the evenings. We had a few hiccups during our stay. The boards on the stairs to the property were coming loose, and the air vent above the stove fell spontaneously while we were cooking. The owners were quick to respond to these issues, and insured they would be fixed for future guests. I do wish the property provided wine glasses. We went shopping in town for them and all that was available were champagne glasses. Not to worry, we left those for any future guests that might come wanting a nice glass of champagne or in our case, a nice glass of wine.

Beautiful cabin, had everything we needed for our stay. Views and surrounding area/drive was stunning with lots of lake views and hills. View from the cabin to the lake is a bit blocked by the house across the street, BUT nonetheless we loved sitting out and watching the sun set over the hills/water. It's an absolutely stunning area. Our kids are 7 and 6 years old and they also loved it. They LOVED the bunkbeds and playing football and dinosaurs in the yard. We made some really great memories here for Thanksgiving weekend. Wonderful mountain getaway. Family of five stayed and had plenty of room. Christine was great to work with and made our first VRBO experience a breeze. Hardest part of our stay was deciding wether to have morning coffee out back over looking the lush mountains or out front looking at the lake.
