Great 2 bedroom apartment, one suite. Very spacious and airy, it has 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 6 people.
Located in the heart of Guarapari, steps from downtown beaches: Castanheiras, Areia Preta, Namorados, Virtudes.
On the corner with the Caixa Economico, pharmacies, post office, lottery, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops in general. Close to the Guarapari mall.
We do not accept pets.

Imovel sem estacionamento, de frente a CEF, onde é impossivel arrumar vaga próxima ao local. O pessoal que loca o imóvel mora no mesmo, ao saírem para a entrada dos hospedes, deixam a maior parte dos armarios trancados com seus pertences pessoais, com pouco espaço para os hospedes organizarem sua bagagem. Antes de alugamos, entramos em contato pedindo autorização para levarmos um pequeno pet. A locadora autorizou expressamente. Quando chegamos, a mesma disse que não havia autorizado. Ou seja, possuem duas palavras. Cobram taxa de limpeza, e depois reclamam. que o apartamento foi deixado sujo. No check out, eles chegaram bem antes do horario de saida e ficaram na porta esperando, tivemos que nos arrumar as pressas. No dia seguinte, uma mulher, se dizendo advogada dos locadores, entrou em contato querendo que fosse pago um valor adicional de R$ 500,00, além do que já havia sido combinado. Era uma pessoa extremamente grossa, e me ofendeu diversas vezes. Não passou qualquer identificaçao. Assim, duvido que realmente fosse advogada. Descobri ainda ainda que a locadora coloca nome falso na plataforma. Sem mais.
