Summary:
Welcome to our stunning three-bedroom penthouse suite with jaw-dropping views from your private nine-person hot tub.
This is one of five Penthouse Suites that we own and operate on the same floor of the same building. Please see all of them for options or if you are travelling with friends and need additional room.
The Space:
Two Story Penthouse loft with 2400 sq. ft. of living space inside and a large deck with outdoor living space and 9-person hot tub!
The suite boasts a spacious upstairs master bedroom with walk-in closet, TV, large bathroom and king sized bed. The first main floor bedroom comes with 1 King size bed and 1 Queen size bed. The second main floor bedroom comes with a King size bed that can be split into two twin beds upon request (Please give 48 hours notice for that or a charge may apply), seating area and TV. The main floor also features a large bathroom, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar and a large living room and dining area.
We offer guests free WiFi as well as access to the heated indoor swimming pool, water-slide and The Grande Kitchen + Bar located on the main floor of the building.
The suite comes with two secured parking spaces in the heated underground parkade, in-suite laundry, PlayStation, and comfortable patio furniture on both the main floor balcony and rooftop patio.
Please note that we do not allow pets and the suite is a smoke-free environment.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to all parts of the home.
Please note that this property is not wheelchair accessible and guest will need to use stairs once inside the suite. The suite is split level. You will need to use the stairs to get down to the main floor and to get up to the second level of the suite. There is an elevator adjacent to the underground heated parking spots so getting luggage to the room is easy. It's just that the suite itself has stairs.
Don't forget to check out the indoor/outdoor pool, water slide, and children's pool/fountains on the main floor (especially if you travel with children).
Guests also have access to a shared gym (small but well equipped) on the second floor.
The Neighborhood:
Canmore is a fantastic little town full of indoor and outdoor activities! It's much less touristy and crowded than Banff (10-15 minutes away), but (in our opinion) has much better restaurants and amenities.
Main Street is a fun walk with lots of great shops. Don't miss Elevation Place, Canmore's community center. Take the kids there and watch them learn to rock climb. The self-repelling system means they will stay safe and be able to push their limits. We've seen kids as young as 2 years old climbing there.

Getting Around:
The suite comes with two heated underground parking stalls very close to the elevator. Taxis are available in Canmore.
The main part of town is less than 1km from your front door if you use the pedestrian rail crossing and has great dining and small shops.
Other Things to Note:
There is an upscale restaurant (The Grande) in the building. We have always had fantastic meals there and have never been disappointed. Still, the restaurant gets mixed reviews, so check out how it's doing during your stay at TripAdvisor.
***Please note the Techno showers on the main floor are getting a little bit old, and we cannot guarantee their continued performance. The shower will work as a regular shower, but the remote and additional functions may not always work. The steam function no longer works in any of the showers. We are in the process of replacing the showers. Thank you for your patience and understanding. ***

We have an excellent onsite team to assist you. If for some reason, they are not available, you can (almost always) reach us on cell anytime. We have a guidebook of recommended activities and restaurants. If you’re looking for something specific or need more information, the building also has front desk staff that are very helpful.

The condo was very nice and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay there, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. The owners were very quick to answer a few questions for us before and after we arrived. The views of the mountains from the small patio were a bonus. Our minor concerns: The front door keyless entry was not always cooperative, and the building elevator was a bit noisy and concerning. Hopefully the complicated shower with non-working features is overhauled soon. but we enjoyed the condo’s space and well-equipped kitchen and had a great time exploring Canmore, Banff and beyond.

Large space, perfect for a large group. Large hot tub that we got to use. Lots of towels, place was neat and tidy. Great location. Beds were very comfortable. There's actually an extra sofa bed in the living area. We didn't use this since we already paid for an air bed. The only caveat is that there are only 2 bathrooms, which just needed a bit of planning with our group. Wish the place had more mirrors for people to get ready since there are only two bathrooms. Overall, great stay, I highly recommend and hope to return!

The condo is in the grande Rockies resort. It is convenient to the Highway and to town. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need. The owners communicated frequently to make sure everything was going well. The parking is a little confusing but once you figure it out it’s fine.

Everything was wonderful. All the amenities and appliances are first-rate; kitchen is great; the place has lots of room.... bigger than it appears in the photos. Easy walk to town. And balcony view of mountains was very nice. I definitely recommend for larger groups/families.

This property will not disappoint! I was extremely impressed with this place and feel the pictures do not do it justice. It’s much more spacious than I expected it to be. My partner and I have a blended family and took our 5 children along. They all loved it, slept comfortably and said the water slide in the building was one of the best they’ve been on. The location was perfect, the check in / checkout process and communication with the management team were all great. Highly recommend. I promise you will not be disappointed.

My family used this property as a home base to explore Banff National Park. It was a quick drive up to Banff but nice to explore the charming town of Canmore as well. The unit was spacious, very clean and the kitchen and bathrooms well stocked with essentials. My family especially enjoyed the hot tub and the deck with a nice view of the mountains.

Very spacious and well appointed 3BR unit. Canmore was an excellent choice for exploring Banff and Lake Louise for our family of five. Kitchen was well equipped and management company was incredibly responsive to an issue with washing machine over a holiday weekend. Upstairs master has sliding door that overlooks kitchen/living room so any noise from there spills into master bedroom. 3rd bedroom has no windows to the outside.

We rented the Penthouse Suite for a 50th Anniversary weekend with my parents. And it was amazing!! The team was excellent at communicating with us all the way through. They gave clear directions on everything. Any question I had while there - they answered me right away. The unit was spotless and was equipment with everything we needed. The decor was beautiful. The concierge was efficient at providing flowers to be in the suite before our arrival with a personal note I had written. But the icing on the cake was the private hot tub!!! It was clean and very spacious. It was on the upper patio, so it was very private and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Had some trepidations when the six of us saw the building -- it's just off the unappealing main drag in Canmore -- but all fears were unfounded. Lovely, incredibly quiet bi-level accommodations, spacious, well-appointed kitchen/living/dining area off a porch where you can take your morning coffee with a view of the peaks while rabbits scamper below. Super coffee roaster just across the street; walk to supermarkets, shops. Very well maintained and owner was beyond solicitous. Highly recommended, and we're a particular bunch.

Large, Clean, Nice Hot Tub.
Check in process was streamlined and went as expected. Host was prompt about answering questions. The unit itself was represented well in the photos and description. Slept 5 guys all in separate beds (1 was pull out couch) with no akwardness or issues. The hot tub was very nice as well.

Amazing property!
We were especially impressed with the space and cleanliness of the condo for our family. The in suite hot tub was a nice addition. We’ve stayed in this building before in another suite, and knew the pool/hot tub area with a slide was perfect for kids.

Overall very lovely stay
This property was excellent. Many properties try to squeeze in as many beds as possible but without enough kitchen space or seating to go along with the beds. But there was plenty of both. The swimming pool was great especially if you have younger kids.
A few very minor things. One of the showers had quite a fancy panel set up, with front sprays and looked like it could even play music, but it didn't seem to be working. It also had keys in the tub but there didn't seem to be a plug. I don't know if I'd have necessarily used them jet feature anyway since I know they're notoriously hard to clean properly but it was a slight disappointment to see the fancy shower and not be able to use it. Of course if it was just a regular shower and bath installed it wouldn't even have crossed my mind.
We were also expected to throw out our own trash at the end of the visit. I'm not sure why since this is essentially a suite in a hotel and there shouldn't be any extra risk of illness disposing of a sealed bag compared to changing bedsheets someone had been breathing on all night. And the door to the garbage bins lock you outside but give you no warning of that, fortunately it wasn't very cold during the walk around the building back to the front. It just made the check out process slightly more stressful then we'd have liked.
Overall though these were both very small things, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We'd definitely stay here again

Beautiful and Relaxing
We enjoyed an amazing family vacation at this beautiful condo and would not hesitate to do it again! The pictures do not do it justice. With 6 adults one might figure it would be a little tight, however we could have easily included another two adults and would still have had plenty of room. The view of the mountains from both decks was incredible and the hot tub was fantastic !!
The hot tub needed to be filled, however they were able to get this done for us on Christmas Day !! Above and beyond.

Amazing condo in Canmore for the holidays!
We had an amazing trip to Canmore and this condo was stunning. Fireplace, grill, private hot tub and fully stocked kitchen! We were close enough to Banff to drive easily but not stuck in the crowds. Canmore had everything we could have needed. Can’t wait to come back in the summer! Would rent here again hands down!

Family Thanksgiving Getway
Had a great trip with our son and daughter's families. There were 6 adults and 4 young children. The penthouse was clean and roomy. The hot tub was a big hit. We needed an extra bed and it was set up for us upon arrival. Thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations. Did some great hikes and were blessed with great weather for October. Thanks so much Bill

Can’t Get Much Better
Beautiful condo with a great view of the mountains. Was a perfect place to stay for our golf trip. Walking distance to the heart of Canmore. Private hot tub was great after a couple days of 36 holes! Bills check in instructions were straight forward. Would definitely come back if the opportunity arose!

We came here to have a small family reunion. Bill was awesome in replying to questions and the people at the resort were fantastic to deal with. Family loved the pool, slide and the indoor/outdoor hot tub. Unit was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The resort was close to everything. Will definitely stay here again. Wonderful condo, great location, and spectacular views
My family and I stayed in this condo for five days while visiting Banff and Canmore. It is a great property; the convenience of a hotel and the amenities of a house all in one. The description was a little bit off. The bedroom with two beds has a king and a queen, not two queens. The owner was responsive and very nice. He recommended Canmore restaurants above the Banff restaurants and we agreed with his assessment. We were a party of three couples. This condo was just perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place but could have more responsive management
Clean with a good layout and lots of space. Good location. We had issues with the shower in the second bath and ripped sheets in the master. Management was slow/inconsistent with their response (came to look at the shower after we emailed twice, never responded about the sheets) so that was a bummer.

What a great condo! We had pleanty of room and it was just 15 mins to Banff. Everything we needed was a close to drive or walk to. And Canmore is a lovely city! We would live to return someday and would hope to stay here again!

Beautiful, beyond expectations
We stayed for 3 nights. Everything was exactly as the pictures. Very clean rooms, white bedding, new and iron. Has everything you need if you want to use the kitchen. We bought plastic utensils and plates and use those. We didn’t use the hot tub, pool, or the the grill. We were out most of the day, but we enjoyed coming home to this beautiful apartment. We watched the soccer games (FIFA) in the morning, had coffee and breakfast. The place is located in a very good area, close to Safeway and Starbucks.(5 min. Drive).
The owner is very involved and responded to my email fast. He even called the next day and see if we need anything, or have any issues. The only down side we had was with the parking space. The unit has assign 2 parking spaces with the apartment number on the post, but someone has used them every night. We called the company that we supposed to in case of any problems and they gave us different parking spots. It was anointing to come home every night and have to call for it. Besides the parking issue, everything was amazing. I would recommend this place to everyone, specially 2 families with 2,3 kids or 3 couples would fit perfectly. We had a great vacation, visited Banff, Lake Louise, Moraine Lake and Jasper. We flew from Chicago to Calgary, stayed a night by the airport, rented a car the next day. We stopped by the farmers market and got some food for the picnic we had by the lake with an amazing Mountain View.We did hiking, canoeing, paddle boarding and enjoyed the scenery in top of the mountains. We were 21 in total ,(5 couples and 11 kids) all family. The other 3 families stayed in different place. Ours was the best one out of all. This was one of my favorite vacations we took so far.
