About this apartment rental

Stunning seaviews from all rooms. Beautiful fully furnished 3 bed, 2 bath penthouse apartment which sits in a gated Ocho Rios Condominium. The condo sleeps 6 persons and has 3 decks and access to 5 pools on site set within beautifully manicured gardens. There is air conditioning, tennis court, and access to a roof top terrace with panoramic view. If you want to wake up to a view, dine with a view and lounge with a view, this is the place for you. The winter rate for the 3 bedroom works out quite reasonably per night and includes bi weekly maid service. Daily cooking of your choice meals can be arranged with housekeeper directly. (Food extra). The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped.
Centrally located in Ocho Rios, you can walk 5 minutes down the hill to the full shopping, restaurant and bar facilities of Ocho Rios. This condo is just over an hour and a half from the Montego Bay International Airport. It is directly opposite to the new state of the art Island Village Shopping and entertainment complex; and the Margaritaville and Ocean11 nightspot; a five minute walk to freshly caught fish/lobster meals; a five minute drive to the famous Dunn's River Falls, Konoko Gardens and Falls, Blue Hole, Bamboo beach, Mahogany beach, Mammee beach, the newest attraction Mystic Mountain and Dolphin's Cove, and a ten minute drive to Chukka Cove. Golf Courses are nearby. For great value, try restaurants in Island Village across the road. Its central location affords you with spectacular view of ocean, cruise ship pier and views of Ocho Rios. At the same time, your condo is in a quiet well maintained and gated spot.
Swimming Pool, Tennis Court, Gym, 24-hr security. The condo complex is equipped with a washing machine, and dryer (tokens can be purchased from front office). The suite has an iron and ironing board available for guest use. There is also free parking. (It can also be rented as a 2 bedrm for 4 persons at $295 US per night)

The neighbourhood
Great access to Dunn's River Falls, Dolphin cove, Turtle River Gardens, Shaw Park Gardens, Bamboo beach, Konoko Gardens, market, restaurants, downtown shopping, Dolphin's Cove, Margaritaville and so many more attractions. 7 minute walk to Ocho Rios beach.
Getting around
It is possible to catch a comfortable Knutsford coach into Montego Bay, Kingston or Port Antonio. Taxis are also avalable in town or Juta tours can be arranged.

Parking is free. Gated community. Internet and cable included. Tokens for washing available from front office.

The property needs a lot of renovation on the exterior, the swimming pools were not usable most time

The property needs a lot of renovation on the exterior, the swimming pools were not usable most time

We were at the condo from Feb 23 to March 23, 2018 The condo itself was nice and clean, and has been updated in some rooms. The views from the balconies was amazing, I spent a lot of time reading and enjoying the gorgeous views. There are cruise ships coming in most days and you have a nice view of them from the balcony. The maid that does the house keeping is very nice and does a great job. Overall we had a great time. But the pools need serious attention!! We were not able to use them much because the water chemistry was way off. But hopefully they will pay some attention to making improvements on the property overall.
