Overall a very nice setting and was quiet at nighttime. Again the grounds are stunning. Staff was

The hotel grounds were beautiful. The staff was friendly. Location was acceptable and within walking distance to most places.

While website says the rooms have AC this is not true for all rooms. I specifically chose this hotel as it said there was AC. When we arrived they were going to place us in a basement room with no AC and it was 95 degrees. I insisted on a different room with AC and manager accommodated the request. Rooms and furnishings need some updates at least where we were located.

Las instalaciones son muy hermosas, solo creo que están descuidando las mismas, en el baño estaba flojo el lavabo el techo tiene humedad

No hay quien esté al pendiente de los huéspedes, en la alberca techada había huéspedes faltándose al respeto y ningún personal del hotel se acercó

Mantenimiento muy pobre y habitaciones descuidadas.

La propiedad en general es muy bonita, es un estilo único y hay aves exóticas

Las habitaciones están en las condiciones más pobres posibles, un ambiente sucio y húmedo, paredes llenas de moho, fuimos una familia grande y apartamos 5 habitaciones, todas eran una gran decepción, la ducha en algunos no servía y el agua caliente era inexistente, el inodoro no desaguaba en la mitad de los dormitorios, estaba plagado de zancudos y habían cucarachas en las áreas comunes y en nuestro baño, no hay teléfonos para comunicarse a recepción y tienes que salir de la habitación para solicitar algo, el restaurante tenía a una sola mesera y se tomaron más de 1 hora para servirnos, la comida estaba bien, la propiedad vale la pena solo para conocerla y tomarse fotos porque como hotel es una porquería y el servicio al cliente es pésimo.

Los jardines muy bonitos y cuidados La atención del personal es excelente y muy amables todos La ubicación de hotel es fantástica El ambiente muy bueno

Las habitaciones se ven viejas y un poco descuidadas El costo del restaurante es elevado La limpieza de pasillo es mala , había comida tirada y huesos de pollo

No dormimos por música

Los animales del lugar me gutaria hubieran más flamingos. Soló había 1.

Que habia música en la casa de enfrente del hotel toda la noche tocó muy fuerte y casi no pudimos dormir. Dar habitaciones del piso de abajo en estas ocasiones. Ojo Tapar la coladera que esta enmedio de la alberca de agua caliente por seguridad de todos y más de los niños.

Excelente pero le falta mantenimiento

Todo el lugar es un escenario de película. Es hermoso el sitio por su arquitectura, sus pavo reales y lo cerca del centro.

Mantenimiento. Creo que no han dado el suficiente mantenimiento a las habitaciones para que sea un 10/10. Las habitaciones despintadas, la tina sin agua fría y sin funcionar. Todo es perfecto excepto ese mantenimiento necesario.

El hotel es muy bonito y excelente el personal

Estuvimos sábado en la noche habia fiesta con la música altisima y pudimos dormir despues de las 2 de la mañana

Feels like it needs some maintenance. Invoicing is not very good, slow and needs to be pushed. Rooms are big and a little bare

Terrible

The grounds were amazing, at first impression the hotel had a real wow factor

The rooms are extremely dated stains on the curtains and sheets. The hot tap in the bath wouldn’t fully close so we had to leave to running all night as there was no way to contact anyone to fix the problem, in the morning the room was like a sauna.

Worst stay of my life.

The only reason I am giving a 2 as a rating is because of the outside, it’s beautiful. However, the inside is horrendous!!!!!! It smelled like mold and rotten egg, it was dirty, there were rollipollies inside and other mosquitos, and worms in the flor. At night we were cold, there were no heater. There is no maintenance inside rooms. The tubs were black. Mold on the roof.

Everything mentioned above. Nothing inside the room, no maintenance, it need to me remolded inside.

Disappointing

It has beautiful gardens and it is very clean.

We asked for a room with a king-size bed thinking it would be a spacious room. It was down in the basement. There were no windows and there was barely any room to move around. The bed covered most of the room. When we tried to take a shower, there was only a hole on the wall, so we had to switch rooms. The new room has two full beds instead of a king-size. Half of the room had no electricity. In the middle of the night, our neighbors decided to make a party outside our room. We complained but the staff never did anything, so at 1:00 am we had to change rooms AGAIN. : C
