Welcome to Esperia! This lovely Mediterranean style guest apartment is situated in the midst of the original Greek neighborhood of Tarpon Springs where all things are within a few blocks walk. Park the car in our driveway for your stay as there is little need for a car here. The historic Sponge Docks are a five minute walk away as well as manatee viewing at Whitcomb Bayou or shopping for antiques on Tarpon Avenue. Some of the finest in Greek Cuisine is within walking distance as well as outstanding seafood restaurants, pubs and cafes.
You don’t really need to spend extra going out to eat though as Esperia is a self catered apartment with a full European style kitchen with all you need to enjoy cooking, so pick up some fresh fish at the dock ... or even better, treat yourself to a deep sea fishing trip and cook up the catch of the day!
There is a lovely outdoor dining area as well as a charcoal and gas grills to take advantage of a nice evening. This is an excellent place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.
The apartment is tastefully decorated in the Mediterranean style and has generous accommodations that include a large master bedroom with a king-size bed and full bathroom, washer and dryer, family room with internet as well as cable tv (if you are bored!).

This is the very best location to access all the surroundings areas ex. Sponge Dock, Tarpon Avenue, Palm Harbour, Dunedin, Clearwater and all the beaches along the route. The greatest walking distance for Tarpon Springs. Bakery was 3 minutes then the Tarpon Sponge Dock was 2 minutes further. Tarpon Avenue was only about 12 minutes which offered all types of restaurants and shops. Esperia outside was quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Diane & Ken

We loved this little place. It was perfect for the two of us. It was very clean and quiet. It is walking distance to the sponge dock area so no need to drive down there. The property owners were kind and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again. Our rating: 5.0

As others noted, the pictures do not accurately depict this lovely place. It’s huge, warm, comfortable and in an amazing location!! It offers all the creature comforts of home.Leslie was super responsive to all my questions. I 1000% recommend Leslie and her amazing home!!

My friend and I stayed here while we were searching for real estate in the Tarpon Springs area. We absolutely loved the location. We could walk everywhere that we wanted to go. The house was full of everything we needed and then some. We ran out of propane for the grill and they had a new canister for us within the hour! The wine and cheesecake in the refrigerator was an added bonus!

We had a wonderful vacation at Esperia. You don't need to bring anything but your clothes. Leslie and Ted have thought of everything. Esperia is located in the historical district of Tarpon Springs, within walking distance of the sponge docks, many shops and good restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend! Ted and Leslie were excellent hosts and very knowledgeable of the local area. The home is in an awesome location, close to Sponge Docks and Downtown. There were excellent restaurants and music within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Tarpon Springs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our month at Esperia. It was comfortable, well-stocked and furnished and provided an excellent base for day trips, like golf, shopping and, with the Pinellas Trail so near, biking. A couple little problems were taken care of quickly and efficiently. It was a 5-star vacation.

This was our 1st experience with VRBO and it could not have gone better. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. It was well within walking distance to the sponge docks. Very quiet street and we really enjoyed our stay. Leslie the host made sure we were taken care of.

Enjoyed a week exploring local restaurants in the historic Sponge Docks neighborhood of Tarpon Springs while we waited to close on a home we purchased also in Tarpon Springs.Owner Leslie was a delight, very gracious and followed up a day into our stay to ensure we felt at home and weren’t in need of anything.The studio apartment was very clean with charm and character. Neighborhood was friendly, we enjoyed our stay very much.Thanks again Leslie.
