About this apartment rental
Start your day with a stroll along the world-famous beachfront path, which ends right in front of this property. You can enjoy the peaceful, uncrowded beach right out front, or sit poolside at the newly remodeled pool and jacuzzi! After soaking up the sun all day, plan to relax on your private lanai with sunsets you won't soon forget!
This unit accommodates up to 6 guests with a Primary Bedroom having a King bed, the Guest Bedroom offering two twin beds which can also be made into a King, and a very comfortable Sofa Bed in the living room! This fully air-conditioned unit also offers two full Baths, which have been remodeled with granite counters and tiled flooring! The kitchen is also fully stocked for your use and features exquisite Koa Wood Cabinetry.
The Polo Beach Club is situated in the resort community of Wailea, offering world-class dining and shopping options all nearby at the different resorts and The Shops at Wailea. The Polo Beach property is a non-smoking property.
When you arrive on property, you will be issued a blue parking tag for your unit's 1st vehicle. If you have a second vehicle, it will be given a red parking pass. The RED parking pass does not guarantee your second vehicle a parking spot throughout your stay. If the property has high occupancy numbers during your stay, you will be alerted and will have until 5 pm that day to remove the second car from Polo Beach property and off-site. If the second vehicle is not moved by 5 pm that day, you will be issued a $200.00 fine. If the second vehicle is not removed by 11:59 pm of the same day, there will be an additional $50 per hour fine for every hour the vehicle remains on the property after 11:59 pm.
While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

From August 19th to Mid-November, there will be a tile installation project for floors 2 & 3. Expect loud and excessive noise during your stay.

Had a great time at this property. The reviews are very accurate... even though it's a little dated it's extremely clean and well appointed making the stay very nice! The pull-out couch has a really nice mattress, unlike hotels, so that was very functional for our teen. The Property Management Group good to resolve issues. We really like how this property connects to the walking path along the ocean. Overall property grounds and pool kept immaculately!

This was my 16th visit to Unit 502. As usual the condo was perfect. I spent 3 weeks and am ready to go back. Everything I could possibly need was within a short 5 minute drive. The CBI team was so helpful when I needed anything but I rarely needed anything. Couldn't want a more relaxed, clean and beautiful unit.

We have stayed at a number of Polo Beach Club units and 502 was right at the top. It had it all - from the great view to the interior furnishings it was a well appointed unit that didn't lack anything from cookware to beach chairs. We instantly felt at home and we'll be back.

We loved the Polo Beach 502 and it fantastic view. We saw the whales jumping from the balcony already in the morning. The balcony is perfect oriented, the kitchen very well stocked, everything was very clean, we had enough towel, beds were comfortable and we appreciate very much the private beach and the pool and the Wailea path. The property is very well maintained and the PB 502 very well managed. Good communication and quick response as well as small gifts by arriving. Only the living room furniture could be improved (a little old). We spend dream family holidays. Thanks so much .

Such an amazing condo. The unit is also more updated than it looks in photos! Super well kept and cared for. Having your own private beach is awesome. Will definitely be renting at Polo Beach again.

Fantastic two weeks. I try and visit Maui twice a year and always stay in unit 502. It is perfect,,,great views, close to everything you could want. Well furnished and always a great stay. Even though it wasn't needed, in my opinion, the owners have upgraded with a new oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, new carpet and mattress on the master bed. I have already scheduled 3 weeks in 2023.

The beach was back to pristine and unit 502 is always in great condition with owners always responsive and willing to help.CBIP followed up on any of our concerns in a prompt manner and solved any issues

I chose this place for the location (perfect) and relatively reasonable
Price for the size of my family (5). Cathay said, there were 3 major issues that arose during our stay that were irritating and really cast a negative light for this place but due to the responsive, courteous nature of the CB team, 2 issues were resolved within 24 hours, which I appreciated. 1) the AC, which was super loud, was not functioning for the first 24 hours due to a water drainage block, which the maintenance gentleman missed the when we alerted the CB team initially. He had to come back a second time the next afternoon to figure it out but it was a sweltering night. 2) The Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent and we ended up requiring spectrum to come out and switch the modem boxes. This is also inconvenient since we like to watch movies in the evening. 3) The master bedroom had the worst bed and sheets that I have ever slept on - there was no support and the sheets were old and piled and felt like sleeping on old towels that were air dried. The management team really ought to get new bed linens. On the plus side, it was very clean and relatively spacious. I chose it for having a washer and dryer (loud), very functional well equipped kitchen, amazing views, and the absolute to sleep 5 (the fifth person slept in the pill out sofa bed in the living room space and this sofa bed was more comfy than the master suite bed). There are beach chairs, snorkels, beach towels to use and we left three boogie boards there for the enjoyment of future guests.
