Surrounded by glass, the open-plan living/dining/kichen area leads onto an expansive deck that captures a stunning outlook minutes away from the action of Mountjoy Parade.

The property offers ultimate first class location with outstanding views. 2 bedroom - Sleeps 4.

Wake up to the most brilliant sunrise over the Bay and go to sleep listening to the waves.

Pricing based on two adults occupying the property.

There is a small charge for linen/towels (doonas and pillows provided) for o/seas and interstate guests to cover laundering. We appreciate your understanding with this.

As described the view was great and the walk to town was easy and convenient. Loved this! However, there were a few disappointments. We had to wait 7 hours for the hot water to kick in even though we turned it on upon arrival and the glasses were mismatched and dirty (probably the fault of previous guests?).

We very much enjoyed our stay in this spotlessly clean and neat little holiday house. Floor to ceiling windows maximise the lovely views of Louttit Bay looking over to the Lorne Pier. Right across the road from the beach and a short enjoyable walk to supermarket and main shopping/eating area of Lorne. Good shower and comfy bed. No need to use car once you get there. Great accomodation and location.

We stayed for a weekend recently in November - the location was as described - great access to the beach with beautiful views from living room and master bedroom. Unfortunately though we arrived at 5.30pm unaware we were required to turn hot water on when we arrived so made showering a toddler and baby difficult. We also were unaware that the unit required us to do a full clean for incoming guests as we assumed cleaning would be included in tariff. Our usual experience is to leave a property clean and tidy for the cleaners to come through after our departure. For a two night stay with a toddler and baby in tow this was not ideal while on holidays. Due to this I would look at other properties however if prepared to clean - views are great.
