About this apartment rental
Amelia Landings has impeccably maintained beautiful tree filled grounds just minutes away from downtown Fernandina Beach. The condo is just a few minutes’ walk along a private boardwalk to 1st Ave and a public access to the beach. There is a pool side naturalistic picnic area for family and friends to relax and enjoy the wonderful scenery. The pool includes a shower and bathroom, new lounge chairs and several umbrella covered tables with seating. The green & red surfaced tennis court is a short distance beyond the pool. This unit is very nicely furnished and well maintained. It is located on the second floor of a 3 story building. (It is not handicap accessible as there are No Ramps or Elevators on premises.) Amelia Landings is a pet-free community (No pets allowed). We do not allow smoking either on the balcony or indoors. Will be rented to maximum of 4 people If found to have more than 4 persons an Additional $50.00 per night will be charged! About the Villa/Condo - A new 42' high definition TV with a DVD/VCR player and basic cable. (Bring your Apple or Google TV and a HDMI cable!) - A nice flat-screen TV with DVD and cable in the master bedroom. - Free Comcast high speed internet via secure Wi-Fi. - A recently remodeled kitchen with granite counter-tops and new appliances. - Fully stocked kitchen including all the usual cookware, dishes, glasses and flatware - Dishwasher, full size Stove, Fridge, Microwave, Toaster, Coffeemaker, Blender - New front loading stack-able washer and dryer combo. - Linens (Towels, Bed sets, Table Place Settings for Dining) - Beach towels and chairs. - Master bedroom has a Queen bed - Second bedroom has a set of twin beds both on the floor with table in-between - Deck is well maintained with new teck wood table and several chairs. - Second story deck directly overlooks the pool. - Great Beach Decor and Art Throughout - Free Gated Pool and Tennis Court (Access code is provided) - 5-10 minute boardwalk to 1st Ave (public access to beach). Just minutes from: - Downtown Fernandina Beach - The Historical Amelia Island Lighthouse - Fort Clinch State Park - Amelia Island Plantation (Upscale Shopping) - The Omni Resort - The Ritz Carlton don't miss - Amelia Island State Park - Big Talbot Island State Park - Little Talbot Island State Park - St John's River Ferry Other surrounding Activities Include Horseback riding, Sailing, Para-sailing, Excellent Golf Courses, Fantastic Local Cuisine, and I highly recommend visiting the Historic Marina in Downtown Fernandina Beach. Amelia River Cruises offers a fantastic children friendly shrimping and a eco-tour can be planned . All items in unit will be checked after each Stay, any items missing will be charged for cost and time to locate a new one!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Very comfortable, certainly not luxurious but very nice. Very clean, great location to the beach and downtown! Very impressed with the communication with the host!! Highly recommend staying here.

This is the second time we have stayed at Amelia Landings and love it! Our condo was nicely decorated and right next to the pool. The balcony has comfortable furniture for pleasant socializing while viewing the nature in the back. Tommy was a great host and was very responsive to any questions. I would recommend this condo for a nice stay on Amelia Island.

Peaceful location, short walk to the beautiful beach where you can park right on the sand if you have 4wd or awd.
This location is away from the crowds. Second floor condo, so you have a few steps. Wonderful lanai overlooking natural setting.
Large pool and a pickleball court. Comfortable and efficient, just right for a couple or small family. No pets allowed in this condo community. Great bike/hiking trail starts a 1/2 block away. Short drive to historical fort and downtown area with shops and excellent restaurants. Salty Pelican is recommended, but try to get there by 5. Next time we'll stay longer! Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tommy's place. The condo was clean and comfortable, the location just right for us, check-in was perfect, Tommy is very responsive, and everything was described accurately. We look forward to staying here again, hopefully next year!

We stayed 4 days before going on a cruise. The condo has all amenities and is located in a beautiful area close to gorgeous beaches. Would definitely go back!

First and foremost, the communication was amazing!! The check in process was a breeze. Location was perfect! We love that area! So close to beautiful downtown Fernandina Beach, Fort Clinch State Park, the beaches, great restaurants and shopping. We took the A1A to Jacksonville twice .. it was easy and so peaceful and picturesque. I would definitely stay here again! We are so happy to have a great place to stay in the future!!

Great place for a fall break at our favorite beach! We always enjoy Amelia Island! It’s a great place! The facility we stayed at was just a indicated in the description and pictures! I was even pleased to find a crock pot in the kitchen!

We met other family in the area for a long weekend together. This property was perfect for two of us to stay when we were not visiting with the group. It had comfortable seating and beds. There is a balcony that overlooks the pool to enjoy as well. Amelia Landing is off a main road with trees and landscaping making it feel secluded. It's also quiet which is nice. There are several restaurants and a public beach access area close by. We walked it easily but we also walk daily for exercise. Fortunately I did not have to reach out to host for any problems but after I failed to let him know we arrived he checked on us to make sure we got in okay and that everything was satisfactory. I appreciated that. This property is one that I would definitely use again if I am in the area.

Property was great! We could walk to the beach in 5 minutes. Lots of little touches like chairs to take to the beach. Fantastic deck, very peaceful where we spent a lot of time. Just really loved it. Owner Tommy very helpful and responsive. .5 stars!

Amelia Landings and Tommy's unit was very nice. It was spacious, clean and had many amenities. Tommy was extremely attentive to our needs. Not that there were any major issues. We really enjoyed Amelia Island. Unfortunately, we had to abort our stay after spending only four of the seven nights at the condo unit. Hurricane Idalia was not only predicted to strike where we live close to the Gulf of Mexico in Pinellas county, but was also predicted to be on track to strike the Jacksonville area. Amelia Island is close to Jacksonville. We really would have liked staying at Tommy's condo for the entire time of our paid stay. We lost three night's paid stay. We didn't have any hurricane or cancellation insurance. We were hoping Tommy would have at least banked the three nights we didn't use for towards a future visit. No such offer was made. We do intend to return to Amelia Island again.

loved the large balcony overlooking pool and wooded area. in a nice neighborhood. close to beach and other attractions in area. some of the access codes/wifi info were out of date in the email sent but property manager was fairly quick to respond. would stay again.

One of the nicer places we’ve stayed in Amelia Landings. Also the cleaning crew found some important items that we left and shipped them to us that day. Will definitely stay again.

The condos are in a beautiful shaded area about a half mile from the main drive on beach entrance at the traffic circle. The unit we stayed in was 1-D. The unit is not 5 star luxury, but it is a very nice clean place. The location of this particular unit was 2nd floor and probably the best view of the pool area on the entire property.
Individual Rooms-
Entry into dining area and living room:
Very inviting, wood floors with numerous rugs. High top table w/ 4 chairs. Also a mini wet bar in this area. Couch in living room was big and comfy. Smart tv with a DVD player if your still into DVDs😊. During our stay Amazon video was available because someone before us didn’t log out. YouTube TV was also available. Two big sliding glass doors opened to the huge back deck.
Kitchen:
Refrigerator with automatic ice maker. (Empty it into a grocery bag every time it gets full and you will have plenty of ice for your cooler!) Electric stove was fine just your basic range but it worked fine the couple times we used it. Automatic dishwasher was fine. Stack washer and dryer in closet in kitchen worked fine. It did have an Oder in the washer the smelled the kitchen up a little bit nothing overwhelming.
Small bedroom:
Two twin beds and a desk, I’m sure dressers also but we did not use this room.
Hall bathroom:
Everything was fine in there. Just your basics, sink, toilet and full size tub/shower. Water pressure was a little weak but no big problem.
Master bedroom:
Comfy Queen bed.

This property is a good value. The pool is wonderful. The washing machine was not working while we were there. I wish the owner would have let me know the washing machine didn't work.

We go down every year to fernidina beach for my our family reunion. Great location, easy walk and drive to the beach. The pool was very convenient for the kids and vey quiet. Recommend A+++

With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teenagers! Clean and fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels and linens as well. Great location to the beach as well as ice cream :)

The property was very clean and we had nice bedrooms. Sitting on the deck was like being next to the rain forest. It was really pleasant and relaxing, even more so during an evening rain. We would stay here again.

Nothing worth taking points off for, a few items worth mentioning:
At the time of our stay, the internet connection was stable and functional. 15mbits download to a speed test website, 60ms ping in a popular game. Your miles may vary, and I was satisfied. Our family spent more time outside.

Couldn't get in property. Owner didn't respond to text, phone or vrbo message. Vrbo put us in a hotel for one night. Owner finally contacted me the evening of arrival. Checked in next day.

My husband and I loved our stay here! It was close to so many great restaurants yet off the main roads enough that it was private. Tommy was an excellent host...very responsive when needed, which wasn't often. Highly recommend!

Came to Amelia for some fishing and quality time with my son. Great trip…accommodations were 5 star and convenient to any where on the island. Fishing was slow. Captain Danny Flynn of Amelia Island Charters was the best.
And 1928 cuban bistro on 8th street was great.

This condo was very clean, well-stocked, had a comfortable bed, and a great proximity to the beach and downtown. The grounds were well-maintained with beautiful live oaks, and there is a peaceful view from the deck. It's an older condo community, but the owner has the price point set perfectly. He is responsive and easy to work with.
We enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave. We will stay here again.
