Perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Brixen

Wir hatten ein Studio mit kleiner Küchenzeile und Balkon. Es war sehr sauber sehr gut ausgestattet sehr bequeme Betten!! kuschelige Bademäntel Kaffeepads Illy und Tee kostenlos guter, großer Kühlschrank Nutzung von Waschmaschine , Bügelbrett etc. kostenlos Fahrräder standen kostenlos zur Verfügung Nettes Personal

الموقع الاستقبال متعاونين النظافة الغرفة مجهزة بكل شيء حتى ادوات المطبخ الاساسية في دراجات مجانيه للعملاء 👌🏻 انصح فيه وبقوة خصوصا بريكسن موقعها جميل وسنترها لطيف

Sehr gute Basis für einen aktiven Urlaub… hier kann man sich wohlfühlen!

Richtig gutes Konzept! Schöne Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz und sehr guter Ausstattung. Hier wurde an Aktivurlauber gedacht: Fahrräder können gesäubert, untergestellt und sogar repariert werden. Dies gilt wohl auch für Wintersportgeräte. Eine große Kletterhalle und ein Schwimmbad befinden sich in direkter Nachbarschaft. Tolle Lage, kurze Entfernung zur Innenstadt, alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr freundliche, gut informierte und hilfreiche Mitarbeiter. Das Auto kann direkt am Haus geparkt werden. … sofort für eine erneute Buchung vorgemerkt.

Toller Ausgangspunkt für vielfältige Urlaubsaktivitäten.

Großes 2er-Appartement mit großem Bad. Komplettes Frühstück in der Box zum Bestellen und gemütliches Essen im Zimmer. Perfekt. In die Innenstadt sind es nur knapp 10min.

Ausgerechnet zum Fußballspiel Deutschland: Türkei ist der TV ausgefallen - war wahrscheinlich besser so 😉

Super nice and very useful hotel in Brixen (Bressanone)

It is attended to by super kind staff, the whole facility is super comfortable, hyper clean, very well located smack in the middle of town, but not on everyone's way, gorgeous views, plenty to do and Aquarena and Brixen Card included... super value for money!

Everything was just perfect. There was literally nothing that I didn't like. I would certainly come back!

Very good location, kitchen equipped with everything, beautiful views. Free parking and use of the washing machine. Very dog friendly, they could have offered everything needed for the dog (bed, bowls, food), but we didn't need anything. Per day the cost for a dog is 15 euro.

Everything! the room; the balcony; the view; the bed; the large bathroom and wonderful shower; the kitchenette and wonderful coffee machine and Illy coffee. The incredible local Tisane included. Barbara at reception was amazing and so friendly and helpful before and during the stay. Parking is free and on site and the walk into town along the river was short and beautiful. There is even a Eurospar just across the river. We can not imagine ever staying anywhere else in beautiful Bressanone. We will see you again Resience Nives!

Location is very good and the terrace offer the best mountain view.

If you need to go to the bathroom and you sleep in the living room you need to pass through the bedroom.

The Residence is new and well equipped, with all the necessary facilities (great coffee machine). The owner is super friendly and helpful. Free bikes were great for traveling around town. The Brixen card was a treat: public transport, cable cars, the pool (!). I will definitely stay there again when in Brixen

We had the biggest apartment at the roof - it was perfect. Really comfortable beds, spotlessly clean. Quiet sorroundings, close to everything .

No aircondition, but no problem, since we could let doors and windows open

Very nice place and very helpful staff.

Good location, parking available, cleanliness of the facility and, good size of the room. Plose tickets and waterpark tickets very appreciated.

Fab Place with great perks!

Was very tastefully done, plenty of space, facilities were great, you get access to the Brixen card and they have lots of things you can use for free e.g. sleighs, bikes etc!! The man who checked us in was lovely and had lots of great information to share. The room had a small kitchen area you could use also with dishes, glasses cutlery etc. a great balcony which you could enjoy a coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening on and electric shutters. Nice touches like lovely soap and hand washes and all the corridors smelt great!! Attention to detail is great - I would be back in a heartbeat!

Stunning

Everything absolutely top quality. Fantastic panoramic view. Handy for everything, very helpful staff. You get a free Brixen card (check out what it covers - it actually saved us over €50 per day on things we would have used anyway). But the Residence also has free bikes, sledges, snow shoes, umbrellas and coffee too. From the outside of the building the rooms look close together but once you are in your room you get a sense of total privacy. The kitchenette is more than adequate for cooking for a week and the bathroom is really excellent. Really loved our holiday here.

We were on the 3rd floor, whether the view from lower floors is so sensational I do not know.

Very pleasant stay. Highlight of my trip

The location was near to the city center (10mins walk). The rooms had mountain view and the staff were very helpful. The stay included the use of their bikes which helped us explored more of the town. Rooms were clean and nice.
