This new ski-in ski-out custom home was completed in August of 2016. The house has four plus luxurious bedrooms: There are two large master suites with king beds and attached bathrooms (one of the suites also has an adjacent kids' suite with a crib, toddler bed and single bed); a queen bed bedroom; and a bunk room with two full and two twin beds.
The home was built with entertaining in mind. There is an private outdoor hot tub, pool table, ping pong table, and two large living areas. The kitchen has a 36" dual fuel range, two quiet dishwashers and a large refrigerator, as well as a beverage fridge. The formal dining table fits 10 adults and kitchen nook table accommodates overflow.
The main floor has an open floor plan that is great for entertaining. This includes a living area with a beautiful gas fireplace, dining area, kitchen, breakfast nook and plenty of space to move around. On the main floor there is also a sitting room/study with french doors that can be closed for privacy. The heated 2-car garage allows easy entry in to the house. There are two full size sets of laundry machines. The whole home and garage have in-floor heat.

We had a great stay in Granby! The house has everything that we needed - all the kitchen tools, lots of towels, etc. The hot tub, pool table, ping-pong and board games kept the kids entertained for hours. The views from the back deck are the best in Granby Ranch - we also saw lots of wildlife and it was so peaceful. Toby was a great host as well, checking in with us before our stay and answering questions during. We love visiting Granby and will definitely be back!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - roughly 8700 elevation - fabulous vistas - split layout 2 bedrooms up and 2 down with main living in the middle level .
Everything was more than provided for by the host. Excellent recommendations for eating and todo was also communicated by host.

This was our family's second stay at this home and it was fantastic again. It is located on the mountain in Granby Ranch with ski trails literally below you. The home is incredibly nice and well appointed. It has heated floors, which is very nice in the cold weather. The host, Toby, is great and very responsive. I highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Pictures don’t do the house justice as it was better than expected. Extremely clean and very well stocked with items needed for the week and there’s a breath taking panaromic view from the main living/kitchen area. This property is such a great floor plan/design for large families/friends/groups to both spread out with plenty of space to yourself and also to all gather together. Granby is a wonderful, family friendly ski resort and town and the host Toby is extremely friendly, communicative and helpful. A true pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this property and would look forward to returning to it ourselves!

The house is actually *on* the mountain with ski trails above, below and around it. Toby, the owner/manager, is awesome and super responsive. The view from the house is so breathtaking we commented several times that it almost wasn't real, but it is! We will be booking this house for our ski trip next year. I could not recommend it more.

We loved, loved the back deck. The home is very well equipped with everything we needed. The large screen TV was very nice as was the cable service.
A highlight of our trip was that Toby (the owner) was extremely attentive to every question or need that we had. He is an example for all owners to follow.

Wonderful property and host!
We recently spent a week in Granby with extended family. We have stayed in houses across the country and this was by far the best stocked house we have ever been in. It had plenty of space for our group of 10.
Toby provided wonderful recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. And the views from the house are amazing!!! It was a fabulous vacation!

Perfect In Every Way
This house is exactly as represented in the photos. It is a beautiful property with gorgeous views which is difficult to fully capture in pictures.
There were 10 of us (5 adults and 5 kids ages 2-13) and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the bunk room and pool table.
As others have mentioned - Toby was such a good host! I have rented several homes through VRBO and he was by far the most responsive and helpful.
I highly recommend this property. You won’t be disappointed.

Great house
The house was amazing and was very comfortable for 3 families during Spring Break. We had enough room to enjoy each other's company in the evenings, but also enough room to retreat to quiet parts of the home. The garage/mud room was a nice addition and allowed us to comfortably gear up/gear down. The only downside about the house is that it is ski in/ski out for experienced skiers. We had some new skiers in our group and they required a ride to the base each day, which was very easy.

A great winter break!
Traveled to this great ski-in/ski-out house with another couple and their two kids in Feb 2022. House was great for all eight of us and could have accommodated at least a few more if we utilized the queen bedroom, the foldout in the den, and the extra twin off of the second upstairs bedroom.
It was nice that the two upstairs bedrooms both had en suite bathrooms. I don’t think either couple felt they had lesser accommodations - we’ll maybe the soaker tub overlooking the mountains gives the one a leg up! Regardless, after days of skiing and with the accommodating and open first floor, you’ll probably find the bedrooms are primarily used to crash after a long day!
A few other pluses: the downstairs was a great area to let the kids separate from the adults and the heated garage was great for ski equipment storage and to get ready for the day. Internet was also never an issue even with multiple people streaming. Double dishwashers and washers/dryers were extremely helpful.
The slopes are probably 50-75 yard walk down the road, and if you’re lucky like us and get some good snow cover while there, you can ski right back to the top of the driveway. The only downside of the snow was that we had to somewhat create our own path to the ski hill, but once the first few people made the trek through the deep snow, access was easy.
Also, it is always good to have a good host, and Toby did a great job communicating with us before and during our trip!

Wonderful Colorado Home
The weather in Colorado can be unpredictable at times, but Toby's home is a wonderful and welcoming refuge. We got caught in a snow storm and couldn't get out for a few days but the home and amenities made our time quite refreshing. We snowshoed, sledded, played pool and even ventured over to the nearby "blue" ski slope which was deep in fresh powder. Through it all Toby was great at helping up problem solve and make the most of our time.

Spectacular Views...Book it!
All of the five star reviews people have written are dead on. We spent the majority of our time in the house looking at the gorgeous views! The mountains are breathtaking. We had deer right outside our window every morning. The sunrises and sunsets are not to be missed. The layout of this house is ideal for families since there are no bedrooms on the main floor. This allows for separation between game room/hot tub time and sleeping in the master bedrooms. The kitchen has a large selection of spices and cookware.
Toby is beyond helpful. We had no issues with the house whatsoever. It snowed a couple of days while we were there, so Toby suggested we rent a 4 wheel drive vehicle...great advice. The grocery store and liquor store are right down the road. Tubing at Colorado Adventure Park was a blast! We would rent this place in a heartbeat if we were to visit Granby again!

Perfect home for a perfect wedding weekend
The house was fantastic. The views of the valley and mountains beyond were spectacular. It was hard to drag myself away from the delightful porch, perfect for watching the sunrise, dining outdoors, reading or just chilling. Stunning views from every room. The best equipped kitchen I have ever seen. The homeowner was also extremely helpful regarding the check in process and recommending local restaurants. I would highly recommend this house. It was perfect!!!

Perfect family reunion place in a beautiful setting!
This place has everything you could possibly want! Dinners on the deck with a view, tons of common space to hang out and play games, hot tub, great bedroom configuration, pool, ping pong-no need to even leave! But if you do there are lots of adventures close by waiting for you.

Great home for an adventure
We had a wonderful time. Lots of room for our family. Lots to do. Great hiking without leaving the mountain. The house was fully furnished and cleaned. We will definitely keep Tobys house in mind if we ever travel to Colorado again.

The views are spectacular, the home offers plenty of activities for families, and Toby was a very helpful host prior to arriving and during our trip. The Most Perfect Spring Break
Toby was the ultimate host. He contacted me before we left, once we arrived, and before we headed home: each time he was ensuring we had what we needed and that all was as it should be. And let me tell you, things were exactly as they were advertised. The home is immaculate and the location to Granby Ranch is excellent. The view from the house was worth the stay alone. My kids used the snowball makers and snowshoes provided and had a blast. We also used the sleds in the garage to spend an afternoon sledding. I can’t say enough good things about this gorgeous home. While grand in size and stature, it still felt incredibly cozy and relaxing. Book this property and you won’t regret it!

Best property manager ever
We travel a good bit but Toby, the owner of the home, was by far the best we have ever experience. The house was beautiful and Grandy Ranch is a great place for kids to learn to ski. We had a beautiful view of the valley and mountains. Toby was so helpful in answering our questions. He even helped us get a Christmas tree! Highly recommend this home for families.

Remote Learning
Home owner Toby was great. Gave us an outstanding list of nearby things to do and eat. House was well equipped with fast internet while our kiddos were schooling online and well stocked with everything else we needed. Short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake and even had hiking right out the front door. Can't wait to go back for another visit.

Off Season Fun
Our family of four stayed in Granby in the fall due to a family wedding nearby. While most would want to be there in the winter to ski I'm sure, the fall was great as well.
The home was perfect. Not only was the view amazing, but the kitchen was well stocked (we cooked in several nights), there was more than enough room for our family and even another, and the SONOS was on constantly while we played ping pong and pool.
There was a family of deer which greeted us upon arrival (literally in the drive) and which came back nearly every morning and evening.
The property feels very isolated, yet within a five minute drive is a well stocked grocery store City Market (Kroger to those of us in the Mid West) and several restaurants in the nearby towns (Winter Park, Granby and Fraser). We we had a short drive to RMNP, where we went multiple days and spent some time at the YMCA just down the road for horseback riding.
I certainly would recommend this home to any family, no matter the season. It's about an 1.5 hour drive from Denver, it's close to RMNP (20 minutes), the amenities are top notch, the view is incredible and you're far enough from neighbors (really about 2 houses) that you have plenty of privacy. Further, the owner was very helpful and responsive. We would rent here again if we get back out to the area no matter the season.

Mountain glam in Granby
The home was beautiful and the perfect home base for our mountain and lake adventures. Easy to get to Winter Park (love Trestle bike park), Snow Mountain Stables (part of the YMCA property), Lake Granby, Grand Lake and RMNP. Not to mention the great hikes out the door on the Granby Ranch slopes and the amazing sunsets and vistas right from the deck.
Great communication and flexibility from the hosts, and the house was fully equipped with everything we needed.

Great House!
It's all been said by the previous reviewers, but overall just a top-notch experience. Toby went above and beyond in communicating with us prior to, during, and after the trip. His suggestions for local activities were on point. The house, as mentioned, is set up wonderfully and our whole party loved playing ping pong, pool, horseshoes, and the hottub. We ate most of our meals at the house, and the kitchen and its supplies did not disappoint. Views out the back were just amazing. Being able to hike to the numerous Granby Ranch trails right from the front door was such a plus as well. Our fam enjoyed rafting the Colorado with Liquid Descents, renting a pontoon boat on Shadow Mountain Lake, numerous trips to RMNP, the ropes course (and playground) at Winter Park Adventure Quest/Fraser Sports Complex, fishing, hiking, and just relaxing on the deck. Looking forward to skiing Granby Ranch with the kiddos soon! Overall, great vacation and getaway from the TX heat!

CO paradise
This house is luxury in the mountains! Secluded and well appointed with everything you could need. My sister and I enjoyed cooking every evening and sending the kids to play. Great wifi, so easy to check in with the office while getting away from the hubbub of the city. Nearby access to RMNF, Grand Lake, Willow Creek Reservoir, and hiking out the front door. And did I mention the incredible views??? Such a great stay for my family!

Best views ever
We had an amazing time staying at Toby's property. He could not have been more helpful and communicative before and during our stay, answering all questions we had. The pictures on VRBO do not do justice to the mountain views, or the overall loveliness of the home. Every room was beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable. There was nothing that we needed that was not available at the house, and there was great access to activities right out the back door. Thanks Toby!
