Are you looking for the perfect place to escape to and enjoy your week long vacation? If so then you have found the right place! Inn Above Tide is the perfect spot to unwind and decompress. After playing a few games, relax on one of the two decks and enjoy an amazing sunset overlooking the tide pools and Otter Cove. Once the moon rises enjoy excellent stargazing from the hot tub. High Speed Wireless Internet is provided so you can check your e-mails while you're on vacation. CD Player, DVD player, and numerous popular DVD's to choose from for entertainment. There is an electric car charging port in the garage. Bikes available for guests to use as well! There is a bench on the walkway down to the beach, perfect for watching the tide. This really is the perfect place to escape to and enjoy a vacation on the Oceanfront. WE ARE EQUIPPED WITH AN ELECTRIC CAR CHARGER. When you're ready to venture out and explore the beautiful Central Coast you will have many options close by. Dreamy property. Breath taking views from all sides of the house. Comfy. Walking distance to the trails. Ideal for a couple. The upstairs loft/game room has two twins so there is room for 4, but no privacy or way to block out kitchen or TV noise from that area. The master is perfect however.

This home has become a special seaside retreat for us. It’s very comfortable and could not be in a better location. It overlooks a gorgeous section of Cambria’s coast. The ocean here is spectacular and this home allows the most pristine views. Seals, otters and sea birds were easy to spot despite some big surf over the New Year’s holiday weekend. I love this home and hope we can return often to share in the beauty of this magical place.

Think Cambria---then Central Casting intimate dwelling. What do you know? You know you are on the water in the comfort of a unique, level access dwelling--with hot tub, white water views, privacy, king bed, and unobstructed sunsets--easy parking for one vehicle, also level access. Add: Breen Vacation Station service culture--Breen becomes your concierge!

Unbelievable location and 180. Degrees cliffside ocean views that makes staying here so worthy.
The house is older with basics you need to be comfortable. The beds were very comfortable from the king to the two single day beds in the loft area.
Lots of towels, blankets and fireplaces to be cozy when the sun goes down.
Fantastic location, next to Fiscalini ranch.. just blocks away from the bike and walking path.
If you are a cook, the only recommendation is to bring yiur favorite pans and knives. Other than that, you will be fine.
This rental is all about location and amazing, breathtaking views! Hope to return again in the near future.

My wife and I celebrated our 50th anniversary in Cambria at the Inn above the Tide. The house is in a fabulous location, right on the water with great views from most rooms. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to enjoy our stay. My wife loves the ocean and this house was the perfect choice for our celebration. The check-in process was smooth and everything worked out great.

We had an amazing time on the Central Coast of California in Cambria. I’m so happy I chose this house on the pacific coast. The views throughout the house are amazing. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck with the fire pit enjoying the sunsets. We enjoyed the walking trail though the reserve. The fireplace in the bedroom at night with the sound of the waves made for peaceful sleep. We hope to visit again in the future. Being from North Carolina we enjoyed the weather, especially this time of year.

This was our 3rd year staying here and no doubt we will stay here again in 2024. It's right on the bluff overlooking the ocean, has a hot tub on one of the decks and it's only about a 2 block walk to the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve where there are many trails. We like the one mile walk along the bluff. At times, however, it can be too cold and windy to sit on the deck which is why we're always concerned about clean windows as there is a big couch upstairs facing the ocean and a bit of the coast which is great. (Windows were perfect so thanks Breen) It's a bit of a drive to town but no problem. Thanks to Haleigh at Breen for a good contact here. We used to stay in a motel on Moonstone Beach Dr but decided it would be nice to rent a house instead for the 3 of us retired seniors and we're glad we did and glad we found this place.

Our second stay at Inn, we loved it just as much as the first time. Location, location, location! This charming property sits along a beautiful stretch of the central coast. There's nothing like watching a sunset here while listening to the waves crash right out the back patio door. Twelve sea otters floated by as we watched the sun setting on our final evening! The proximity to Fiscalini Ranch Preserve only enhances the stay. We love the Cambria area especially the ocean front properties. We love Inn Above the Tide. We also appreciated the quality service delivered by the Breen team. We'll certainly be back again and again.

We were celebrating our 50th. Wedding Anniversary. We decided to pick a place by the sea. Could not have chosen a better place to stay. Incredible views of the ocean, very quiet neighborhood, walking paths and park around us, whale, pelicans, herrons and so much more. Good restaurants and shops in town. People very helpful and friendly. Hearst castle, Paso Robles, and other places around us to explore. Magical 50th. Anniversary- Thank you!

Our favorite rental in Cambria. From a comfortable sofa one can watch the broad swath of tides come and go, sunsets, otters and seals playing in the water, pelicans flying, egrets and herons searching for frogs in the meadows. Hiking on Fiscalini Ranch Preserve is just steps away. The home is clean, comfortable, well stocked and beautifully decorated.I hope future price increases do not place it out of our reach!

I think we are on our 6th stay at this house. We love it. The view is phenomenal and it’s an easy few steps to the beach from stairs on the property. Breen has always been so helpful if we ever needed it. It’s become the place we love to go when we need some peace and quiet and beauty.

This is our 2nd time to rent this particular property. It can get chilly right on the coast, especially in October, and this time we REALLY appreciated the gas fire pit, so we could literally enjoy being outside anytime day, or night. The property itself is a 3-level home with great amenities and one of the best beds I have ever slept on. Especially when the master bedroom is so near the ocean. Highly recommend this property and the folks at Breen.

Second stay at this property and as always it provides spectacular ocean views. Property is right on the waters edge and the upstairs balcony is a great place to watch a sunset. An issue came up after our stay and I had fortunately walked through the unit upon arriving and noted the problem. Will not hesitate to stay at this rental again.

Good location. Condition of property fair to good. Floor plan good. Received a gash on my leg caused by a chair in disrepair. Reported it with pictures to property manager who offered a bottle of wine which was not accepted. Gash presently infected but healing. Next year will look for a nicer property in same location.

This is a small house but just right for the three of us seniors. We enjoy being right on the coast and having it be a short walk to the Fiscalini Ranch where we like to walk the mile across and back right along the cliff. Housekeeping does an excellent job. Guess the only thing that they could improve on is when you first walk in the door it would be nice to see totally clean windows in the living room instead of streaked ones. We do know that the seaspray does take a toll though and other windows where cleaned. Certainly not a deterrent to staying here again though. Hopefully we can stay here in 2023 also.

It was nice to have the bikes, CDs , ample towels and beach chairs available. My only negative comment was the lack of some basic items I have come to expect in VRBO properties. I was very surprised that there was no salt/pepper or oil. No caffeinated tea or coffee. No shampoo. I expected these basics at this price level. I would certainly brought them from home if I had known. This is the only reason for giving it 4 stars. The stay was otherwise amazing.
