La Situation géographique

Lieu délabré (hall d'accueil sale, carrelage cassé...) Visiblement le ménage n'avait pas été fait ou très mal ! (Sol.sale, présence de cheveux même.dans.le lit) état vétuste, manque d'entretien (murs sales, tapisserie déchirée, prise dans la salle de bain arrachée...) Réveil en.pleine nuit par dautres locataires qui hurlaient et sinterpellaient par les fenetres. Le lendemain matin le parking etait jonché de dtritus Mc.Do ! A priori ce lieu à dû connaître son heure de gloire, mais le manque d'entretien l'a considérablement gâché !

Le concept est bien Le studio est bien équipé Le parking est pratique

La propreté. Ce n'est pas correct de louer un studio en demandant une caution. Alors que c'est sale. Sous le lit c'est rempli de poussière et de trucs que d'autres avant ont fait tomber. Le papier peint est décollé. Un trou dans le mur. Le four dégueulasse. La douche remplie de moisissures La prise dans la salle de bains dénudée et non fixée. La vaisselle à se demander si elle avait été lavée. Le froid qui passe à la fenêtre Ça gâche le studio

Ça s’est relativement bien passé mais l’odeur de tabac aurait pu être réglé. Dommage pour ça.

La décoration, spacieux, parking.

L’odeur de tabac froid était très désagréable… Il y a Netflix mais il faut mettre son compte sinon pas d’accès, et impossible avec les nouvelles closes. C’est mal isolé donc on entend aussi bien les voisins du dessus marcher ou mettre la musique et ceux d’à côté parler.

I travel a lot, but for the first time I was not accepted in a hotel and the best thing is that they deducted the money

I don't know anything good about them because they deducted the money and didn't accept me. I had to find another hotel.

The service is very poor and the staff working at the hotel think they are the best in the world

Lovely place to stay if your looking for somewhere to stop for a night on the road, would visit again!

The bed was very comfortable and was appreciated after a long day travelling from the UK!

Very poor

The room I booked turned out all dirty after previous inhabitants. We were lucky to hear from the owner at 11 pm and get another room. But someone's hair on the bedsheets made my final impression. Disgusting.

Online check-in process took almost 1 hour. Room was not clean room and smelled like sewage! The washstand in the kitchen is not well designed and gases from the sewage enter through it. The accommodation is equipped with audio monitoring system (for noise monitoring, based on notice from administration)! The deposit was not returned in time, and was processed only after my notice after 9 days of departure. The worst place. Coffee machine and kettle are on the kitchen with no tea or sugar, totally empty. Too many restrictions: 1. If you take a glass and didn't wash it - fine 30 EUR. 2. If you didn't close a window on departure - fine 50 EUR. etc.

Nothing. Arrived late, that is why I didn't look for another hotel.

Incredibly bad experience. After booking the apartment and making the full prepayment, they started to demand another payment of 100 EUR as a "security deposit''. As it was a non-refundable booking, I had no choice but paying that extra 100 EUR with my credit card (which was not easy, cause the payment link given by them was incorrect, so I had to contact them several times by phone, as they have no reception at all). At night, when I arrived with my little daughter at the apartment, they unexpectedly refused to let us in (after paying the full cost and the extra 100 EUR as a deposit!) claiming that they "did not receive" the deposit. I had to contact my bank and apply for the documental confirmation of the payment. Only then they gave me the access code for the apartment door. Me and my small kid spent a lot of time and nerves trying to get what we had paid for (+ 100 EUR). Never again!

Very well located with an extremely pleasant room.

The room itself was excellent, extremely well appointed. The location is convenient as an overnight stay to travel further into europe. There is a nice shopping area close by with a bakery and pharmacy.

The hallway was uncarpeted, meaning other people walking in and out was extremely loud. If they had even the very cheapest carpet in the hall it would be magnitudes better
