This is privately owned vacation rental located in the Santa Rosa gated community on the grounds of the Historic La Quinta Resort and Club, has mountain views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. Gated community for perfect walks anytime of the day.
The condo has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this home can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a king & ensuite bathroom with double sink, the second bedroom, a queen and the third bedroom, two twin beds.
Our guests enjoy tennis facilities, 3 golf courses, extensive gardens, swimming pools, and restaurants.
Perfect for a family vacation and/or groups of golfers, tennis players, bikers, hikers, rock climbers, equestrians, shoppers and other vacationers. The restaurants, shops, swimming, tennis, golf center are just steps from your front door. Old Town La Quinta is 5 minutes by car, 10 minute bike ride or a leisure 28 minute walk.
With a one level open floor plan and cathedral ceilings in the living/dining area you can relax in a casual atmosphere that is equally suitable for families and entertaining.
Directly across just a few steps out from your outdoor dining patio, you will find a shared private pool and jacuzzi to enjoy. There are also three private Santa Rosa Cove courts available at no extra charge.
Living room has a gas fireplace and flat screen TV. WIRELESS INTERNET AVAILABLE. TV's in two main bedrooms. All three TV's connected to cable.

Getting into the property was a breeze. Sean at the gate was super sweet. Entering the house was a delight. Air and lights were on so we felt at home right away. Very cute and super clean. The stay at Alfredo’s was perfect. Everything was as described and the pool was a stone throw away. The views were amazing. The gated community very safe and friendly. The master bedroom was very cosy and the bed unbelievably comfortable. Could not fault the property. Will definitely stay again if we are planning a desert getaway. Thank you!

This property was beautiful. Very clean, local, quiet, and comfortable. I had a couple of minor changes and the owner worked with me. A slight problem with the air and he was right on it. I highly recommend this home and will definately be booking it again.

The property is in a great neighborhood close to the pool and good lighting for walks at night. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals. The neighborhood is quiet and we really enjoyed our stay. The owner is wonderful and he responds to questions quickly. It’s a great place!

Our stay was wonderful! The location of this property could not be better. The pool is right outside off the patio and is secured well so it’s not scary with little ones. It is right behind the La Quinta resort so you can easily walk over. Highly recommend and will definitely book again in the future!

So nice for the grandkids that the pool was steps from the back door and that LA Quinta Golf and Spa was so close too. A lot of room for everyone. We loved the rental, it had everything we needed for our family of 4. The corner unit steps from the pool was ideal. We were also walking distance from the resort, yet it was very peaceful and quiet in the evenings and mornings. Alfredo was very responsive to our requests and handled everything in a timely manner. We hope to have the opportunity to rent from you again :)

This was our 2nd time at this property and we had just as much fun. We've stayed at the resort 20+ times, but this is a much more comfortable way to enjoy La Quinta (with a large family) while still having access to golf, pickle ball, restaurants, the spa, and a pool within 20 feet of the back door. We will be back soon!

Great Property. As seen in photos had great mountain view, and the fenced in pool clean and beautiful for us to enjoy w/ our grandson. House layout was comfortable, we all commented we'd comeback to it. Kitchen was well stocked.

WONDERFUL
Two friends and I stayed at Alfredo’s condo for 4 days, to get away and relax. They property was very clean, quite & comfortable. The location couldn’t be better, end unit on a corner, steps to the pool.
There were all kinds of games to play, pool toys, bikes etc. and the best part was Alfredo, he was so nice and helpful.
I will definitely be staying here again.

A fantastic La Quinta home
We love the La Quinta area and were excited when we came across Alfredo's place on VRBO - the location was perfect (both in terms of where it's situated in La Quinta Resort, but also being directly across from a pool). Alfredo's house had everything we could possibly need, it was clean, everything worked well, and Alfredo was an exceptional host. I would not hesitate to recommend Alfredo's house to anyone, and we hope to be back next year!

November in the Desert!
Just a fantastic visit! Alfredo's property is in an excellent area, super close to the pool and short walking distance to the resort and its restaurants. Kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable, and loads of toys for everyone! Beautiful views from the patio. Alfredo was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely time
We had a lovely time in Alfredo’s place. We would definitely stay here again. Only thing is we’d need to figure out the thermostat bc we could never manage to find the right balance as we were either too hot or too cold. Would also prefer a toaster versus toaster oven when attempting to make toast for multiple people at breakfast. We did not bring extra tennis racquets as listing mentioned there were some but we found that these were children’s racquets so would bring our own next time. Bikes were great as was the courts and pool.very well stocked. Beds were good but twins were too soft for my 6’2” son. Overall, enjoyed our stay. Alfredo made it all so easy.

Great way to enjoy La Quinta with a family
We have stay at La Quinta Resort a couple times a year, but had never tried the residence area. Our family includes 3 teenagers and 2 younger kids. The suite prices at La Quinta have gotten pretty high recently, and squeezing into a regular room is a little cramped (a lot cramped). So, this turned out to be a perfect solution. The pool was right next door with a grass area to play corn hole and bocce ball. The space was clean and well furnished with plenty of room to relax and hang out. And, there is easy access to the resort and the golf course. One of our best trips to La Quinta ever, and we will definitely do this again.

We rented from 4/5-18. We’ve rented this unit before and will continue to do so. Location is like having your own pool and the proximity to the La Quinta Resort cannot be any closer. There’s a green belt outside the patio which is perfect for kids. Great place.
