We had a wonderful visit to Marco while staying at this house. I’ll start off by saying how clean the house is. It was spotless when we arrived. The pictures accurately portray the property. The view is spectacular and the pool and hot tub were also wonderful. I wanted to add that the pool doesn’t have a deep end. We had no issues during our stay and will definitely be back. We also saw the burrowing owls everyday outside which was definitely a highlight of our vacation. This is a perfect house for a family or for two people.

The property was awesome. Had everything we needed for a family getaway. Pool and beach supplies, a grill, plenty of kitchen utensils. The host really made it easy to just show up and relax. We will definitely be back!

Very quiet neighborhood. Spacious home with beautiful pool and hot tub overlooking a bay. What more could you ask for. We stay here every year and will continue to do so until we can’t anymore. We Love it !

We were looking for a relaxing stay for our trip, and this property delivered just that!! The pool and hot tub are even larger than the pictures, and the views out onto the bay are stunning. It’s also very close to the beach, just a few streets away. The kitchen and bathrooms were recently renovated (not shown in listing photos) which was a really nice surprise! Both the exterior and interior of the house was beautiful.

House and pool were great. The exterior of the house could use a little TLC. All the other home exteriors were meticulously maintained while this property was maintained, just not to the level of the others. Drive way and sidewalk needed power-washed, the plantings and palm trees need TLC. It was kind of like we were the poor people on the block.

The only thing it was missing was a dock. The dolphins came by to visit as advertised when the tide was coming in in the afternoon. Jacuzzi and pool were great master bedroom bed a little hard other than that we had a wonderful time. Thank you.

I would recommend staying in this house to anyone looking for a awesome getaway. The house was wonderful and had more than enough space for our group of three. It’s conveniently located with everything you need within a couple of minutes driving. The pool and hot tub helped end each day after getting back from the tours we took. Sean and Karen were quick to answer any questions and willing to do whatever you needed for a relaxing stay. I’m thankful for having a worry free vacation with my family. You can’t go wrong with selecting this house as your home away from home.

Had a wonderful week; enjoyed the pool/hot tub, explored the canals in rented kayaks, rode the bikes to the beach, took nice walks in the evening and watched the sunrise while sipping coffee on the lanai. Great location and accommodations were just what we needed. Property manager and owner were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I would recommend!

Marco Island is pure paradise. It's the most enjoyable place in Florida to us. We love the outside of this house so much with it's pool and hot tub and lanai area. It has a fantastic view and a nice southern exposure. The property manager and owner are Very responsive should there be an issue they are right on top of it A good value for this pure paradise..

This was a beautiful home. Very clean, relaxing , spacious and great location. The communication was excellent. The pool area was spacious and we enjoyed the BBQ with family. There were games bikes and pool toys all available .

We stayed here the second week of July 2022. Beautiful home: clean and quiet. Pool was wonderful and bigger than expected as property photos sometimes distort the perspective so definitely no complaints. It was also very clean. Our four kids loved it and it was so nice to be able to step out the back door and enjoy a screened-in pool with a gorgeous view. Fishing gear was also available and all four of kids enjoyed fishing in the canal behind the home. (Our daughter caught her first fish!) The property manager was very responsive and when we reported screen damage from a bad storm, the screen was replaced early the next morning. The home was well stocked in terms of pots and pans, beach towels, beach chairs, cards and games, etc. ; Wi-Fi was also good. One last comment: while the Gulf is only about a mile away, the “public access” to the beach is about a 1/4-1/3 mile farther; it’s a nice walk, but if carrying lots of beach paraphernalia and herding kids, it could be “long” and hot. 😀 I wouldn’t let that discourage anyone but just be prepared. Would definitely rent again!

I will start this post by saying this place was easy to love! Perfect location, clean, all of the amenities we needed. I had Publix deliver groceries and never left. This was a beach vaca and I never went to the beach. If you are wondering if this one is for you, just book it :)

The owner and property manager are both fantastic. Very responsive and always on top of things. You could not ask for a better location on Marco Island. One mile from the beach and r minutes from everything. I highly recommend. We have been staying there for the last 4 years and plan to stay again in the future

This place is super convenient to the entire island! Right on the water and a beautiful view. Only complaints are that the house could use some updates. The stove was pretty difficult to cook on and the bedroom furniture could use some sprucing. Overall a great stay though, we'll definitely be back!

We had some off the best days in our lives in this place, very spacious, properly cleaned, beautiful view and the location couldn't be better. The only thing I want to mention here is the furniture, definitely need a replacement, some of them are in pretty bad shape. But don't let this stop you on booking this place. Definitely I could go again.

Property is very spacious. Karen (hostess) was awesome. Hostess was kind to provide his Netflix account. Area is very quiet, and safe. Appliances, bathrooms was in good working order. Pool and Jacuzzi were good. They had enough kitchen items to make it a comfortable stay. For the most part, nice relaxing 4 day stay. Several areas I would recommend to the owner to up keep property. One of our challenge was going to the beach. Yes there is beach access but no parking. 1) There were two glass doors that do not close. 2) Living room chairs are ok, but should be replace as they are shredding some of the material. 3) Breakfast area chairs for the type of house should be upgraded. 4) Provide access to the resident beach. Please don't let my recommendations stop you from staying at this property. Marco Island is a beautiful area.

We had a great experience! It’s located in a great area with beautiful views. The pool was awesome and a must for the hot weather. Our family enjoyed the extra touches the host leaves behind such as the board games for us to enjoy. Overall good we loved it and enjoyed the property!
