Beautiful stay in the heart of zakynthos. Spacious, clean and comfortable with a nice view

Had a really nice view, great location close to the town, Stella was a helpful Host with recommendations and we had so much space inside!

Only thing is the shower was hard to use as it points horizontally so you can’t stand under it. And Be careful when touching the metal in the shower it’s hot to touch

Room for improvement but pleasant enough to stay in

- the owner was always available if we needed to call. He also allowed us to check in early when we had an issue with another hotel the night before and was forced to sit in the car until our room was available. - the manager Stella was a lovely person and really warm and welcoming.

Few things that could be improved for a higher score: - Check out time on Booking.com says 11am but is actually 10am. - Parking is NOT available at the property but in the street - The bins are not taken daily and cleaning is done every 3 days - there is no lock allowed or available on the bathroom door which is a basic private space and should always have a lock - maybe not the property owner's fault but a €200 refundable cash deposit is required. This was not obvious BEFORE making a payment on Booking.com, only after, and I had to pay interest on my credit card to get this money out for the property

15 days in the best apartment of Zante Town 😊

We spent 2 weeks in Three Graces, where not only the perfect sea view has amazed us, but also the cleanness and equipment of the apartment (there is AC, washing machine and dishwasher as well) and of course the nice personality of our host, Stella. She helped us from the beginning and during our stay with great recommendations to make this time unforgettable. Thank you 😍

It’s a great place to stay if you want to travel the island and also be in the beautiful, calm town.

The apartment is in a great condition, very nice looking and new. The kitchen is well equipped and the view from the balcony is exceptional. The location is fantastic. The city center is around 10 minutes walking distance and the bust station is less than 10 minutes away so it’s a perfect place to stay even if you don’t have a car or a bike. It’s nice and quite? perfect for people who want to rest and relax. Stella is a fantastic host! Very kind and always keen to answer any questions or problems. She’s a massive help and her recommendations (restaurants, boat trip, beaches) made the trip even better.

The only thing that was sometimes a problem was bad wifi connection. It’s bad in some places of the apartment but since it’s our holidays we didn’t mind it because we wanted to stay offline. But if you still want to work then this may be a problem.

Excellent location ,a nice spacious flat with a good mattress in a quiet area )) Stella -the host - introduced us to the local food and restaurants ;helped us to book our excursions ,taxi . Thank you Stella for making our vacation interesting and unforgettable !!!

Great appartment. Very comfortable and clean. Close to Zante center. Great staff. Thank you.

Thanks to Stella, that helped me and answered to all my question or requests. The location was good, about 10 minuutes from city center, but there are a lot of stairs to get up to the appartment.

Please put some tea bags in the kitchen next time :)

Exceptional

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is well equipped and perfect for our needs. The location is great, plenty of parking spots around and close to the center. Stella welcomed us, gave us recommendations around the island, even helped us with taking a trip and was very responsive providing us any information. We would definitely come back.

A lovely apartment in a convenient location

The host was lovely and super helpful with how to use everything, and where to visit while in Zakynthos. Also, the apartment was given fresh sheets and towels half-way through the stay, which was nice. Also the location is perfect, really close to the bus station and a short walk from Zakynthos Town itself.

The only thing that would make the place even better would be a mirror in the bedroom, over the cabinets. It was quite difficult to get ready using only the bathroom mirror. But it wasn't a big problem ;)

Confortable well equipped apartment with a lovely host.

The view from the balcony was amazing, and the bed was very comfortable. Stella was an amazing host, and couldnt do enough to help us.

Quite well equipped. A wall mounted holder for the shower head would make the experience much better.

Good view, good location. You will be annoyed every morning at 7am by the strong horn of Ferry.

Perfect apartment with great sea view

Great view of the sea! Good location (near everything we need, and we can find bars, restaurants, cafés easily within 5 Min's walk). Dennis is very kind! We receive warm welcomes and useful suggestions from him. We had a perfect stay!

Amazing place. Good location. Knowledgeable and friendly Host. Fantastic stay!

The location and apartment was amazing with awesome views. Especially seeing the sunrise from the balcony in the morning and seeing the stars and city lights in the night was truly breathtaking. Dennis my host was a true gentleman and helped me feel welcome and at home at all times, he is a wonderful person and gave good recommendations on places to visit and eat. He also went above and beyond to take care of my needs even finding a place where I can wash my clothes.

Zakynthos town with a view.

Apartment was comfortable - spacious and clean. A decent size balcony with Lounger - table and chairs for 4. Views over the town and port and beyond are great. For that view you do have quite a few steps to climb from the town level which we didn't mind. Apartment is on the top floor but is serviced by a lift. Aircon in the main lounge works well to cool the living areas. Main bus station a couple of minute walk if you don't fancy driving or hiring a scooter etc - most tickets cost €1.70 one way to good destinations.

Intermittent WiFi like someone was turning it off at times. Hand held shower over bath (maybe could do with a holder)

Place worth coming back

The view was as promised- really beautiful and definitely one of the best in town. Apartment had everything we needed. Dennis was super nice host and checked us in before the official checkin time due to early flight. :)
