Rien à redire pour le prix, confort simple

La vue sur la lagune, le prêt de Kayak ! La traversée de la lagune, seuls, au levé du soleil, était une merveille. La douche : pas trop d'eau mais très confortable. La qualité de l'accueil et la gentillesse du monsieur qui nous a reçus. Le petit déjeuner offert.

La taille du lit (120 ? 130 ?), beaucoup trop petite pour 2 personnes de taille moyenne en France. Le sol de la chambre était très sale à notre arrivée.

Vale la pena por la Laguna aunque vale la pena por tomar el tour donde uno baja a aguas muy bajitas y súper agusto, la v

El acceso a la Laguna aunque en esa parte está rocoso el suelo hay que entrar con Aqua shoes, y está algo agitado porque solo tiene una parte baja que te llega al pecho el agua. Bueno que tienen kayaks disponibles y solo vi 2 remos, sin embargo si lo aproveché bien. El detalle del café y pan de caja blanco para tostar y ponerle crema de avellana o mermelada es un buen plus.

La TV no sirvió nunca el sky por lo que no la pude ver en los 3 días que estuve ahí. dice el encargado Guillermo que porque trozaron un cable con maquinaria, me parece raro pero bueno. La cafetera tienes que tener cuidado que enbone bien si no tira el agua y para conectarla la conectamos al lado del buró de la entrada porque no tiene enchufe en la cocinita. La cocina solo tiene una parrilla eléctrica y solo una cacerola y una olla, algunos utensilios y cubiertos. Arriba del refri está polvoso sucio, como que no le limpian seguido. El agua de la ducha no sale caliente, sale templada, por mi esta bien pero por mi esposa de pronto si la percibió fria.

Excelente opcion

La ubicación esta super al paso y tiene acceso directo a la laguna, el personal del hospedaje muy atento en todo momento y tienen opcion de actividades para realizar en el lago lo que le da un plus, el hospedaje esta a pocos minutos de gasolineras, el pueblo donde se puede encontrar de todo! Las habitaciones limpias y con lo básico necesario.

Tuvimos un inconveniente en la reserva ya que la app cambio las fechas de llegada pero el hospedaje nos ayudo con otra habitación pagando una diferencia.

Maravilloso amanecer

Es un buen lugar para desconectarse, para disfrutar de la laguna y sus maravillas, el amanecer es de los más bellos que he visto y me encantó que la laguna estuviera frente a nuestra habitación. Fabián de recepción fue siempre muy atento con nosotros, su calidez destaca mucho y sobre todo el interés genuino que pone en cada uno de sus huéspedes! Nos ayudó bastante, muchas gracias Fabián 👏🏼

No me gustó que no hubiera estantes para poder poner los jabones y shampoos, todo lo teníamos que poner en el piso 🙁, también el que no pusieran blancos en la habitación por ejemplo toalla facial en el baño.

Beautiful place despite some issues during our stay

The view, the dock kayak use , upper pool, resort cat came to say hi

Restaurant non existent, airport shuttle not existent, taxi only. Toilet tank was broken, had to remove tank lid and pull flapper up instead. Bathroom sewage smell on arrival and throughout, internet wifi kept going on and off. TV was broken. Only fuzzy black and white picture on the screen. Upper ppol not heated Far walking distance to restaurants and bank machine

A fuir... les photos ne reflètent absolument pas la réalité

A fuir. la chambre qu'on nous a proposé était horrible, insalubre, juste une porte fenêtre en guise de porte. Une douche où un petit filet coulait, sans savon. le WC était dans la douche ! Après une nuit, j'ai dû négocier pour obtenir un changement de chambre digne de ce nom ! Au prix payé, c'est juste scandaleux !

ME NEGARON EL ALOJAMIENTO AÚN CUANDO YA HABÍA PAGADO

Se me negó el alojamiento por no haber avisado que llegaba tarde y terminé durmiendo en el carro pues ya no conseguí otro lugar. Se me hace una falta de respeto, luego de manejar 7 horas solo quería llegar a la habitación para más tarde ver el amanecer que había planeado con mi novia, y terminamos durmiendo en el carro. Cómo solicito mi reembolso?

À part la climatisation dans la chambre et la vue pas grand chose

- Les infrastructures sont très vieilles et mal entretenues (par exemple vitre cassée dans notre salle de bain, chasse d’eau qui ne marche pas…). - La taille du lit « double » était minuscule, et pourtant nous avions pris la chambre premium, alors que nous étions deux filles petites et menues mais nous nous touchions constamment dans le lit et ne pouvions pas nous retourner, c’était très désagréable. - Il y avait des travaux dans l’hôtel et nous n’avions pas été prévenues, nous avions réservé cet hôtel en dehors de la ville et devant la lagune pour être au calme et nous reposer, c’est raté car il y avait des travaux avec marteau piqueur de 8h30 du matin à 16h30 !! Impossible de dormir le matin ou le profiter de notre balcon ou des chaises longues avec ce bruit ! Inconcevable pour le prix auquel l’hôtel facture ses clients. Quand nous en avons parlé au personnel, celui-ci a dit qu’il ne contrôlait pas l’heure à laquelle les ouvriers venaient pour les travaux et leur a juste demandé de commencer 1h plus tard. - L’hôtel met a disposition des kayaks pendant 1h par séjour, nous les avions demandé pour faire le lever du soleil mais mauvaise surprise quand nous nous sommes réveillés à 5h30 du matin pour faire notre tour, ils avaient oublié de nous laisser les kayaks ! Bien sûr personne à la réception à cette heure-ci nous impossible de faire le kayak. Nous en avons parlé au personnel dès que la réception s’est ouverte, qui nous a proposé de nous les mettre le lendemain pour le lever du soleil. Nous n’avions pas envie de discuter car nous étions en vacances et avons accepté mais… pas de pagaies le lendemain matin !! Franchement aucun effort de la part du personnel et une honte de tarifer les clients à ce prix pour fournir cette qualité de services - L’eau de la lagune devant l’hôtel n’était pas claire comme le reste de la lagune

Beautiful location, not the best facilities.

My room was right on the deck which was wonderful, I could watch the sun coming up in the mornings. Nice & clean & a very comfortable bed. The location right on the lagoon is fantastic - it's peaceful & beautiful for a few days to chill out, there's also paddleboards, kayaks & a small pool available. It was nice to have sunloungers on the deck, although they were wooden & not very comfortable- cushions would be a good idea! The dock area was lit at night which made it lovely to sit outside at night, or have a late swim!

Although it's in a beautiful spot the hotel isn't within walking distance of the town so if you aren't driving you will have to taxi everywhere. There is a restaurant on site, but apparently its not connected with the hotel in any way & the Reception staff/manager didn't have any idea of it's opening times. On my last evening I didn't feel like going into town to eat but had to as the restaurant didn't open at all. There is no real breakfast service but coffee & toast is included in the booking, however I wasn't told about this until my second day. Buy snacks, drinks, water etc in town as there is absolutely nowhere on site to get these. Also be aware if you have mobility issues that there are a lot of steps down to the dock! Overall it was a perfect spot, just needs a little care & attention and better information given by reception/manager.

Avons adoré la chambre qui donne directement sur la lagune.

Bon emplacement sur la lagune, belle vue. Accès aux paddle boards. Café et toasts le matin.

Pas la même information reçue de l’employé que du propriétaire. Pas un enjeu pour nous car nous avions une voiture mais l’hôtel est assez loin du village.

Que estaba pegado a la Laguna con su puente a la palapa hacia el interior

Que en las fotos mostraban una habitación y en la realidad nos dieron un pequeño cuarto.

Un lugar cómodo y casero para llegar

El personal es super amable, en especial Ramiro. Da muy buenas recomendaciones y nos ofreció un tour que salía desde el mismo hotel. todo muy conveniente. Tienen una gatita adorable, Leonor. Creo que seguiré regresando por la gatita tan linda. El desayuno por las mañanas es muy práctico. La pequeña cocineta es muy práctica.

Era difícil tener agua caliente. Nunca logramos usar la televisión (parece que no funcionaba). El internet es muy lento, fue difícil trabajar. La cocina es muy cómoda pero no tiene una mesa con sillas (y si hay el espacio para tener esta mesa).

Dreaming the lake!

The location is perfect if you have car, it's in Front of the lake yes! But if you have knee problems then it's not so--- nice. It's too-many stairs to climb on it! Not to mention how dangerous it could be for someone with poor balance!

I didn't like the stairs are too many and too elevated for someone with knee problems, or poor balance! The room needs at least 2 chairs to seat on it! The bathroom didn't have running water properly it was just dropping, little water pressure on it! The shower was very small and the water didn't drain properly!

Superb

We had a fantastic stay, a very quiet, homely place with excellent staff who were friendly and gave us lots of help and recommendations when we asked. Guillerimo and Romero were fantastic. The lagoon is pristine and we spent every night enjoying The atmosphere down on the private dock.

The room at the edge of the lagoon was great on this respect. The restaurant is good and the personnel very kind and easygoing

The overall condition of the buildings is not very good, lack of maintenance and too small the room. The outdoor lying furniture needs some cushion to be more confortable.

Locaction on the lagoon. Dock and sitting area there wonderful. Nice room. Staff really great. Super helpful. Appreciated the coffee and toast in the morning.

Needing to take a taxi into Bacalar an back. No restaurants close by. Wish could have used the outdoor kitchen there. Providing a kettle for coffee or tea would have been appreciated.

Very good

Amazing property right on the lake with only a few rooms which made for a quiet stay. We had an amazing view out our door to watch the sunrise and the room was large so accomodating for our small group and very well priced for the area.

Our room wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived, there were lipstick stains on the glasses (left on the drying rack in a mess) and a few comfort things we couldn’t find like filters for the coffee machine. It’s worth noting that it’s a short drive into town so best to have a car. But again, for the price and peace this place was wonderful.

the Pool and the view is stunning

booking day we can check in at any time but chacó in was at 15:00 they let us check in at 13:00 they asked us for an extra 1000 pesos for two people even though we did book a place for two people eventually after arguing they gave us back the 1000 it felt like a rip off

amazing views and great staff! me and my dad had the double room downstairs with the deckchairs out side absolutely superb views. our shower was a bit dodgy but we didn’t care that much as the staff were great and over all one of the best places we’ve stayed on the trip so far

Really great!

We had a great stay and were really happy with our room with a view of the lagoon! The staff was helpful and friendly and we got a lot of help with information about activies in Bacalar. The whole hotel area is very beautiful and we had a really great time hanging out by the dock in the hammocks and swimming in the lagoon. Big recommendation!

Staff/receptionist was never around, my checkout consisted of a drop off the remote and keys at an empty desk, assistance w kayaks would be nice but like I said no one was around, for 3 whole days
