Classy cottage style 2 bedroom, 1 bath single family home.
Sleeps 4 in two bedrooms and a wonderful Heat Pump provides for both warmth or air conditioning! Fun, comfortable furnishings to make you feel right at home. Living room features a sectional sofa, two cute chairs and an electric fireplace. Also, a 40' Smart "ROKU" TV, NETFLIX- all available for FREE and games for adults and kids. Fun, functional kitchen with full size stove, dishwasher and refrigerator, microwave, toaster, pots/pans - dish service for 8, silverware for 8, wine glasses, water glasses - a fully stocked kitchen to cover most, if not all, of your needs. Two bedrooms, each with queen sized beds. The larger room has a wonderful custom iron bed with comfortable linens and great bedroom set with ample drawers and a small closet to store all your personal belongings. The lovely second bedroom with vaulted ceiling offers a queen size bed, with comfortable linens and a closet to store your personal belongs. The full size bathroom features a bath/shower combination, amazing water heater, towels, hand towels and a variety of wash clothes for you and your guests. Also included is a full size front loading washer and dryer, why go home with dirty clothes? The spacious yard is fully fenced, front and back, with small porch area with a patio set that has seats for 4. A darling fire-pit area with Adirondack Chairs for gatherings - for those wanting to sit and enjoy the outdoors. The house is steps away from Webster park, and just a few blocks away from Swains (which has everything), downtown Port Angeles, shops, grocery stores, and some restaurants. A short drive to numerous hiking/biking trails/Olympic Discovery Trail and Hurricane Ridge, just to name a few. Only a couple of blocks from the Black Ball Ferry, that takes you to the "Gateway to Canada" - Victoria, B.C. This house and property were so cute. The kitchen had everything that you could possibly need. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable. The owner was well organized the description of the property was very accurate. She was good with communication. We had a lovely stay!

First of all, the place was clean. That’s always the most important.
But on that same note, it also smelled heavily of dog. It was the first thing we noticed when we walked in.
It was well stocked and had everything we needed. The bed and bedding was comfortable. It was a cute home and I liked the old wood floors- reminiscent of my grandmother’s home. But overall the home needed major updates. It felt very much like “grandma passed so what do we do with her home now”. Decor was very outdated. Towels were old.
Yard was very well kept. We didn’t use the back yard but there was a nice fire pit if we’d wanted to. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. Hosts had a nice welcome note on the fridge for us and a detailed instruction book.

My husband, son and I loved our stay at this cute little house in Port Angeles. The house was perfect for us, and absolutely spotless upon arrival. My son loved having his own room, vs a pull-out couch in a hotel room. We enjoyed the comfort of the large sectional in the living room, and a sit down table in the dining room (vs counter stools in other rentals). The backyard with chairs and a fire pit was also a bonus. Diane was quickly available for any questions we had and checked in with us before we reached out to her.
As for Port Angeles, it’s a great little town with a lively waterfront area, and some great restaurants. We especially liked the beer and artisan pizza at Barhop. Also the Buena Luz bakery had great coffee and treats.
We appreciated the proximity to the beautiful Olympic National park, as well as some great spots along the coast like Murdoch, which weren’t part of the park.
I can definitely see us coming back sometime.

This property is well appointed and very comfortable. Everything was clean and easy to find. The decor is adorable... there was something in every room to make us smile.
Two suggestions: I've never used detergent pods and the checkout instructions indicated that we should start a load of towels before leaving. I wasn't sure if the pod should go in the dispenser or be thrown in with the towels. Instructions for this would be helpful.
The other is that there are smudges on the TV screen. I don't allow anyone else to clean our screens, so I didn't want to touch it, but that might be something to take a look at between guests.
Such minor nits... we loved this home and we feel privileged to have been able to stay there!

My family comfortably enjoyed our 3-night stay here. The property was clean, modestly furnished, and was supplied with everything we needed. It felt more like a well cared for home than a rental property. The backyard and firepit were quite inviting. The master bed provided a very comfortable nights sleep, and my teenagers liked the softer bed in the second bedroom. However, the kitchen could use a bit of updating, and I would suggest less "extras" in the kitchen and bathroom to help it feel less cluttered. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay, and would recommend for others as well.

Cute and charming 2 bedroom on quiet dead-end street. Easy parking outside and not a lot of traffic on the side streets. Convenient location and walking distance to downtown and ferry terminal (15-20 minutes) and 2 blocks from a pharmacy. Unit was well stocked with cooking supplies, full size refrigerator, condiments, and everything you would need to prepare full meals. Beds were very comfortable, and the curtains/blinds were very good at blocking light to make the room dark for sleeping. Bedrooms were very quiet at night; we never heard any traffic noise or noise from neighbors. A soft sided cooler was available to take on day trips. Recycling bin is out back for paper and plastic recycling products. Owner was very easy to reach when we had questions. We loved staying here and will rent this cottage again if we are in Port Angeles.

Perfect cottage for exploring the Olympic Natl Park and Pennisula. Easy drive to Sol Duc Hot Springs, Olympic Game Farm, and the Natl Park. With the firepit in back, I had Smores for the 1st time in 40 years. Fully enclosed front and back yards made controlling our 2 unruly dogs (you know, Corgies) a snap. Highly recommended.

The home is very cute and comfortable. The beds were better than most I have experienced. A good night's sleep and waking up without pain from a caved in mattress, is my pet peeve. So, I really appreciate that! It was too cold to use the yard, but it was great that there is a large but securable pet door.
There is nothing, I would have changed. It was easy to cook in and even had a handheld shower head, which is good for those like me with limited mobility. It was located in a nice area and the park next door was lovely.
We used the home, while we were there looking for a place to move, so I may not need to rent it again, but if I did need a place, I would check it's availability.

We really liked this house. It was warm and well lit and had comfortable spaces for lounging/dozing, working, reading, cooking and eating. The decor in so many rentals is all anodyne beige and cream and gray, and the color and personal touches here were pleasant and welcoming --- it was easy to be a human here. Very nice location close to businesses but on a quiet street dead-ending in a tall, dense tree stand. It was too cold for us to enjoy the backyard this visit but we'll probably come back.

A much needed getaway for us and this house was nothing but warm and inviting. Our dog Maxwell (who recently lost his brother and is undergoing chemo) absolutely relaxed and enjoyed the house. Overall our experience was good. It was a cozy little house that was perfect for us and our pups. Had everything we needed and close to different activities.
The only thing we were concerned about is the location. The day we arrived we heard and saw a homeless man in the woods next to the house. I know that is out of the owners control but thought i would mention it.

This was such a nice place to stay while we explored Olympic National Park. The cottage is very well-equipped and had everything we could possibly need. It is bigger than I had imagined and we were totally comfortable. A great bed and bathroom and that wonderful sectional in the living room made us feel like we were at home. Diane was excellent to communicate with and has provided an outstanding place to stay for her guests. We only wish we could have stayed longer!!

This house is lovely, clean, and was a pleasure to stay in! You’re close to many good places downtown for food and shopping, and relatively close to many Olympic National park hikes and Lake Crescent, which is why we were there. The accommodation had everything we needed and more, and the backyard is gorgeous and private. The washing machine and dryer were a big plus. Thanks for all the local tips!
