About this apartment rental
Get ready for your beach vacation, just relaxing poolside, or some fishing with family or friends! Come get away! It's all up to you at this 2 bedroom fully furnished and spacious condominium that will sleep up to 8. Fully equipped with all the comforts of home!
Very clean, family friendly, nonsmoking 3rd floor unit with no one above you. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the living room has a sleeper sofa with a queen sized upgraded mattress, and the second bedroom has twin bunk beds and a full bed. There is a pool on site with a shallow shelf for your little ones, and the beach is just a short drive away. Within walking distance you can go out to eat donuts, pizza, burgers and frozen yogurt. You can also walk to CVS for anything else you may need or there is and Island Market/IGA just down the street. The swimming pool has a shallow area 1.6-2 feet deep that is perfect for small children. The pool also offers a covered area for those who want to take a break from the sun. There is a one car garage for storing fishing or sandy beach items, as well as a boat slip and lift that is available upon request. An elevator is located by the pool if you need it, and we live right here on the island in case you need anything at all!
Other than the miles of beaches, there is a variety of things to do in the area. Fishing is in our blood and we would love to point you in the right direction. We have a boat slip that is available upon request at no extra cost and there is also a fish cleaning station for your use. Very nearby is shopping at souvenir shops, golfing at Oso Beach or Lozano, Treasure Island Golf & Games for miniature golf, and horseback riding at Horses on the Beach. Just across the bridge is a trampoline park, Jumping World, and Funtrackers with bumper boats, bungy dome, ropes course, go-carts and more. If you want to go into Corpus Christi, there is Century movie theater, WWII aircraft carrier USS Lexington, Texas State Aquarium, Hurricane Alley Waterpark, South Texas Botanical Gardens, Bowlero, or La Palmera Mall. We really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and very nice size for our family of 5. It's on 3rd floor but the elevator was close and easy to manage. We enjoyed the balcony and looking out on the canal. We would definitely be back!

I had the most relaxing stay! The canal view is amazing and we even saw a dolphin swimming around. I really enjoyed the swimming pool and proximity to the beach. Kandi is amazing and I’d definitely recommend this place!

The property was as described, we have a son in a wheelchair and needed a place to accommodate him. We used the elevator to get to the condo, went fishing on the pier that’s attached to the property, and drive less than a mile to the beach. We would definitely stay again- Kandi was a great host!

We spent a week with our daughter who is stationed at the Naval Air Station a few miles down the road. We brought her 2 best friends and enjoyed many trips to the beach, shopping, and eating out.

The condo was amazing other than the dryer which we were informed ahead of time! She let me contact her with anything and everything!! The elevator wasn’t working half the time but the owner did everything she could to get it fixed! She was amazing and we plan to stay again!!

Best experience from day one. Absolutely no issues. Condo was very clean, had anything you needed. We drove over 10 hours and would do it again to stay here!! Host super nice, even text to check in on us just to make sure everything was okay. Highly recommend

Kandi the property owner was very sweet to check in a few days before arrival via text to arrange a tour at check in. Unfortunately we had some last minute changes that affected that but Kandi was flexible and easy to reach. She called with full details of contactless check in. Quick and easy... We loved that it was walking distance from eating establishments and very close to the beach we wanted to go to.
The unit is on 3rd floor can be a bit of a trek but they have small elevators and shopping carts for many items to bring up. Unit was clean and was sufficient for the group we had. If a third couple stayed they would have had to use the sleeper sofa. So keep that in mind since the bunk bed are preferred for children.
Otherwise a very good stay and would definitely recommend!

We chose this property after reading a review about the elevator. We had older members in our party that wouldn't have been able to make it up the two flights of stairs, but made it up with ease. For the rest of us it was located withing walking distance of several places to eat and a souvenir shop.

The host was extremely hospitable. The condo is well appointing with plenty of space for our 5 adult children and my wife and I. Location was perfect. We all had a great time. We all agreed we would stay here again.

Fun family vacation
My father is disabled and has limited mobility so finding a place to meet his needs and allow him to fish with the grandkids off the dock was a godsend. The location was wonderful and the condo itself was clean and well maintained and the owner was absolutely wonderful. We will definitely be coming again.

Best family vacation!!
My kids and family had SO much fun here, the property is surrounded by so many things, and we even got to walk over to the souvenir shop! The condo is super spacious, and the owner was so friendly!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable and the hosts were super accommodating. The location is very conveniently located to the beach, groceries, and shopping. The airport is super easy to access. We would definitely recommend this property and host.

Perfect spot!
Loved everything about our stay here! We are a large family of 7 with 5 kids (ages 15, 14, 10, 7, & 16 months) and found this place to be spacious enough for all of us! Loved the decor & views. It was very clean and had everything we needed (even the beach toys & water floatie that I forgot to bring). Kandi was the perfect hostess…very friendly & informative. We loved our stay and hope to come back again!!

Fabulous Stay!
We had such a wonderful trip to Corpus Christi and Kandi was a fantastic host. The condo was spacious, clean, and quiet. We had plenty of room for six people to spread out comfortably. The condo is located very close to the beach (less than a five minute drive to Whitecap Beach) and near many restaurants. If we are ever in Corpus again, we will definitely be staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Kandi’s place. The condo was clean, spacious, and close to the beach. Kandi met us at check in to made sure we had everything we needed and provided tips on the local area. We’ll definitely book her place again when we come back!

The property was just what we were looking for. The beach wasn't far, and we could walk out the door to fish. We had so much fun. Everything was wonderful...from check-in to check-out. Kandi was nice and helpful!

Vacay A-OK
The location is great. Walking distance to several local food options and shops. Right in the middle of all things island. Property manager was nice enough to check in periodically to see how things were going. Also, the property manager provided a bunch of island essentials from beach towels to beach toys to fishing gear. Only complaint was the couch was a little worn out (you barely notice if you're out all day) and a dying fire alarm battery on one night (which, there was a spare provided to switch out), but the stay itself was successful and fun and went by too fast. Definitely recommended.

Kandi is a great host. She responded to our texts extremely quickly, and took care of our niggling problems speedily.
The condo itself was spacious and comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the deck overlooking the canal. I would eagerly return.
