Welcome to Seascape Condo 2308! This is a 516 sq ft condo with 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom, located on the top level of the Seascape resort. Our condo is The CLOSEST TO THE BEACH that you can get in a one-bedroom unit at our resort. We have both an amazing view of the pool and a beautiful view of the ocean!
Enjoy the light ocean breeze and the soothing sound of the waves while taking a walk on the beach! Meet sunrises and sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico from the comfort of your own balcony!

LOCATION
Our condo is located right ON THE BEACH! There is no need to cross a busy 4-lane HWY, just use the private bridge to get to the beach. It is also the closest to the beach you can get in a one-bedroom unit at Seascape resort.
West end of the Galveston Seawall. Less than 10 minutes away from Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, and the Seawall and only 15 minutes away from the Strand Historic District (downtown Galveston).

HOUSE RULES
• Must be 25 years old or older to book the property. All our reservations are subject to a signed Short-Term Rental Agreement. The guests must review, sign, and return the agreement within 48 hours of booking.
• No more than 4 people including kids and day-time visitors in the condo at all times.
• Our condo is not child-proofed; guests are solely responsible for the actions of the children in their party.
• No smoking (inside, outside, on the balcony, no e-cigarettes).
• No pets (inside or outside the resort).
• One car per unit (the second car can be parked depending on the availability, which is determined by our guard). Parking is located underneath and around the building.
• Wheelchairs and walkers are not suitable due to the small size of the condo.
CANCELLATION
• We have a strict 60-day cancellation policy: a 100% refund is provided if the guest cancels before 60 days before check-in; however, no refund will be issued after the 60-day mark.
• If you are concerned about the possibility of rescheduling, early departure, or cancellation for ANY reason, we strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment. VRBO recommends CSA travel insurance company (for more information and their plans visit their website at vacationprotection.com).

We absolutely loved our stay! Walkable to the beach, nice pool area, great amenities as a home away from home for our little family. They were awesome about communicating all of the info we would need prior to our stay and were very responsive to any of our messages. If we are ever back in Galveston we will come back here for sure!

The condo was perfect for myself, husband and our teenage daughters. The decor was so cute and modern. We loved the shower and kitchen. The property was clean and very relaxing, very quiet. The pool and hot tub area was very nice also. Other than going to dinner there was no need to leave the property.

We saw a print ad after getting to Galveston Island. We called and a last minute check-in was arranged and went smoothly, even though I am 76 and had never used VRBO before. Our host was kind, patient and easy to work with. The condo was as described, as was the view of the water! We could even hear the sound of the surf from the balcony. I am a stickler for clean and it was very clean, well-organized and all was provided! It was a great experience and I have no hesitation giving it 5 stars and my highest recommendation! You won’t be disappointed!

Property was exactly as advertised, small but well stocked, perfect for our weekend girls’ getaway (adults). Condo had everything we could have possibly needed (we especially appreciated the inclusion of chairs and umbrella for the beach as we had forgotten ours!). The unit was updated and beautiful, and the furniture was comfortable. View of the beach from the balcony was nice. Facility had lots of great family spaces (pool, hot tub, swings overlooking the water). The real star of this listing is the location! With barriers on either side of the grounds, no vehicles are allowed in the immediate area, so the beach feels very exclusive! The island was packed the weekend we stayed, but the beach in front of this complex was nearly deserted. It felt like our own private beach. HIGHLY recommend this unit! Thank you for such a great relaxing weekend. We will definitely be back!

This is definitely was not their first rodeo, this couple thought of everything! I'm a very detailed organized person and I couldn't think of one thing I needed that they didn't offer. It was an exceptional stay and we hope to come back again! The reviews weren't kidding about the comfy bed. Our first night we slept 13 1/2 hours! ;)

We loved our stay here. It was the perfect location right on the beach but away from the hustle and bustle. Condo was very clean, the owners were great to communicate with. We also enjoyed the pool on the property. And an added bonus, the king bed was incredibly comfortable!! Would highly recommend.

Staying here makes a Galveston beach trip truly special. We love the convenience to go from beach, to pool or even upstairs for lunch instead of hauling food around! It’s truly our favorite spot to stay and couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else when we go to Galveston! The beach area is so clean and the property!

This place is extremely well thought out with the layout. It's also very well equipped, and very clean! The owners addressed anything we needed quickly and politely! It has direct beach access with covered parking underneath. There's also security at night keeping an eye on things.
The only critique I can give (is absolutely no fault of the owner), are the paper bands that are given as access to the pool and rest of the property. These are county fair style bands that cannot be removed without cutting them, and will quickly get you labeled as a tourist everywhere you go. There's absolutely no way adults let alone children can swim, shower, sleep, and keep these for a week.. The HOA needs to provide rubber bands that you can take on and off. The staff is just doing their job... but this became an annoyance for our family.

We loved our stay! Perfect location and was just what we were looking for. Private beach access and beautiful pool were a major plus. Also loved not having to cross busy Seawall Blvd with young children. All the necessities were provided too. Hosts were great. King size bed was so comfortable and our daughter loved the bunk beds. We definitely will be back. Husband even said we should plan our next stay ASAP!

We choose the location because it was close to our reunion area. It turned out being a great rental. Beach and pool view with a balcony and sitting area. We thought it would be small at 700 sq ft, but they really maximized the space, very comfortable. Completely remodeled and very clean.

My friend and I are busy mom’s so we take annual trips to refresh before summer, and we are sooo glad we found this property! So well maintained, great communication with the owners, safe, lots of great amenities, close to town for convenience but far enough out to feel isolated/quiet. Awesome view, well-stocked, comfortable. Highly recommend. We will be back with our families next time!
