About this house rental

A large, beautiful log cabin nestled on two acres of maple forest. This five-bedroom, three-bathroom property is a dream come true for visitors who want to rest and play. It's ideal for those who want to take advantage of the wide array activities available in Mont-Tremblant but also want to be able to withdraw to a calm oasis. A seven-minute drive along Tremblant Lake leads to the heart of the Tremblant pedestrian village, at the foot of the ski slopes.
In this highly private residence, you'll find refined furnishings throughout. The cathedral ceiling gives the main room a spacious, airy feeling. The inviting living room is equipped with a wood-burning fireplace and features large windows. The kitchen offers everything you need to prepare simple or more elaborate meals. The dining room, with its lovely round table just right for fostering togetherness, is located in an alcove with a generous window arrangement. The cozy master bedroom includes a private bathroom. The main floor has a bathroom with shower and three bedrooms: one with a king-size bed, one with two twin beds, and a third with twin bunkbeds. This cottage is very well equipped for home entertainment, with a pool table, home cinema and private outdoor hot tub. Wireless access to high-speed internet is included. In summer, the air conditioning and the large patio with barbecue are greatly appreciated
RENTAL CONDITIONS
Deposit: 50% is required upon booking; the balance is due no later than 1 month prior to arrival.
Payment: Wire transfer, Visa and Master card. A security deposit will be taken by credit card Visa or Master Card or cash.
Check in: 4pm; check out 11am - or at your convenience if availbility permits.
Miscellaneous: No smoking, no pet, maximum 10 adults and two kids, no reservation for people under 25.
Parties: absolutely no loud music or behavior, disrespect of neighbors, excessive number of cars will be tolerated.

We arrived and the cottage was very clean and well organized. Kitchen has plenty of amenities for your stay. Spacious cottage with 3 bathrooms for the whole gang. Spa and Pool for your entertainment. Would rent again.

Stayed with 9 friends and the place is amazing but a few things fell short... 1. The hot tub was disgusting - water unclear and foamy. Could not be used all weekend. It was one of the reasons we picked this place 2. The sauna was either broken or we did not know how to use it correctly...never got hot. Perhaps instructions are required? 3. For a big groups of people, 1 medium sized fry pan is not enough! And it was in ROUGH shape 4. Again, for a big group of people, not enough serving bowls/dishes (chips, appetizers) 5. No matches or lighter provided...2 firelogs and BBQ were included but no way to use them! Had to go to town on the Saturday to buy some. Seems a bit weird. These 5 things were why we only gave it 4 stars instead of 5. It's the little things!!!

The house was very spacious however the pool sticks were broken, the sauna was not working properly and the house ran out of heat on the last day of the trip and we had to buy fire wood to stay warm. For the amount of money we spent we were no pleased.

For a house that can sleep 10 for hundreds a night, the fact there aren't even coffee filters is the perfect embodiment of staying at this property. The check in process was horrific, with us getting to the security gate and them not having given us a code, to then being told to drive TO the main check-in area to pick up a physical key, to then being called 10 mins later saying that there is no key and to use the following code. What a mess. House is around 15 mins from the mountain NOT on the ski resort. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

The property is a 10 minute drive not a 1 minute drive from Mont Tremblant Resort as listed. We had to call maintenance 2 times to replace many broken light bulbs and coffee maker. We could not get the large screen TV to work in the downstairs area. Property manager was responsive. Would have been helpful if the management group did a mechanical review of the property before we arrived. Not sure I would stay there again as for the expense, there are other options.

The house is very nice and well equipped with everything you need. We did not have a propane tank for the BBQ, and when we called to ask for one, it was delivered within the hour. The sauna in the basement was very slow to heat up and did not get to a temperature where you uelt you were in a sauna, but it was nice. The hot tub in the backyard was very pleasant. The only unfortunate thing about our stay was that we had to cut it short as a result of the air quality from the fires in Quebec. The purpose of our stay was for the IronMan which was cancelled for that reason, and since we were not able to be outdoors we decided to leave a day early. We asked for a refund or some compensation based on the extreme situation and were denied. Some understanding would have been appreciated.

Great house, great location! My friends and I really enjoyed our time. Quick drive to the ski mountain yet still secluded from neighbors or action. Address was a bit different from the one listed but reached out to host and they were very quick to respond! Would recommend.

Great place to stay and get away! Hot tub could use some lighting to see walking to it in the dark but other than that absolutely wonderful to stay! Beds were comfortable and place was very clean. Beautiful views and would stay again without questions asked!

Endroit paisible, sécuritaire. Belle et grande propriété. Ce qui par contre nous a déçu, c’est que sur le site il était inscrit que l’emplacement était tout près du mont, pensant pouvoir y accéder à pied, ce n’était pas du tout le cas.

Excellent property. Very well located. Clean and spacious. Very comfortable for 8 guests. Please note that is is not located in the spot shown in the map, but it is vert well located, near to the Ski Resort (9 minutes driving distance). Very well recommended.

His was a great spot for a weekend ski trip. Tons of space, tons of beds, hot tub, pool table, great kitchen were the highlights. It was also a bit outside of town which we thought was going to be a problem but turned out to be great it was very private and felt like a little oasis. I timed the drive and it was between 7-10 minutes to the bottom of the cabriolet lift in the ski village so really not bad. My only complaint was not about the property or the host. It’s the check in process. You have to go to the Château Beauvallon for check in. Which if you are already in the ski village is a bit of a chore. Also, they didn’t have an address to plug into my GPS and gave me instructions on paper which was a bit old school but worked fine. The staff at the Château Beauvallon were wonderful and helpful getting checked in. Bottom line this is a great property and would highly highly recommend book with confidence! Pro tip: Search Google maps for “Grande Forêt” to get you 99.9% of the way there.

Fantastic property, Id rent it again ever year if I could. I rented the property for my cousins bachelor party (golf week away) with 7 others and needles to say everyone wants me as a best man now! The "team" was blown away, close to Tremblant and all the golf. Short cab ride to the village (10mins) private property with no direct neighbors, it was perfect!. Hot tub and sauna was a huge hit after a few rounds of golf while enjoying a few bevy's. 10 out of 10 Thanks for the memories!

Great house, horrible service

While the house was as expected (for the most part see below), our trip was unfortunately flanked by two very negative experiences. When we first booked the house, the property was tagged both in the title and in the amenities as being "ski-in, ski-off." While it looks like this has since been updated, please note that this is a 10 minute drive away from the ski village so you should bring a car (the pin on the map still looks like it's incorrect). Secondly, when we arrived the jacuzzi had a weird layer of film on it - only a couple of us dared to go in and only very briefly because of this. And to make matters worse, the property owners are now blaming us for this mess and charged my credit card without even getting a response from me!! And they're refusing to overturn the charge even after explaining the situation. It's a shame because the house itself is nice, but do NOT book with these owners as they will misuse your credit card information as they have with me.
