Come visit us in Rehoboth Beach just minutes to the beach and a half block to Rehoboth Ave.

Thank you for inquiring about our vacation property in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. I am renting the second floor during the 2024 season. The flat is four blocks from the ocean (about 1 mile or 16-20 minute walk) and two blocks from downtown Rehoboth Beach.

The unit sleeps four. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the other small bedroom has a double bed. Linens, towels, and pillows are provided. The master bedroom has CATV and DVD/VCR and the living room has CATV, DVD/VCR, Comcast wireless & wired internet capabilities.

The unit has one full bath, a full kitchen with utensils, a deck, an outside shower, a washer and dryer located outside under the deck, and off-street parking for one or two cars. A parking permit for the City of Rehoboth Beach is also available.

Check in is 4:00 p.m. and check out is 11:00 a.m. NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed. There is a $125 cleaning fee. When booking there is a 50% deposit required and the remaining balance due 30 days prior to reservation.

Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid minus the $100 cancellation fee. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

FYI: When cancelling your stay VRBO will not credit back your service fee that they charge when booking your stay.

This property was the perfect size for our family of three during our beach trip. Very clean! We appreciated the available washer and dryer. The Rehoboth Beach parking pass made parking in town convenient. We would definitely stay again!

We had a nice weekend staying here. The place is well located, about a mile from the beach and the boardwalk and closer to some shops and restaurants and was easy walking to get around. The place is a little dated but clean and had everything we needed. The outside shower was handy after the beach and it was nice sitting on the deck. Would recommend.

It was cozy and it was comfortable for my family of four. My kids are still young enough to where they can still share a bed. So for families with older children. One would probably have to sleep on the couch. But it was clean. It was comfortable and most importantly at night it was extremely quiet. For the value and its location in town it was great.

Weather was superb, the town was great with lots of shops and restaurants, and the beach was great. Parking in the town is a real challenge, though. More info on Vrbo would have helped in that regard. The home we rented was comfortable, but needs a lot of updates as in usable deck furniture not covered in spider webs, a newer toaster oven, grab bars in the shower/tub for safety, don’t advertise two bedrooms when the second one is more like a closet, more comfortable furniture to sit on, more furniture for more than three people to sit on, and finally, entrance steps need to be all the same height as to not throw someone off balance and fall like I did.

This property has all of the conveniences of home. It has onsite parking and a pass is provided if you want to drive the 0.4 miles to Rehoboth Ave. We planned out our breakfasts and dinners and we enjoyed the most wonderful meals. There's plenty of hot water for showers and the deck has shade from a tree. Definitely recommend!

Walkable to downtown Rehoboth Beach and boardwalk, on site parking, easy drives to state parks & beaches. Master bedroom is ample in size, second bedroom works well for kid(s). Clear and easy check-in and out instructions.

I needed someplace very last minute leading into Labor Day weekend and came across this property. I’d been in Oxford MD for four nites & had dirty laundry and some work on my plate. I was able to do some laundry when I got there and was pleased with the unit. Mostly I was working, cycling, swimming and visiting friends. It’s a 10 minute fast walk to One Spirit Massage. 12 minutes to Back Porch. And three minutes to the VFW if you want to hang out there. And easy bike ride to all the great places.

We needed a two bedroom spot at Rehoboth and didn’t want to break the bank so The Pines worked out great. To top it off it has a kitchen which came in very handy. Loved being able to walk to town, the beach and having a breakfast place so close! State road can be busy but ear plugs took care of that. After an exhausting day taking advantage of all offered in the area, being able to chill at the TV was nice. Thanks Kim for sharing your home!

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood with an easy walk to the boardwalk. Coffee shops are around the corner, with everything else you would want in easy walking distance. The unit is very comfortable and private. Would definitely rent again!

We like to do lots of walking. The house is 0.9 mi from the boardwalk or 0.2 mi to the DART Bus stop. It's nice having two bedrooms on opposite sides of the house. The property isn't modern and fancy, it's beachy, which is what we like.

After years of staying with the rest of family at another house, my wife and I knew we needed our own place, especially with 2 little ones. It was the perfect spot to wake up peacefully in the morning and get the kids to settle down at the end of the day. AC worked great, beds were comfy, and very comfortable couch to just sit and watch TV on (the place my family stays at, the couch feels like it's made of sandpaper). Highly recommend and look forward to staying again.

I stayed for a week w my children. The property was clean and tidy. They recently bought 2 new TVs. More than enough kitchen gadgets. Used outdoor shower daily after the beach and had enough hot water for 4 people. I definitely would recommend.
