About this apartment rental
Three bedroom, two bath condo with great lake views at Bridges Bay Resort, the premier vacation resort on Lake Okoboji! Relax on the deck overlooking the lake, go for a swim in the pool right next to the condo (seasonal only) or spend the day at the waterpark over at the hotel. Your stay in this condo includes six waterpark passes each day of your stay! If this condo is booked for your dates, please contact me. I have two cabins and two condos at Bridges Bay! Bridges Bay is the premier resort in Arnolds Park featuring a seasonal waterpark, resort-style pool with swim-up bar, workout center and game room, new exciting zip-line, playground and fishing pond for the kids, access to Lake Okoboji, and on-site restaurants! Large condo with plenty of room for you and your guests. Kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end countertop appliances including Keurig coffeemaker, standard coffeepot, toaster, electric griddle and crockpot. Kitchen also includes plenty of dinnerware, glassware, and flatware as well as cookware. Master bedroom features a king size bed and private bath along with patio door leading out to the deck overlooking the lake. The two secondary bedrooms share a full bath. One of the secondary bedrooms features a queen size bed and the other contains two sets of twin size bunk beds. There is also a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room. If you would like a pack-n-play or a high chair, please request one at time of booking. The condo is stocked with plenty of sheets, pillows, blankets, bath towels, and beach towels! The living room leads out to a large deck overlooking the lake with dining table and patio seating along with a large gas grill (propane supplied). Full size washer and dryer located in the condo. Condo is stocked with laundry and dishwasher detergent and paper products including bath and facial tissue and paper towels. This condo also includes a reserved parking spot. In addition to all the amenities of Bridges Bay there is also an additional swimming pool conveniently located right next to the condo. All resort amenities are managed and operated by Bridges Bay Resort There are no refunds or discounts for any unavailability or restrictions on the availability of amenities. Maximum of 10 guests with a maximum of 6 adults. Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath condo with large deck accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom. Condo is on the third floor and there is elevator access. Bridges Bay amenities are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. During other times of the year some amenities may have limited availability.

Property had a Great view of the lake. Loved how quiet and very spacious and clean the condo was.

The day of our arrival the pool with the waterside was closed due bacteria count being too high. The area that was open in the water park the water was freezing.
The condo had plenty of space and well stocked. Like others have mentioned the oven was extremely slow to preheat.0n our second day the kitchen sink leaked. There was water coming from under the sink on to the floor. What a mess took everything out from under the sink, turn the water off and wipe water up from the floor. Plumber came at 1:00 and replaced faucet.
The condo could use some TLC. Several places there was paint chipped on the walls. The carpet is stained and could use a good cleaning. The area back by the grills definitely hadn’t been swept in a while and they were couple of rugs in poor shape just tossed in the corner in that area. The grill could also use a good cleaning.

We had a short stay with 4 grandkids and one set of their parents….total of 8 people and 3 generations. Great to have a room for the kids and there was plenty of room for everyone to be together and eat meals together. Location was great and we hope to make this an annual event.

My family, with six adults and two toddlers, had a wonderful vacation in this condo. The unit was clean and roomier than it looks online, and the owner was very acoommodating. The grill was not working well and she came and brought us a new grill. She also provided a high chair and Pack n Play. The location is great for kids as we were close to the water park, restaurants, and a short jaunt to Arnolds Park. We will definitely be returning.

Family Vacation
Great property - highly recommend! We had a family vacation with 7 kids (7 and under) and 8 adults and everyone had a blast! The properties we rented (2 neighboring condos) were clean, well stocked, and in a great location. Brenda was easy to work with and very accommodating.

Disappointing based upon other condo’s
Cheap furniture, bad beds, poor decorations. Full page email of do not’s was a major turn off. Plastic plates, dish ware and limited pots and pans.Great view, tiny bedrooms and cheap fixtures. I would update and decorate and eliminate the full page email of what not to do.

Wonderful stay for our girls trip
Lovely condo, looks just like the photos! It's stocked with everything needed in the kitchen and has closets full of linens and pillows. Beautiful view of the lake on the patio and very clean, quiet area. Brenda is a great host and replied to our messages immediately. Hopefully we will be able to stay here again in the future!

Good relaxing getaway
Gramma came to visit from Utah and explored the lakes. I was bribing her to move here and I think it worked! Our little family visit bridges bay once a month at least and now this is our new favorite spot. Brenda was very nice and understanding. We will surely come back and help care for Brenda’s condo! There was no issues with our stay and overall just what we needed.

Clean & Comfortable
This is a clean, comfortable, and well maintained condo! Has everything you will need for your stay! The wine themed decor/wine bar area is cute! Brenda is a lovely host and has great communication and instructions. We came with our 3 Teen/tween daughters had plenty of room, enjoyed the deck, The fireplace, and views! We were able to enjoy the indoor water park! Made great memories with our children and had a relaxing stay!

Amazing condo in a great location!
We had an amazing stay! The condo is located in the Bridges Bay Resort so you will have access to all of its amenities! The condo was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and had an amazing lake view! Brenda is an amazing host and responds quickly to any questions you may have! I highly recommended staying here for the perfect Okoboji vacation!

Lovely condo with great views
Brenda is a gem to work with! She is very responsive to all questions and concern prior to arrival.
Home is very nice, the deck is fabulous especially for morning coffee and quiet time.
Home is well stocked, even had beach towel which was a nice surprise.
Sofa bed was not functioning, so I had kids sleeping on the floor, but Brenda did mention she plans to replace.
We stayed Sunday-Saturday. Monday-Thursday there were very few people around and we had the small pool next to the condo by ourselves every afternoon/evening. Friday the dynamics definitely changed. There was a group that moved into the condo above us. They were loud, jumping, dancing and playing loud loud music until after midnight.
The water park is nice, but could be better maintained as the pool was dirty. The zip line is not worth the money.
Short easy walk into the Main Street to get donuts or pizza. Very easy to get to other attractions such as Arnold's Park, restaurants etc.
Overall we were very pleased.

A True 5 Star Condo!
Everything you could possibly need was provided. We felt very pampered! Very clean and perfectly located. Our family thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. From the view on the deck, to the short walk to the dock, to the fun water park....it was just perfect. Wonderful memories made and we will definitely return. Brenda was just beyond amazing to work with. So pleasant and delightful! Thanks so much for everything!

Family Reunion site at Iowa Great Lakes 2
We recently held a family reunion at Bridges Bay Resort. We were looking for multiple condominiums for our extended family, so renting two units adjacent to each other (VRBO 421663/Bayview I and 451282/Bayview II) was ideal way to coordinate our activities. By serendipity, we also rented VRBO 493094, which was across the hall from the two Bayview units. The Bayview units have great lake views, and offer more shade in the afternoon than what we had with 493094. The Bayview units also have covered parking available. Brenda, the host for the Bayview units, was delightful to work with. She was very prompt with responses to all of our emails. The Bridges Bay resort has many recreational activities available, as well as several dining/drinking options.

Peace!
We stayed here for our yearly soccer tournament this year versus the hotel. It was so nice not hearing kids run up and down the motel halls all night. The condo is beautiful (love the deck!) and Brenda was great to work with.

Great Condo for Family Vacation
Brenda was very easy to work with and responds to messages very quickly. The condo had everything we needed for a great weekend! The location is beautiful and we enjoyed the deck in the evening. All of the amenities are wonderful with several restaurants on site and the pool and water park were great! Brenda provided more than enough linens, the kitchen is well stocked and the decor is perfect with a lot of seating! We enjoyed our stay and will be back again!

An amazing condo located on a great property
The condo is very well maintained and incredibly clean! All of the amenities you can ask for are there. We were so impressed with the amount of useful information we received prior to our stay, it was so easy to figure everything out and simply enjoy the property. Within a short walk are pools, water park, restaurants, zip line and more. This was a great condo and looking forward to visiting again!

Perfect Getaway Condo
Condo was just a short drive into town. Had a gorgeous view and a fully stocked kitchen. No issues what-so ever with the unit. I would highly recommend and the owner always got back to me in a timely fashion.

New Condo at Bridges Bay
The condo was very lovely and well decorated, and we appreciated all the amenities, such as linens, beach towels, and a well stocked kitchen with numerous utensils. We had six people and the bar with the six stools and the patio with six chairs was wonderful.
the whole area was very clean and the location was close to golf, restaurants, parks, and walking distance to an awesome donut shop.
We most definitely will recommend this to our friends and relatives.

Wonderful Autumn Weekend Getaway!
The owner was very quick to respond to our inquiries and was accommodating with our arrival time. Her arrival instructions were very detailed and helpful. The condo has an amazing view of the lake, I'll bet is is absolutely beautiful when it is snowing. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we could possibly need to prepare meals.

We loved it and would definately stay again!
We were happy the moment we opened the door! I was afraid the view of the lake wasn't going to be exactly as it was shown, but it was great! We booked with my family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teens and an 11 yr old) and my parents showed up later in the week. There was more than enough room for the 7 of us. The kids loved the pool area, which was great since it rained a couple of days we were there, and part of it is indoors. I loved the quick access to the boat ramps. Though we decided not to rent a slip and instead launch in the nearby park and use the area designated for boat and trailer parking. We dropped kids off at the dock and it was an easy walk back to the condo. This worked out fine for us. My only complaint is the hardness of the beds. I bought a bed foam for mine the second day there, which helped some. My youngest got a bad crick in her neck from the bunk bed and my mother complained of the same hip numbing experience in the second bedroom that I had in the main. If it not for that, I would give it a 5 star.

The property was great for kids and adults. The condo is lovely and the view is wonderful. Waterpark and pools were super fun. The owner is wonderful to work with and helped us immediately when we had questions. We would rent again.

New Condo at Bridges Bay
When we opened the door we immediately noticed it did not look exactly like the picture,especially the lack of lamps. There was not a single lamp in the whole condo. That was a major problem in the room with no window ! Our second biggest problem was that the oven temperature was way off which made it difficult to cook our Thanksgiving meal. I certainly wish the condo had had fewer problems because the location was perfect and the condo was generally quite comfortable.
