PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Our house is conveniently located just a few blocks from the lake. We are walking distance to Regan State Beach, and El Dorado Beach (see map), both have public access. The Casinos at Stateline, and the Heavenly Ski Resort are about 2 miles away. Barton Memorial Hospital and Medical Center is 2.8 miles

Public transportation center is 1 1/2 blocks from our house on the main highway, South Lake Tahoe Blvd, in front of the VISITOR CENTER office. The VISITOR CENTER office provides free travel information, maps, brochures and coupon books to local attractions and dining. There are several restaurants, cafe's, liquor store, and bike rental shop just a block and a half down the street on the main highway. All are within walking distance.

The house is cozy and warm in the winter, with forced air central heating, and a full hearth, wood burning fireplace. In the summer, the large, fenced back yard includes a picnic table and bar area for outdoor dining. Our property has street level parking on a paved driveway, with room for two vehicles.

We had a great time staying in this 2BR house in South Lake Tahoe. Awesome location, within walking distance to beach restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again. Michael was a great host.

Just left this adorable property! It was perfect for our group (4 adults). Close to everything but removed just enough from the crazy crowds at Heavenly. Everything worked great and the house was well-stocked with little extras in case we forgot anything. No air conditioning but stayed very comfortable even with the heat spiking. Michael was a fantastic host. Very helpful and concerned for our comfort. His instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and easy to follow. One of the BEST hosts I’ve worked with!!! Discovered 2 AMAZING restaurants within walking distance. The Woods just opened on the corner and was perfect spot for drinks and dinner. Fried chicken and beignets was to die for!!! Chef Chris even came out to visit. Shedcat was another gem just up the road. Chef Chris recommended and it truly lived up to his recommendation. Watermelon ceviche is a must have!!!

Check out process consists of multiple loads of laundry. Dryer wasn't working as expected and spent most of the morning restarting the machine. Not to mention i needed to be up hours before check out to get that process started. Don't mind if there was more time and less issue with the dryer.

The cabin was perfect for our family! it is incredibly clean and well maintained, and has all supplies you need. The kitchen in particular is very well stocked. The location cannot be beat. Michael is also very communicative and easy to get ahold of with questions. Our family will definitely be back.

Nice, clean, comfortable place. Micheal was very responsive and was gracious enough to let us change our date due to the inclement weather. The kitchen is well stocked with nice cookware and utensils. The place was super clean, centrally located close to stores, restaurants and walking path around the lake. Perfect rental for 2 to 4 people. Would definitely stay again.

The house was very comfortable for 4 adults. There were restaurants and stores close by so we never felt like we had to drive far unnecessarily. Plus the bus to town/ski slopes is free. The kitchen is very nice and provides a family environment to cook and hang out. I'd recommend staying here for your next South Lake Tahoe visit.

Michael was really communicative and easy going. We had to extend our stay a day and he was really accomodating. The house is in the perfect location, a few minutes from Stateline and a few minute walk to the lake. Lakeview Social was a great bar / eatery that was in walking distance. Overall great experience.

Had a great time in South Lake Tahoe, Michael's house was clean, cozy and cute. It feels bigger on the inside than what one sees on the outside. We stayed during a big snowstorm that resulted in a widespread power outage and Michael was very communicative throughout and notified us beforehand so we could get provisions to stay warm. Overall had a great time and celebrated New year's eve old school style in the dark with candles and a roaring fire in the fireplace. Definitely recommend!

Michael’s home was perfect for our little family. We were looking for a comfortable home to stay in for a few days of family quality time, and this was perfect for us. It’s in a central location, in a quaint and quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores, restaurants and snow parks. After a day of fun winter snow activity coming back to the house was a welcomed sight. Michael is an excellent host, he reached out to us beforehand to make sure we had a smooth check-in process. We didn’t have any issues and the home had everything we needed. We would be happy to stay here again, and would recommend it to our family and friends too.

Great location. Communication is very good as well. Towels and linens fresh and clean and checking in was a breeze. Unfortunately carpets are dirty and decor dusty. Needs a good spring clean and some updates. Also dish scrubs should be replaced for every guest. Would be nice to supply propane grill for guest as charcoal fires are prohibited at this time.

Loved our getaway. The location was awesome! Walking distance to the beach and shops. The neighborhood was quiet. The property manager was quick to respond and the home was super clean with all the amenities we needed. Definitely will recommend to friends and stay again in the future!

Host is very responsive and easy to get ahold of. Had zero issues with the place and it was exactly as expected! Would certainly book again. Beds were comfortable and the place had a ton of natural light. Everything seemed clean as well including the dishes and utensils. Just a great experience overall. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay during memorial weekend! The house was really cute and homey, perfect for our family of 3 (including a 4 year old). Very clean, had all the amenities including washer/dryer and bath tub. It was walking distance to the beach, playground, bike rental, and restaurants. The owner (Michael) was super friendly and helpful. Easy check-in and check-out. We will definitely be back!

The house was adorable. Comfortable, had everything we needed. I really liked the neighborhood - easy walk to restaurants and to the Lake. It was better in real life than the photos.
