The pictures do not lie! This is a beautiful, well-maintained property. My large family of 18 stays on 30A every year and this was a great house. Very clean, lots of amenities, including all the beach stuff you could need. The pool area was a great place to mingle after a day at the beach my family grilled hung around and watched the kids play in the pool. We made sure to get to the beach early to get a good spot, but there is a larger public beach access just down the road from the property which is really convenient! Another great asset is the team at diamond gulf. They were very professional, polite, and responsive to each concern. Oh, and one last thing, the beds were phenomenal!

We loved the house. It was perfect for three families, especially having two houses. I was very impressed with Diamond Gulf Rentals. The company was quick to respond to any questions that I had. The houses were clean and very comfortable. I would definitely use their services again.

The house was great! It was the perfect size and was well equipped and clean. The beach is a very short walk but be warned it is really small. There are 40 feet of public beach that everyone has to squeeze into. The beach on each side of the public beach is private and they have security guards posted that will not let you on the beach even when they are completely empty! We got up early to stake out spot and we made it work but it would've been nice to know this info on the front end. Other than that it was great!

We came down for a company fishing trip. Some of the guys enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the house and the close proximity to the beach so much that they decided not to go out on the boat. One dislike we had is the door alarms that go to the pool. 12 men in and out all day and the acknowledge button only worked half the time. Very loud and obnoxious, especially for those who were sleeping on the bunks by the main house door. We understand the purpose is to protect children but when there are only adults you should be able to disable that for the weekend. Also the interface to turn music on around the pool was locked out. Maybe that's only for the owners use. All the bikes either had flat tires or busted chains. We certainly still had a good time and would book with Diamond Realty again in the future but these were just a few items that could be improved upon.

The rental was clean and inviting. We had everything we needed. We had 21 people 7 being under the age of 3 1 newborn. The kids really enjoyed the pool. (As did the adults lol)we had plenty of room for everyone. The weather could not have been better. The beaches were absolutely beautiful. We will definitely come back next year.

The house was beautiful. It accommodated my gang very nicely. Nice short walk to beach, although, public beach access very limited. We were crowded at times. This should be stressed to all looking to book this house....Convenience store next door was a nice bonus!
The Diamond Folks did an outstanding job. From my very first inquiry...to the morning of check out, they were so helpful. I will definitely use Diamond in the future, but will probably choose a different house ONLY because limited beach access. Already looking forward to next year!

This place was so beautiful it had to be a dream. Everything promised was provided from the easy walk to the beautiful white sand beaches to the heated private pool and the fire pit to end the perfect day/evening. I sure hated waking up back to the grind stone. Can't wait for the next time!

We've rented many homes in the area and by far Diamond is the best property management company we've experienced. Leading up to, during, and after our stay they were on top of everything. The kitchen had plenty of everything and a whole drawer full of sharp knives. The home had an abundance of bath towels for our group of 20, which has been an issue at other rentals in the past. Every room has ample storage space for your belongings (closets w/ hangers and dressers) so you don't have to live out of your suitcase all week. The floor plan worked out great and with the guest house and outdoor seating areas, where were so many hang out spots. The washing machine was replaced while were were there as was a GFCI in the garage so we could charge our golf cart (rented through a 3rd party company recommended by Diamond). They were quick to respond and got the job done right!
Having a golf cart really helped getting our stuff down to the beach, but not a requirement since the beach access was very close. The only thing I'd recommend is if you use the dryer in the main house, only the very hottest setting heats and it takes about 2 cycles of drying to get the load dry.
We'd definitely considers staying at this home again and absolutely rent through Diamond again!

Great House! Stayed for a week with another family and our kids had a great time. Option to heat the pool was perfect for a cooler spring trip. Close to the beach, comfortable house/space, outdoor music and fire pit were great, and beach wagon/tools made it easy to go to the beach. Kitchen and grill made for great cooking.

We loved our time together at Footprints. 11 adults. 4 children (2 babies). Everything was clean and updated. We felt very welcomed! The pool guy was prompt and very helpful. Beach was extremely close and convenient. Communication w Diamond Realty was quick and ongoing while we were there. We would def recommend. Thank you, Footprints! PS Bikes need a tune up. One chain was off. Bathroom sink (by kitchen) drains very slowly. Garage door opener didn't work for us.

Great House and Great Location!!!
Footprints in the Sand is conveniently located. Just steps away from the beach and a mile from a cute little area with shopping, food and drinks. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything. It was nice to come hang out at the pool after being at the beach. We had a couple of windy days with double red flags so having the pool was a plus! Very clean house. We had a group of 18 and we all were comfortable. I highly recommend!

Family vacation at Footprints
Had a great time. It was nice having the main house and the smaller pool house for guests. No stairs to climb in the smaller house. Having balconies on all upper levels both front and back was also very nice to sit out and have breakfast or coffee. Short walk to the public beach access and having 2 chairs and an umbrella reserved for us was a very nice benefit. Beach is beautiful at Santa Rosa and the pool was great at the house. Recommend heating the pool if going early in the season. Had a minor issue with a faucet, but Diamond Gulf Rentals quickly dispatched a maintenance person to the house and he had the issue corrected in 20 minutes. Did takeout most of the week and there are a lot of good restaurants within a few miles. Overall very relaxing vacation!

Incredible House and Service!
My family of 17 had a wonderful time in this beautiful house! Accommodations are first rate, beds are comfortable, and there are plenty of bathrooms. It took a while to get used to the alarms on each door, but we appreciated the importance of protecting the kids from escaping the house and jumping in the pool. The pool was great and the beach easy to access. We would definitely stay in this house again!

Wonderful Week
Our family had a wonderful week at Footprints! There was plenty of room for all 22 of us. Entire family enjoyed the pool. We spent most of our days on the beach. Children enjoyed using bikes. The only downside for us was size of public beach access near the property. We adjusted our setup and totally enjoyed the beautiful water and beach. If Footprints in the sand is available when we plan next year's vacation we will book it. Diamond Gulf responded quickly to the one minor issue we had.

There was room for the entire family. We all had a wonderful experience and can't wait to get back. The quick walk to the beach and gorgeous beach house had everything we wanted and needed to make our stay perfect. The only thing we would have changed is the fact we couldn't stay. Beautiful Place; Perfect trip
Everything about our experience was perfect!! The beach house was beautiful, clean and comfortable for all of us. We were all blown away by the House and all the amenities. The bikes and beach chairs were a fun and unexpected added touch. Diamond Gulf Rentals were also fantastic. Staying in touch to make sure we had everything we needed without becoming bothersome. The staff was friendly and helpful taking care of us and making our trip that much more special. The birthday girl even said she would turn 50 again if we could do the trip all over again. Thank you for the perfect trip and wonderful memories.

Great experience from the time we made the reservation until we departed! The size and layout were perfect for our extended family of 16 people. The location was handy for getting to the beach, a convenience store practically next door, and only a short walk to restaurants and stores.

Wonderful Thanksgiving trip
We had 14 family members at Footprints in the Sand for Thanksgiving week. Not knowing how the kitchen would be stocked we brough lots of our own casserole dishes, pans, etc. so we could make our Thanksgiving meal. We were so pleased (and surprised) to find that it was the best stocked kitchen of any rental house we had ever stayed in - lots of pans, dishes, small appliances, silverware, glasses, etc. Enough for all 14 of us and to cook anything we wanted to. We never even unpacked our own kitchen supplies. The location was wonderful - right across from the beach with a crosswalk about 100 yards away from the house. We had several elderly people with us and they struggled a little with the steps on the boardwalk to get down to the beach. However, if that is a big issue there is a flat beach access about a half mile down with parking. We could easily walk or ride bikes to Gulf Place, which has several good restaurants, ice cream spots, and shops. The house is literally on the 30A Bike Path so you can jump on that and ride as far as you want toward Rosemary Beach on the far end. There were several bikes for our use in the garage, as well as lots of beach chairs and even a portable wagon to use to carry items to the beach. It was wonderful to have 2 separate houses for privacy. The pool house is cute but be warned that the third bedroom with bunk beds is extremely small. It's for sleeping only (it's fine for little kids. We had 3 teens in there and it was really too small for that). The game room/bunk room in the main house is large and a great hang out spot for teens or older kids. We were blessed with wonderful weather for that time of year and all in all had a wonderful trip. A few things to mention if you have small kids or elderly adults - the stairs are pretty steep and there is no avoiding them, as the main living level is on the second floor. Each door leading to the pool has an alarm on it (apparently this is a Florida law) and you only have a few seconds to get in and out before it goes off. There is a button to push to silence it and after a day or two you will get used to pushing it, but at first it's hard to remember and the alarm will certainly go off, which could possibly wake up napping kids. We only had adults so it wasn't much of an issue. Thank you for a special place for us to spend Thanksgiving. We will certainly return during the warmer months to use the pool and beach!

This was a fantastic house for accomodating all of our family and friends, which included 7 families and kids. Pros- 1. We never felt like we were "squished" and there was plenty of room to spread out. 2. The property managers were very responsive when called about the shower that stopped working, stopped up sink, and the air conditioning felt "off." PS. Air conditioners in FL are generally not turned below 72 degrees due to the possibility of it freezing up. It worked great on the top floor but was progressively hotter as you went down, which seemed off. 3. Very well stocked with towels, kitchen appliances, and beach equipment. 4. The pool was smaller but clean and very nice. Cons: Beach access was very close, within walking distance, and manageable with small children. However, PUBLIC beach access was a small sliver from the boardwalk to the ocean and flanked on both sides by PRIVATE beach property. If you don't get there early, you will miss setting up on public beach access. We were chased off the PRIVATE BEACH (insert eye roll) twice because we set up very close to the PUBLIC beach. It was a real hassle and wish this had been more clear when renting the house. It's irritating when security makes you move your beach tent off an empty slice of beach- 15 feet over to be on public access. The second con, the doors have a pool alarm so anytime you go outside an adult has to push the button before an alarm goes off. I am very glad there was a pool alarm on all the doors considering we had small children. However, it was very touchy and very very loud. It gave you 3 seconds to push the button and sometimes even after hitting the button the alarm for the door still went off. I wish there had been a way to make it not so touchy or increase the time to hit the button because it kept waking up small children taking naps. Family Spring Break
Wonderful family spring break. This was our first time staying on the West end of 30A and we were pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed it. Much quieter than Seaside and Sea Grove area. The house was a quick walk to the beach (easy beach access) and all the shops in Santa Rosa Beach. The house and guest house offered plenty space for our family of 7 to spread out and have their own space. The pool is fantastic, especially with added heating. We used the pool for several hours every day since the water at the beach was closed due to rip tides. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for family dinners. The guest house is absolutely gorgeous and you could easily do two families or two groups with the space in the main house and guest house. All in all a comfortable house and wonderful outdoor space. I particularly liked having the two beach chairs provided daily at the beach. It basically helps reserve your spot on the small public beach each day. The home owners are gracious to leave bikes and lots of extras like beach chairs, beach toys and pool toys for guest to use responsibly. The rental company was responsive and sent helpful reminders and info throughout the stay. Thank you for a wonderful 30A experience.

Everything was great once the pool heated up which took a couple of days. There were bikes and beach toys and chairs which were a nice surprise. The fire pit was great and both houses were well equipped. The pool house was a great space! The biggest issue we had was that the main house is VERY mildew smelling. My daughter has allergies and was unable to go into the house without feeling uncomfortable. We also had issues with all the pollen on the outdoor furniture and had to clean and sweep before we could use.
