This Oceanfront, completely updated contemporary property features 4 beds, 4 baths, outdoor shower, fireplace, open living floor plan, eat-in kitchen, balcony, and spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Enjoy oceanfront living on your own private deck with views overlooking the Hampton's' most beautiful beaches. Close to the village, the bay and shopping. Location is incredible, we loved the expansive ocean views and outdoor deck. It was very quiet with a path to the beach right behind the property. We had some issues with cleanliness on arrival. The host was quick to respond and address. Based on his attentiveness I imagine this should not be an issue for others.

If your aim is to stay on the ocean, enabling you to walk off the deck directly on to the beach, with private space for all and ocean views from every room - well - look no further! Exactly what we hoped for and more.

Great location. Pristine beach with hardly anyone else on the beach (mid May). No shampoo or conditioner in bathrooms as reported. The house needs a bit of TLC. Could be a bit cleaner. There was sand on the floor in the master bedroom upon our arrival. It seemed like there was white dog hair on the bedspread. I dont have a dog. The dishwasher seemed like it was working but was not getting the dishes clean. I think it is time for a new dishwasher.

We had a wonderful time. Loved the house, the location, walks on the beach and watching deer pass by the home on a daily basis. The house is a little worn but many older beach homes are like this. The steps up to main entrance may be a challenge for the elderly or anyone mobility limited. The dishwasher needs to be upgraded. A few minor issues when we first arrived were readily taken care of by the owner who responded quickly.

Stayed at this gorgeous home with oceanfront views with my adult nieces. We enjoyed beach walking, the fireplace ( with duraflames log use only but it was great)! The house was very clean with comfortable beds, couches, outdoor furniture. The smart tv was great for finding movies. The host was great with communication. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. We enjoyed having a wine refrig too!
Very quiet and peaceful location. Just FYI for other potential renters- need to go slow on dune rd. To find entrance as it’s not a road- it’s a beach access path you drive onto. That was a little tricky because we weren’t sure we could drive on it, but we came to love the true privacy of it!! Saw lots of deer in early morning with beautiful sunrises! Each bedroom has own balcony facing the ocean!
Lots of good restaurants and farms and fairs around that we enjoyed!!

Our family absolutely loved our stay here. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very family friendly. Everything was very easy to access: Appliances, towels, bed linens, washer/dryer. House rules are clearly listed and they provide a great sheet to follow prior to check in. The sound of the waves crashing while your sitting on the porch gazing at the stars and moon was so therapeutic! As a frequent traveler, we highly recommend this place to stay for your vacation or mini getaway. It’s a home away from home. :)

This home is in such a perfect location. Aside from the ocean being right there, the deck is large and the furniture is comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed some home cooked meals. It's wonderful listening to the waves crashing while falling asleep. The owners were very responsive and answered my questions promptly as they came up. I will definitely return!

From the minute we arrived at the house and saw the oceanview, we knew our week was going to be wonderful. We were right!!!! We had a fabulous time. The view from all the windows and the deck were just incredible. Even though the weather was cool and sometimes rainy we enjoyed the beach and the house. There were some wonderful restaurants in Westhampton Beach and we had so many great times at them. Our 3 year old grandson loved collecting shells on the beach and watching the seagulls. We even saw deer!!!
The kitchen made our at home meals fun and easy.

We had a perfect stay at Susan's house. There is no better location and everything about the house was just as we expected. Susan was a great host and always responded to questions immediately. I can't wait to go back!

Location on the beach was fantastic. Inside, the home is not well maintained. Not very clean or very well equipped. Bath towels are bleach stained and have holes in them which is just awful. No corkscrew or wine glasses even tho we are in Long Island wine country. The photos on the website are not a true depiction of the condition of the home home. The view of the beach is the best part. If that's all you care about then go for it.

Fabulous house and location
The house is so beautiful and the location is so restorative. The beach is basically your front yard yet there is lots of privacy provided by dunes and trees. It is only 7 minutes drive into town. We walked on the beach every day and caught every sunset. Our interactions with Susan could not have been better. I give this property and rental team my highest recommendation. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We loved our stay in this lovely home.. And the guest experience is clearly prioritized: At one point, a crew stopped by to upgrade the AC, and the owners refunded a portion of the rent as compensation for the disturbance. Completely unnecessary, but thoughtful and much appreciated.

Top Notch Location
Amazing location on Dune Road-- we ran into a few minor issues but the owners were incredibly responsive and worked to immediately and fairly remedy the situation. We would highly recommend this property.

The previous reviews of this home were not accurate and not to be trusted. I didn’t hesitate when booking because of the 51 five star reviews. The home was dirty and unkempt and full of dog hair. The location is great and can’t be beat and this is what you’re paying for.

Beachfront break
Very relaxing and comfortable house. The kids enjoyed the beach and seeing wildlife (deer, birds, dolphins, and whales) from the deck. Great location in West Hampton with easy access to food, shopping, and hiking spots. Owners were easy to reach and very helpful. Would visit again - thank you!

Amazing Beachfront Home!
A beautiful home in the dunes, walk out the backdoor and onto the beach. Every bedroom has a great ocean view and its own porch. Great location near town and restaurants, lovely living room and kitchen. Perfect beach stay any time of year. We really enjoyed being here off-season with walks on an empty beach and a log in the fireplace. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning. The owners were great, very responsive and helpful.

Perfect beachfront home with amazing views
Great rustic home with fantastic views. You can walk straight to the beach and enjoy the stars at night. The home comes with everything you need including a nice sized fridge with iced cubes and water, and plenty of towels, toilet paper and paper towels, dishwater pods, etc. Every bedroom had a terrace and a bathroom for each quadrant. WiFi connection was great. TVs in some rooms were in cabinets which kind of make it hard to watch but who is there for TV anyway? The beach was beautiful, nice and private in March, and not many steps from the home. As with most beach properties, there are tall stairs to climb in rear which is the main entry, so travel light if you can! Susan is very responsive and helpful. Our only complaint which is really very minor is that the living room door to the main deck seemed heavy on it's tracks and can be a challenge to open and shut. We came in the tail end of winter and were lucky with some warm weather, so maybe the wood expanded or something. Otherwise, this a great home away from home!
