Horrible.Swear to never make the mistake of booking online via booking.com and no advance pmt

We paid for the room with breakfast & dinner but the hotel flatly refused saying they did not have a kitchen and could not servicemen tea or coffee so ot is funny you are asking this question.

Absolutely nothing.it was my worst experience.

Dont get trapped by low price listing

Dont get cheated by low price listing, no any hotel in bengaluru, giving room for less than 900 per day, this hotel guy was very rude, app was showing very low price, and confirming the booking,and once u there they will reject the booking, and if u call to oyo or customer care they will just say a sorry and u will loose the taxi money, if argue with them they will say technical error, all they want to bring the customer to thier hotel, once u reached there most of them dont have any option other than stay there with extra payment, may be tired. They will say we dont give this much low price ask the app customer care, but most of the hotel wont remove thier listing from app, because they want some customer to come their reception, they never think it ruining their reputation, there are many people u can see in the reception similar app victim. And remember this is some remote areas it is difficult to get a taxi back to city,

There is nothing to like.

Because first of all the manager don't have politeness, he don't know about customer respect, behaviour is worst and recipient also same they asked extra money. At 9pm he saying go and search for new hotel with me my partner is there bags etc. They don't have little bit of commen sence.

It was the worst experience. When I reached they denied boarding. I booked hotel with 400/- per day, he forced to pay 1000/- per day. When called booking.com customer care, they were just laughing. with this experience, I never book any hotel from booking.com

Worst but cheap

Nothing went well , rooms are very dirty and stinky. Beds stained and no words for pillows. No one cleans the room . Leftover food which we threw in our room dustbin remain there , no one bother to Clean even we asked the room service to clean but no response.

Not Worth it

comfy Bed, clean Bathroom, Hot Water on Demand

The Hotel Makes you Sign this declaration that You will Pay for any " stains" on Bed and walls .. then they give you a roo that ALREADY has dirty walls and sheets !!! The staff is rude , arrogant and charged me Higher than what Was displayed on the Booking. There is No Kitchen. The " Included Breakfast" has Limited options and does not include Tea / cofee !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I prefer don't choose this hotel for if you are staying full nights.

Nothing i like .. not poor all terrible..

Receptionist behaviour too bad.. and booking price and what we paid totally different they are saying this is not correct. I have to pay 400 more. Rooms not clean properly Smelling , bed sheets and pillow dirty and bad smell as well.

Can be improved In room maintenance

The hotel did not have kitchen and food was ordered from our side

Room was not so clean and bed Lenin’s were not clean. Room was stinking with cigrate smell and cigrate buts were not cleaned

not family friendly for reasons within and without the hotel's control

The staff first argued that breakfast was not part of the booking then had to be shown proof. But after that they were courteous enough to arrange breakfast

There was a couple having utlra loud sex on my floor. By ultra loud i mean so loud that it almost felt like porn vidoes were being shot. It felt like staying at a brothel. I know Oyo has a reputation for being one night stand avenues, still this was too much. I had to go downstairs talk to the Reception guy to get them to shut up. I know this is not the staff's mistake - but never taking my family to an Oyo again

Good value for money. The bed sheets are clean but very old and some bathrooms are not clean

Breakfast is homely. They typically have only one item. We had Chole and methi puri with tea. It was very good. Bed is very comfortable. AC is good as well. Hot water available. Staff is courteous, we did not have adapter to connect our UAE type charger and they managed to find one for us. Overall good value for money.

The sheets and pillow cases are old. They really need a change. They don't provide bottle water. They have a cooler with purified water. The bottles provided to fill the water are not very clean. Toilets is some of the rooms are not clean. They need better cleaning
