This is a great property with spectacular views overlooking the pool, bay and Atlantic Ocean. Terrific wrap-around porch with constant trade winds. Everything we needed was easily coordinated.

This was a super well run holiday property, with great communication throughout and the property itself was extremely well kitted out and looked after. Our family had great fun using the new air fryer and a big thanks for getting in a smoothie blender. We do like to cook and found the kitchen really well provided for. Definitely recommend using the pre shopping service as its extremely relaxing to arrive without having to navigate the supermarket after a long flight! The views from the apartment are stunning and the pools on the resort perfect for our family. It is a quiet resort, which suited us just fine. You need a car, which we had, so visted many places on the island,nothing is more than 50 mins or so away. The beach at Non Such is a nice addition to the resort and you can use the kayak for free, if you fancy it. Overall, a great family property if you want to stay in a quieter, very safe place with the freedom to come and go, as you please. The wifi worked perfectly during our stay and the air con is super efficent and excellent at cooling down rooms almost immediately! We would definitely recommend. Thank you Peter and team for our fab stay!

Peter, Pascale and Anelle made our week really special. Peter's villa worked perfectly for us. Tree frogs abound. The grounds were really well kept and natural.
Half moon bay only 10 minutes by car is a huge draw to this property. We would recommend hiring a car.

Really enjoyed the quietness, location and the view

This apartment has everything needed for a stay in Antigua. Our family of 3 spent 8 days at Peter's lovely place. The sunrises were spectacular each morning from the balcony where we enjoyed breakfast, then relaxed with all the doors open, the curtains blowing with the cool breezes. On our first night we ate at Rokuni, the restaurant on property, the dim sum platter is a must along with other delicious dishes. A rental car is nice to have, we were able to visit Shirley Heights on Sunday for the sunset view, great food and huge party crowd. Easy to drive to Half Moon Bay and visit Beach Bum Restaurant and to Pineapple Beach for snorkeling. A visit to Nelson's Dockyard is a must for island history and grocery shopping was easy at Epicurean in St John's. After all the island exploring it was nice to relax at the pool in front of the apartment or on the balcony with the little birds who visited. Also to note, the air conditioner was great at night and the beds were so comfortable.
Peter and the staff were easy to communicate with but all was so nice from the beginning, nothing was needed.
This is a fabulous spot to spend a vacation in Antigua, highly recommended!

The property is beautiful and the apartment is everything we had hoped for: spacious, well appointed and with a large terrace overlooking the pool and sea. The resort also has a fantastic restaurant, Rokuni. Communications with the owner and wonderful housekeeper were seamless. A great stay in Nonsuch Bay!

We had a wonderful family vacation here with our teenage children. The property was beautiful and well maintained with a private ocean beach and 2 beautiful pools. The unit itself was wonderful as well - spacious, well maintained, and clean with plentry of outdoor space as well. Communication with the host was great as well. Overall it was a very relaxing and beautiful place to stay. Thank you for a great vacation!

Christmas in paradise
Beautifully furnished apartment with amazing views. A little out of the way, but perfect if you are looking for quiet relaxation. Car essential to visit some of the stunning 365 beaches Antigua has to offer. Ideal for 4 adults but can also accommodate children as well. Kitchen well equipped. Excellent air conditioning throughout and all mod cons.

Beautiful property in a beautiful island
This was our first time in Antigua and I wanted to stay at a nice property. I chose this unit because the listing pictures looked very nice and the price was incredibly good. Almost looked like too good to be true. The booking process was completely smooth and the communication with Peter (owner) and Pascale (property manager) was very smooth from the get go. They were always very nice and cordial, answered all my questions and gave me detailed information about everything I asked. When we arrived at the property we realized the pictures didn't do it justice. It is such an beautiful property overall but also this condo is impressively nice. Well maintained and spacious. They had everything perfectly ready for us. So much, we didn't really have to talk much at all after our arrival.
The resort location is a bit remote and far from "the action" and renting a car is a MUST. Preferably a small SUV at least. Word of caution, when driving to the property for the 1st time, DO NOT use Google Maps or Waze as they would guide you through the old road to get to the resort, which would be impossible without a 4x4. Use Apple Maps instead, which will guide you through the paved road. Most of the roads are poorly lit, so driving at night could be stressful on the first few days until you familiarize with the routes.
The island is spectacular and you will never run out of things to do. This resort is only 10 min away from Half Moon Bay, which not only is spectacular but it is perfect for relaxing. Any other beach is at least a 30-50 min drive. Recommend the beaches on the west side like Darkwood Beach (another favorite), Ffryes Beach, Jolly Beach and Coco Beach.
The brand new restaurant in the resort, Rokuni, is worth the try. Delicious Asian food. Also recommend to try the pizza at Al Porto, in Jolly Harbour. It is the best! One of the highlights of our trip was the helicopter tour with Calvinair. It is well worth it and you can appreciate from the air all the magnificent beauty of the island.
I cannot leave out mentioning how nice and welcoming the people from Antigua are. They are very proud of their island, as they should be, and also very welcoming and happy that you are visiting. I would definitely go back and will have Antigua amongst my favorite places in the Caribbean.

A great holiday!
We really enjoyed our stay, and Peter and his 'local team' made things very easy. Its a great apartment, very spacious and perfect for our family of four.
The resort itself was very quiet, and obviously still "re-starting" after lockdown and the off-season. It's a lovely setting, but is quite remote so a car was a must from our perspective. A new restaurant is being opened shortly which will help in this regard.
Overall we had a great holiday, and would stay here again if returning to Antigua.

Excellent Home
The property was exactly as pictured and well appointed. Everyone was extremely helpful, from the host Peter to the housekeeper Anelle, and the driver Billey. The property is well kept and the resort has beautiful views. I would stay here again and I highly recommend the property.

The apartment is a home away from home
The apartment is a home away from home, with beautiful views and fantastic weather!
Very high standards, comfortable beds, and overall great service.
The resort it's based in, Non Such Bay, is stunning but it has changed a lot due to Covid and no longer offers sailing or basic services like a cafe/restaurant - this may reopen at some point. Currently therefore it is better suited for a relaxing and quiet self-catering holiday. The pools on site are great and the beach is always clean and comes with comfortable sunbeds. With a car hire nowhere on the island is more than 30-45minutes away though. You can book this apartment with confidence.

Beautiful, spacious apartment in a great location on resort
The apartment was impressive with a really large balcony and wonderful views. Everything was in great condition with all the things needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was quick and efficient at all times and we highly recommend a stay.

Beautiful Live/Work Escape with Hotel-Level Management
My husband, toddler and I stayed at this property for over a month as a safe place to live and work. This was our second time staying at Non-Such and decided to return because of how perfect it was for our little family. Peter's unit had plenty of space for both my husband and I to be working separately while our daughter played. The balcony is huge with outlets that were perfect to set-up a little outdoor work station.
Our weekday routine was: Morning Swim (pool, non-such or a short drive to Half-Moon), Work, Lunch on the Patio, Work, Sunset Beach time, and Dinner on the Patio. It was so lovely to be able to watch the waves while we worked.
Non-Such is a little farther than some of the other resorts, which is good for folks to know. However, we loved the location, how much space everything and everyone had, and how different it felt from our normal city life.
Peter and Pascale were great and so helpful. Before our arrival they helped us coordinate car rental, groceries, and childcare - basically everything we needed to live comfortably.
We'd highly recommend this stay. A few extra highlights:
- there are darkening shades in the guestroom which were great for our daughter
- the kitchen is full-size including the refrigerator and freezer
- the washer and dryer are far from the bedrooms so easy to run loads during bedtime
- plenty of spaces to gather with a full dining table inside and outside
- internet fast enough to support 2 long video calls at once

Perfect week in paradise
We stayed from March 5-15 2020. It is important to note that this was when the Covid-19 virus was becoming pandemic. The resort handles this with good communication and appropriate precautions including sanitizing and offers to bring guests to receive medical care if anyone felt ill. We felt safe and lucky to be here. Communication with Peter, the owner ,was excellent from the start and throughout our stay. The staff at nonesuch we’re also consistently friendly and helpful. We were welcomed by Anele, the housekeeper into the lovely, spotless and spacious apartment. The view is glorious. We enjoyed the amenities at the resort :pools, sitting by the beach, kayaking and sailing ( water sports by appt for a fee). We highly recommend a car so you have access to the rest of the beautiful island. We LOVE half moon bay beach and the delicious little restaurant Beach Bums. Other favorite activities were the hike to Shirley heights ( turner valley trail to the top carpenters trail back down) ending at Galleon beach for a swim, and a cold beer at the Cheeky Marlin then lunch in English harbor. You can also drive to the top and admission is included with admission to Nelson’s Dockyard. The midline trail from Nelson’s Dockyard is another great hike and it ends at Pigeon Beach. We then wandered a short way down the beach to Catherine’s and enjoyed a swim and brunch on the beach in lounge chairs.- paradise! The short drive and amazing landscape of Devils Bridge is paired beautifully with Long Beach and lunch or dinner at Mama Pasta on the beach! We loved having the beach chairs and umbrella from the condo in our trunk so we were always ready to relax on the beach- such a nice, extra amenity! We spent our arrival evening in st John so we could stockup at Epicurean- a fully stocked supermarket in the morning and drive out to nonesuch in the daylight. Anele will shop for you in advance of your arrival if you prefer. We did a midweek shop at Covent Garden in English Harbor( 30 minutes away) and a decent market. We enjoyed preparing meals in the fully stocked kitchen and eating on the deck. We also enjoyed a traditional Caribbean meal prepared by Anele, ( the charming and helpful housekeeper) and her aunt. She offers this as a special service and we encourage you to take advantage of this delicious treat. It was a magical vacation and we are already planning to return next year!

We loved everything about this property. Peter was a great host and very responsive. His housekeeper Anele was fantastic. We loved that she was able to do a pre-shop for us and cook is a few meals while we were here. I would highly recommend this property.

Family vacation

Lovely property in a beautiful location.
Beautiful, clean and spacious apartment. Our family of four had a wonderful vacation while staying here. The view of the bay from the large balcony is tremendous. The staff at the resort is very friendly and helpful. Took the boat from the dock to snorkel on Green Island. Half Moon Bay and other beaches nearby. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Family Holiday
We had a wonderful family holiday at Pete's apartment, in a perfect location. The views were stunning, the apartment was very well equipped and didn't lack anything. It was very spacious and tastefully decorated. The kids enjoyed the easy access to the swimming pools and beach, as well as the additional services the hotel offered. Adele's cooking was delicious and other highlights included a day trip to Half Moon Bay and a boat trip organised via the hotel to Green Island.

Wonderful Home Base to Explore Antigua
We enjoyed our 2 week stay (Jan/Feb) in Peter's apartment and explored much of Antigua as we had rented a Jeep for the entire duration. Antigua is our favorite Caribbean island to date! We made friends instantly, everywhere we went. We felt so welcomed nearly everywhere. We met the head chef at Catherine's and ended up eating or grabbing drinks there several times, including our last night. We also met and talked with the owner at Club Sushi and had wonderful sushi there a few times. Our favorite spot was Half Moon Bay and Beach Bum's where we ate lunch a few times, and really enjoyed the food and staff there. Other places we ate were Trappas, Cloggys, OJs, Ana's, Dennis, Sheer Rocks, and Mama Pasta.
Beaches we visited outside the resort: Half Moon Bay, Pigeon Point Beach, Long Bay, Turner's Beach, Ffryes Beach, Love Beach, Coco Beach, Dickenson Beach, and Green Island. Our favorite was Half Moon Bay but they all had very good qualities and some differences to them that made them all unique and enjoyable. We had Green Island to ourselves for a few hours one day and that was awesome too.
We really enjoyed the apartment and we would definitely consider renting it again if/when we visit Antigua. We liked the "quietness" of Nonsuch Bay resort. We didn't feel it was too far away from anything and loved waking up and having breakfast on the terrace with the amazing views. We otherwise didn't spend too much time at the resort other than maybe 4 days total, which included Green Island one day and Stand-Up-Paddleboard downwind from Green Island one day.
We were glad to have towels, chairs and an umbrella to use from the apartment and we packed them and our own small soft sided cooler every day to take to the beaches.
Overall a great experience!

Beautiful property, but a few issues on our stay
First of all, a beautiful development and apartment. Nice view overlooking Nonsuch Bay, and easy access to 3 nice pools. And Peter the owner was very responsive and helpful from the time of booking through our stay.
The beaches on the property, and all nearby beaches (Half Moon Bay, etc), weren’t much of an option because of the incredible amounts of seaweed that have been overwhelming much of the Atlantic side of the island. Not anyone’s fault, but just a fact. So most days we’d drive to the Caribbean side (about 30-40 minutes) and enjoy the amazing beaches and calm, turquoise Caribbean waters.
The main complaint with the apartment during our June stay was the fact that the air conditioner for the unit wasn’t working. The owner warned us of this a few weeks out, saying the AC was out and couldn’t be replaced until late July. They had added a few portable units to try to help, but they were essentially just fans blowing air but not cooling the air in the unit at all. This made our stay in the unit uncomfortably warm and sticky.
All in all a nice property and nice people, but without AC in a humid time of the year it made it a tough vacation.

Wonderful Apartment in a beautiful relaxing location
My family had the most lovely holiday in Nonsuch, the weather was perfect, the apartment was well appointed and exceptionally comfortable. We all found the staff at the resort friendly and attentive. Peter's recommendations were greatly appreciated, and he was a very responsive host. It was our first visit to Antigua but it certainly won't be our last. Overall a fantastic family break, in a beautiful location.

Great stay at Peter's condo
Peter's apartment at Nonsuch Bay was absolutely fantastic.
Where to start - the apartment itself is large, airy, well-equipped, clean and extremely well situated on the resort. We only used one bedroom - but both are large and the bed is comfortable. The unit is air conditioned, but we didn't need it - not even once. With the front door open onto the ocean, the breeze is glorious and keeps everything nice and cool - both day and night. We encountered a period of high winds - no one's fault - but our weather was otherwise sunny everyday with the requisite 10 minutes of rain every day! One reviewer does mention wind - and to be fair, we did find Antigua and Nonsuch Bay more windy than other islands we have visited. Pool area is gorgeous and right outside our balcony - wish the water were heated but its clean and very refreshing. The beach area is small but perfect - not too busy, no folks selling their wares - perfect! Lots of water activities available for those who want to sail, windsurf, etc. We ate a couple of times in the restaurant - which was squarely in the "OK" category. Food is a little expensive and very much "mass produced" - so my best advice would be to try it once but to make other arrangements for other meals. Peter leaves a binder full of great information in the unit - and we tried many of the places he recommended which were great - less expensive, more casual, more authentic.
In summary, I would very much recommend Peter's place both for families and for couples. It was relaxing and provided us with fun adventures throughout our 10 days.
Antigua is clearly an adventure - why not enjoy it in the luxury of Peter's apartment!

Great 10 days in fantastic apartment
We arrived as a family of 5 (3 x late teens) and were shown all the facilities. Extra bed available in second bedroom. The closest pool is just below the apartment and the beach is about 80 yards away. You have to option of all inclusive, self catering or a mixture of the two. If self catering then a car is advisable for shopping and exploring the islands beaches and sights. The owner is very responsive and provides lots of advice and information prior to the visit and the on-site housekeeper is contactable any time using the apartment mobile if there are further questions. Drinks served on the beach - FOC!
Kayaks and sailing available (modern dinghies and Hobie Cat - rates included in all inclusive tariff) Kite Surfing school operates from the beach - separate business and tariffs dispalyed.

Lovely Apartment!
Very peaceful, quiet resort where you can relax under the palm trees on the beach. The apartment is lovely, has everything you need to make your own meals, generous in size, and an ideal location at the resort, overlooking a beautiful pool. If you like kite sailing or sailing, this is an ideal location on the Atlantic side of the island with strong winds. For a Caribbean aqua blue water soft sand beach, Half Moon Bay is ideally located only 10 minutes away. In my opinion, the only thing the apartment lacked was some board games for nightly entertainment with kids. Otherwise, it is a great place to stay and the owner is extremely helpful and attentive to help make your stay fabulous!

Outstanding Antigua Vacation

The apartment was spacious and well appointed, the views were stunning and the proximity of the beach and infinity pool was perfect.
We would recommend a car rental as the Resort is a bit remote, especially if you are not participating in the all inclusive options. This also gave us the flexibility to explore this beautiful island.
The sailing and snorkeling offered at the Resort was an added bonus and we thoroughly enjoyed all of the staff at Nonsuch Bay. We were warmly welcomed all about the island.
A special Thank you to Pascale for her help in navigating us to the Resort upon our arrival and her availability during the week.
Overall, a wonderful experience...we look forward to returning.

Fantastic holiday Inn paradise
Nonsuchbay is ideally situated on the island of Antigua, being both idyllic and ideally located to all main attractions. Within Nonsuchbay, the apartment commands prime position with amazing views of the bay and ocean. The apartment is built and furnished to a very high standard, providing all the luxury and practicality required for a fantastic stay. Very useful maps and a folder of local information ensure you don't miss any of the delights of Antigua. The resort has superb facilities and water sports, whether adjacent pool, beach or drinks in the bar overlooking the bay. Fantastic restaurant food and cocktails, not to mention entertainment for a relaxing evening.
We would very much recommend staying with TropicalIslandSuites at Nonsuchbay.

Lovely spacious apartment
We just returned from a 10 day vacation and loved it. The apartment is very spacious for a family of 4 and is fully equipped. The pool is right underneath the balcony and the beach is only a short walk away. The resort is a bit remote, so I would recommend to take a car rental if you want to move around on the island.

What a beautiful and amazing property!!!!! We LOVED IT!! GORGEOUS!!!
My wife and I just returned from a week at this property celebrating our 5 year anniversary and were just overwhelmed with the beauty, cleanliness, spaciousness etc. etc. of this property and of the resort itself!!! I must say that the pictures(and video that Peter can also send) while stunning, don't do this property justice!! It is absolutely AMAZING!!! The water views from every room are spectacular! The wrap-around patio with full water views are AMAZING!! Falling asleep to the tree frogs and the island breeze is like a fantasy. Having our own breakfast on the patio gazing at the bay was spectacular!! I would highly recommend this property!!! We rented a car for the week as taxis back and forth can add up quickly, as this property is 30/45 minutes away from the other areas on the island that were so much fun to explore. We stocked up with groceries the first day for breakfast food, snacks, drinks etc so we didn't have to rely on the resorts smaller convenience store or buffet breakfast/lunch, and wouldn't do it any other way. We had 4 dinners at the resort, two of them were fantastic!!! and two of them were OK, not bad, but not great. There are many VERY GOOD places to eat lunch or dinner on the island most are about 45 minutes drive and reasonably priced.
The staff at Nonsuch bay are all very nice and pleasant and eager to help, although we didn't find we needed much help given the nature of the apartment and the property(other than making us delicious rum cocktails). The infinity pools are spectacular!! The beach is small and quiet but if you want a bigger beach or something better there are plenty to choose from all a short drive away.
Don't really have anything negative to say about this property but would love to have a small fitness center to get some excercise. If you swim the pool in the picture is quite long enough to swim laps and plenty of space, and there is an amazing bay on Green Island that is about a 10 minute boat ride away that you can openwater swim for as long as you;d like and enjoy. The roads are not that conducive to running fyi. We would definitely come back and do it the exact same way!! I'd give this apartment 5-stars for sure!!! Truly as advertised and than some!!! Thanks so much Peter we just loved it!!!!

Great resort and apartment
The apartment was spacious and beautiful with a great location within the resort. The pool is right there just below the wraparound balcony, and the beach is just a short walk away. The resort is beautiful, and the availability of the kids club where they give sailing lessons to the kids was extremely helpful. We took the short boat ride to Green Island for a couple of hours of great snorkeling. We took care of most of our own food with one trip to the Epicurean supermarket about 35 minutes away. Not much else within 20 minutes of the resort but worked out fine. You can get anywhere with a rental car, and some great island tours/activities pick you up from the resort. Do not hesitate.

Great location for a young family
We took our 6 year old and 3 year old to Antigua. The accommodation was wonderful for us. It had a useful kitchen, and a small utility room with a washing machine and dryer. The pool was easy, as was the beach. The facilities at the resort were open to us (we Kayaked, Sailed, snorkled at Green Island and the children went to the wonderful kids club so we could scuba for the first time in 5 years!).
Peter is super responsive. We had a couple of slight niggles and he made sure the maintenance team sorted these out as quickly as possible.
We also hired a car for our trip. It is not necessary and can be done daily. Peter gave us the name of the car company who were also very accommodating (you could if preferred hire a car on a daily basis - we like the ability to suddenly go to another beach - half moon bay is a short drive from the resort and stunning and empty!)

Perfect Rental for our trip
LOVED, LOVED, LOVED the place. It was simply perfect!! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there and the villa made the trip for us. The unit looks exactly like the pictures and it was stocked with all the items we truly would need. It provided us with the best of both settings. We felt truly secluded while in the villa, while we also had the option to mingle with other guests when we wanted. Best wrap-around deck and stunning views of both pool and ocean from every angle.
Peter was fabulous and answered all of my questions prior to arrival. Both the housekeeper and onsite house manager, Pascale, were just lovely. Pascale even provided us with local cell phone for our use during trip. Wi-Fi worked great in villa and decent cable channels available.
Definitely recommend stocking up at Epicurean, the larger grocery store on your way from airport. And having a car is a good idea. Best beach around is just down the street from resort. We waited until our last day and wish we had started the trip there (we would have been there everyday if we had). We plan to return and will certainly be re-booking with Peter.
