We had a perfect family ski holiday. This location is easy on and off the mountain. The ski valet is the best! Service was perfect especially from the homeowner! We will be back!

This condo is now the only place we will stay in Park City . We have stayed at the Waldorf on many prior occasions, however this condo is the most impressive. Its location in the penthouse renders it very very quite at night , absolutely no sleep disturbance-which we haven't always experienced- It is immaculately clean and comfortable- clearly the owner does regular maintenance on everything.Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and amazing showers. It is really spacious, we had 4 teenagers and 2 adults and we all had ample space. We had zero issues during our stay!! I am certain if we had, it would have been taken care of immediately as the owner was so very attentive before and during our stay- He truly wants everyone to have the best time. His recommendations regarding equipment rental, restaurants etc were on point. It is truly ski in-and-out. The ski valet was amazing, everything was ready and waiting each morning and carefully stored each evening with hot chocolate served to you as you left your boots behind.. The additional services offered by the Waldorf -the hot tub, spa and evening features like "wine down" , the sushi cart or evening s'mores always capped off a great day - housekeeping was outstanding. All in all making it an absolute retreat after a days skiing. We returned home yesterday feeling refreshed despite skiing hard for 4 days.

This condo made our trip perfect! It is so spacious, comfortable, and is complete with a full kitchen. It easily fit our family of 5. With this condo, you also get access to all the amazing hotel amenities. Easy access to the slopes, ski butler service, ski rentals right in the hotel, heated pool/hot tub, and my children’s personal favorite, a hot chocolate bar served every afternoon in the lobby while you come off the slopes. It was a dream!
Also adding to the stay, the host is amazing and so responsive. He truly cares about you having a great vacation. We can’t wait to come back!

Great spot for my friends 40th. We were able to access tons of fun in the area and relax every day in our spacious rooms. The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms were huge! Will be back soon!!

As a group of three couples, this property was perfect. The ski amenities were perfect and the spa is fabulous. The condo had everything we needed to cook meals. The location is great with a regular shuttle into town and easy access to the ski slopes. Thank you! Will stay again.

The location and amenities made this the easiest ski trip we've ever done with our kids. Between the ski valet at the Waldorf and the short walk (or golf cart ride!) it made getting on the slopes so easy.
The room was great - not a ton of living space but 3 big bedrooms. Furnishings are a bit dated but we would definitely return here for another stay. The owner is so easy to work with and is a wealth of information.

This was a terrific experience for our family. The property was fabulous and the Waldorf amazing. Combining the two represented the optimal vacation experience of comfort, convenience, service and beautiful surroundings. We look forward to going again during the different seasons but Christmas time was simply awesome and its hard to impress two young adults! All the while keeping everyone fully engaged. Best location in Park City. The owner made the difference with his personal touches. Well Done !!

Excellent service, great location, extremely helpful host. Comfortable beds and linens. Condo decor dated but all neat and clean. Also more dishes and glasses would be helpful (only had settings for 8 people). Had a wonderful time.

Everything about this beautiful condo is first class. The location is amazing. The condo was the perfect size for our family. The building amenities were exceptional, especially the ski valet. The owner, Merril, was extremely accommodating and helpful. This was by far the best experience with a VRBO property that we have ever had. We can't wait to go back!

We enjoyed our stay at Merril’s condo. The condo is beautiful and well kept. We enjoyed the multiple balconies including the one with the outdoor fireplace. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our family. We enjoyed room service, eating at powders, skiing/snowboarding at canyons, bobsledding at Olympic park, and snowmobiling. The activities seem endless. You wouldn’t have known we weren’t hotel guests, the service at the Waldorf was impeccable. Merril was in contact to be sure our stay was perfect. We can’t wait to go back and stay again.

We loved these two units in the hotel Waldorf, with all the facilities of the hotel, the hotel people was excellent, specially Grecia. The perfect location, and the homeowner was very helpful! We will return to this place again.

The owner, Merril, described the property accurately. We found the unit in great condition and had no issues whatsoever. Every appliance worked as it should and we found it well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Merril stayed in touch to make sure all was in order which was comforting! We had a nice, quiet stay with no undue noise at night and responsive service from the main hotel when we needed it. Highly recommend!

Our Family had the most amazing stay at this Waldorf Astoria condo. Everything was excellent from Merril's personal attention to the impeccable service. We truly enjoyed room service for breakfast, relaxing poolside (my favorite spot), eating at Powder's terrace, strolling & dining on Main St., visiting Utah Olympic Park , and our son biked at Deer Valley Bike Park.
Evenings at Waldorf were perfect for family time & S'mores. A big plus were the super comfy beds and luxury toiletries.

The title says it all. The entire experience from the first email with the owner was first class. The unit was spotless and gorgeous. The views were awesome. We especially enjoyed the main balcony off of the living room with the outdoor fireplace, direct Mountain View’s and privacy courtesy of a stone wall surrounding. The pool area is fantastic as well. Our only issue was that the food service at the pool one day was not up to standards but in today’s world where no one has enough help, that’s not the end of the world. We will be back and this will be our #1 choice if it’s available.

We just finished a terrific week in Park City and would highly recommend Merril's condo for any family considering a Park City vacation. The condo is exactly as advertised - clean, spacious, with all of the benefits you would expect being located in the Waldorf. Being a summer trip the resort pool was a huge hit with our boys. My mother and wife both got to make use of the spa and loved it. The condo space itself was perfect - our 9 and 7 year old got their own room and beds, while my parents stayed on the first level master suite and my wife and I slept in the upstairs bedroom. This was perfect because everyone had their own space but we also had plenty of room to gather for meals and hanging out in the condo. We made great use of the kitchen and cooked full meals as a family, relaxed on the balconies in the evenings, and our boys watched sports with their grandfather in the living room after a long day of hiking. Finally, Merril was a pleasure to work with before and during our stay - he answered all of our questions and checked in to make sure everything was going well while we were there. We are already looking to book our next visit and will happily stay in Merril's condo again.

Everything from first contact with Merril, through our checkout has been outstanding. Merril is an outstanding host. Who checked in on Us by email several times during our stay to make sure all to our liking. The accommodations were over the top and the photos don’t begin to do them justice.. Merril had told me by phone that his was the best condo in the best property in Park City...he was absolutely rught. Woukd stay nowhere else on next trip to Utah:)Thanks again, Merril, got the outstanding hospitality!Regan

Property was in a great spot right opposite the gondola .Accommodation was perfect for our family of five, and they did a great job with the daily cleaning service.The owner Merril was extremely helpful and gave us good advice on places to eat and ski rental.Highly recommended.

we did a quick trip and had an great time. waldorf is really high end and super nice/easy for apres, restaurant and the great pool/hot tub. build in a little time for the gondola from hotel to the base given covid restrictions but still really convenient and great!

We've been regular guests of the Waldorf in Park City for 10+ years. Its location is very convenient to all the activities the town offers and remains our favorite family getaway in Utah for both Summer and Winter seasons. This particular unit is the most spacious we've seen at the resort and is well appointed with great views of the ski slopes. There are fireplaces both inside and on the outdoor patio. Its got everything you need for a relaxing stay with family and friends. The owner is fantastic. He is so friendly and helpful, making sure every detail is taken care of for you. We appreciate his willingness to share his home with us and we will definitely return soon.

This was our second stay at the Waldorf in a 3 bedroom. Perfect for our family of 4 children. Beautiful rooms and plenty of space. Amazing service at the Waldorf with everything you could ask for. My children used the pool and spa every night and my husband and I took advantage of the gym, spa and steam rooms. We ended up staying for 12 nights instead of 11 and wish it was even longer. We all skied every day, the Waldorf very convenient to the slopes. Staff help you with your boots and drive you to the Gondola, you don't have to walk anywhere! We will be back. Owner amazing to deal with. Thank you.

Spent a long weekend with three couples at the Waldorf. The three bedroom unit was perfect, with each couple having a large bedroom with their own full bath. The condo was fully stocked with first class appliances and utensils, and was as comfortable and clean as it gets.
Lots of action on the mountain at The Canyons, as well as free shuttles to and from Park City for additional activities and restaurants.
Highly recommended for a summer retreat, and we are all hopeful to try it for ski season.

We loved it! Accommodations that the hotel had to offer combined with the privacy of the condo were the perfect mix. We enjoyed the hot tubs, heated pool, and how kid-friendly the hotel was. My kids couldn't wait for smores by the fire pit every night after dinner. Our condo had a terrific kitchen and was nicely appointed. Will definitely go back next year!

Where to start?! The location, the ambiance, the facilities or the staff. This is my fourth trip to Park City skiing, and I regret that I have only just now found this beautiful apartment.
Situated at the base of The Canyons, this apartment offers a fantastic view of the slopes from the living room. Each morning I woke to my coffee brewing as I inspected the weather from my balcony, anticipating the day's skiing to come. The comforts and warm, relaxing vibe of the apartment made it difficult to rush out into the cold, but the imminent staff encounters were truly motivation enough. To my surprise, each of the Waldorf's employees were genuine, welcoming and humorous. Their approachable nature made it a delight to cruise through the lobby, and one can only guess that they enjoyed their work enough to playfully joke with the patrons, adding that something special to the experience.
The amenities and facilities far exceed anything I have experienced in Park City thus far. Around every corner I found the warmth of a fireplace, complemented by stylish decor and inviting armchairs or sofas. The pool was perfectly heated and was well supplemented with two separate hot tubs - one of which was specifically sign posted as "adults only" which I felt was very considerate. The shear beauty of the outdoor facilities somehow lured me out into the cold......perhaps it was something to do with the round the clock access to s'mores, waiting to be be roasted on a huge, circular fire pit raised to waist height.
I enjoyed the gym (as much as one can) and even treated myself to a warm rock massage in the spa. The private Gondola made access to the higher slopes so easy that I frequently returned to my apartment for lunch, only to jump back aboard the Gondola and take off for an afternoon of more skiing.
To be honest, it was all the tiny details that made my experience in this apartment memorable. Most too small to individually mention, but collectively, important to relay. This is truly a beautiful place to stay, (the best in my opinion) and I will make a conscious effort to seek out the availability of this apartment, prior to booking my next trip to the slopes of The Canyons.

How crazy is this: a couple from Switzerland travels halfway around the globe to go skiing in Utah - but by golly, what a treat this was! The Waldorf is a perfectly run hotel, staff is more than friendly and helpful, the concierge service was exceedingly kind, taking care of all our needs and wishes (for reservations, but also for a snowmobile excursion on a cloudy day). And the apartment: what a beautifully appointed room (we stayed in Bedroom 2), stylish, elegant, and excellently maintained. It even has a little balcony with a stunning view of the mountains. What impressed us most was the service we enjoyed in the ski room. Nice guys welcoming us in the morning, offering to help us climb into our boots, though that made me feel a bit old… and the reversed service in the evening, offering to help us get out of our wet boots and then storing and drying them for us. I wish the Swiss would come up with such service ideas!
We very much recommend this ski resort and apartment. Everything was just so perfect. Well, not quite - it is so far away from our home :-(

It is snowing heavily in Park City and my heart leaps, I am in a perfect mood for my upcoming ski holiday! I just love snow!
After a short drive from the airport, I arrive at the Waldorf where I am ushered in by most helpful and friendly staff and am shown up to our warm, welcoming and very spacious condo with stunning views of the mountain and ski slopes. The condo does not fail to impress: 3 balconies, 4 fireplaces, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, washer and dryer, large flat screen TVs in all the rooms, and a full kitchen with breakfast bar! The decor very tasteful, comfortable and in impeccable condition. Renting ski-gear, getting ski passes and recommendations for places to snow-mobile, explore, shop and eat were always given to us in no time and with great professionalism, the concierge desk was just wonderful! After a long and extraordinary day out skiing in the Canyons, the Waldorf staff really know how to spoil their guests: your skis are taken away from you as you step off the private gondola connecting to the ski area, and they are stored right there in a Yurt, you can even hop on a golf cart and you are driven the very short way (150 yards) to the ski room where again you are helped out of your ski boots and are offered hot coco…..wow!!!!! Overnight the boots are stored and dried and you are ready to go the next day! We also enjoyed the lovely bar (wonderful homemade potato chips) and exquisite restaurant! What else could you wish for? Spotting a Moose? We even did that, so really this holiday left nothing to wish for, only that it should have lasted a little longer…. ?

This was a truly fabulous vacation. The condo was excellently maintained and had wonderful amenities. The skiing was excellent and the Waldorf made it highly accessible with the gondola outside of the hotel as well as the ski check right next door. Complimentary shuttle service to and from excellent local dining and shops made it easy to get everything we needed for the week! The shuttle driver even gave us his personal cell number to ensure that we got back to the Waldorf when we were done with our shopping! The canyons skiing was excellent, but other amazing ski resorts are also close by if you want a greater variety. All in all, a week I will never forget!

Most spectacular vacation imaginable. The accommodations were wonderful, the Waldorf is fabulous, the Golden Door Spa is fantastic, and the skiing is out of this world. The Waldorf lives up to its five star status. This resort has everything. Our suite was super luxurious and then boot check, ski check, private gondola and 4,000 beautiful, challenging, and uncrowded acres. In addition there is free limo to Deer Valley and Park City for skiing and dining. Cannot say enough about this vacation. Reserve my stay for next year!

My wife and I only rented the 1-bedroom, thinking we'd spend most of our time on the mountain and not at the hotel. That was until we got there! The fireplace, flat panel tv, plush bed, jacuzzi tub, mini fridge for our beverages - everything was very comfortable and luxurious. As for the hotel, well ... it's the Waldorf! I spent 2 days on the mountain by myself while my wife was at the Golden Door Spa downstairs. The gondola that takes you from the entrance of the hotel to the base of the mountain also spoiled us. No parking or shuttling. Everything here is absolutely AAA++. As long as this room is available, we'll keep coming back.

What a perfect we had in Phillip's residence. From the time we arrived to the time we left the staff was so attentive. They always remembered our name and offered plenty of assistance. The hotel is so close to the gondola in the village that we never had to drive there. You are across the street from the summer farmers market. Close to plenty of shopping also. The pool area was perfect. We rented the unit as a 2bed/3 bath (all baths were full baths). Our kids loved the loft suite! Fireplaces in both bedrooms, living room and on the balcony. Magnificent view of the mountain also! We had never been to Park City and were so lucky to find this unit in this location. We took many hikes and fished at the Canyons. It is a very short 5 minute drive to Old Town yet away from all the hustle and bustle! Thank you again Phillip!
