Luxurious four bedroom townhome located on the shores of Pineview Reservoir and just 10 minutes from Snowbasin Ski Resort. Beautiful decor, fun modern colors, large open kitchen area, and lots of bedding options make this a guest favorite.
This home has a gas fireplace, flat-screen Streaming TV's, private hot tub, gas grill, outdoor seating, and lovely mountain views.
The large king master suite includes an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, separate shower, his-and-her sinks, and a walk-in closet. Adjacent is a queen bed with a full bathroom across the hall. The third bedroom is a queen ensuite with views of Snowbasin.
The fourth bedroom is located on the bottom level with a twin/full bunk bed. A full bathroom is located in the hallway. Bonus sleeping options include a twin/twin bunk bed and a queen pull out sleeper -- both located in the downstairs family room.
Access to the private hot tub is through the lower level. In addition, this home has easy access to the pickleball courts and common's grassy area. Enjoy the community pool, play pickleball, bocce ball, and horseshoes. Lots to do in Huntsville, Utah. Ski, hike, fish, snowboard, paddleboard, mountain bike -- this vacation rental sits in the middle of the pristine Ogden Valley.
