Set on a quiet street off the boulevard on the bay-side enjoy beautiful water views from almost every window and the most stunning sunsets after a day at the beach!

Early 2019 also saw the completion of our outdoor entertainment area. A heated salt water pool just under 40ft long is the highlight. The pool is 3.5ft deep on 2 ends and 6ft deep in the middle - great for all the water games you and your family can imagine. Will also include a safety ledge around the entire area.

The backyard covered with stone pavers and enclosed with a fence and privacy trees. We have also included a stone bar which includes a 65" outdoor television, fridge and sink as well as a fire-pit to enjoy into the evening. Outdoor speakers were also installed around the pool and the decks upstairs.

Our home is 2-5 block radius from some of the top restaurants on the island (Beach Haven Fishery, Stefano's, Dockside Diner, Isola) and a 10-15 minute walk to other amazing restaurants and attractions (Howards, Terrace Tavern, Fantasy Island, The Black Whale, Bird & Betty's, Parker's Garage,).

Mini golf, water-sport & bike rentals, ice-cream shops, deli's & bagel shops also are all around the corner.

Lastly the lifeguarded beach is 6 minute walk from the house with the Spray Beach Inn one entrance over where you can pop in for a bite, a drink or the use of their facilities and you have bay access to drop any kayaks, boards or a quick swim 3 blocks away from the house!

- 2 additional bedrooms on first floor - one incl 2 single beds and a trundle while the other has a full bed
- private office space which includes wireless printer, 2 screen to hookup laptop via dock as well as keyboard and mouse
- den with pull out couch and tv/blu-ray player
- enclosed outdoor shower directly off house entrance
- HUGE garage for storage and extra entertaining area for rainy days

3 decks 2 balconies
- large roof top deck to take in the water views, sunsets & fireworks!
- large deck off the kitchen, includes dining table, chairs and grill
- private balcony off the master bedroom with small table & chairs for morning coffee
- shared deck off the den & bedroom
- balcony off the office

- Plenty of storage in the garage for all bikes and beach items

Reminder we do not provide any linens or toiletries however we are happy to help with concierge services for those items or any additional such as grocery delivery, cribs, etc.

We do have a no pet policy and also request while out on the decks and terraces to please use the plastic cups and plates!

We had a wonderful vacation. The house, location everything about it was amazing. The owners couldn’t have been more helpful. The house is so well stocked, including the pool and beach supplies. We would definitely go back!!! Highly recommend to any and all. Be aware that there are stairs -3 levels Plus a fantastic roof deck where we saw such beautiful July 4th fireworks Stunning sunsets from every deck and window every night.

My family and I enjoyed ever bit of this house. Between the cleanliness, decor and layout you feel right at home. The views of the bay from the windows and multiple decks are unbelievable especially at sun set. The pool area was a blast and it’s just a short walk to the beach. The location is quiet and peaceful while being close to several great restaurants and shops on the island. The owners were so accommodating and nice. Overall a great experience!

This home was perfect for our family’s week stay! The house is gorgeous, clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We spent a lot of time in the pool and when we wanted to head to the beach, it was just a short walk away. The sunsets from the rooftop were beautiful- we’re already thinking about planning a stay here next year! One of the best homes we’ve rented- hands down. The owners are also very nice and responsive, which was an added plus and made the overall stay easy and comfortable! Don’t pass this house up!

This house was not only beautiful, but it was decorated with class and exceptionally clean. Perfect for my family to stay for a week. The pool is totally worth every penny and Emily, the owner, is more than responsive and accommodating. I recommend this vacation rental with a 5 star rating.

Honestly, if you read the comments below mine, you'll get the picture. The owners are wonderful in their communication, the house is great for large groups and the new pool is just perfect (I think we spent at least some time there every single day). If you are considering properties on LBI, you can't do much better than this. If we returned regularly, we'd stay here every time (but we live in the UK). Definitely rent this place and you'll be happy.

We had such a great vacation at this house. It had everything that our family needed and more. The weather wasn’t super great, so we didn’t get to really enjoy the pool much (though it’s gorgeous!) but there was plenty of room inside the house that we weren’t on top of each other when the weather was poor. The location can’t be beat, right on the bay, a short walk to the beach, bay village down the road and great restaurants within walking or short driving distance. The owners were so helpful throughout the booking process as well as during our stay, always answering any questions I had promptly. We joked around while there that this house ruined any future rentals for us because we will not find another one as nice. We will definitely be looking to book here again next year, I have already had requests from the family for it!
